35 m2の滞在は、快適に配置された150 m2のテラスで広く開かれています。
マルチレベルの地中海式庭園では、ブドウ園、柑橘類、花をくぐって泳ぐことができます。 休息と静けさを促すいくつかのスペースと日陰のテラスを提供しています。
ビーチが好きなら、400m歩くとマッツァフォルノビーチに行くことができます。

Very nice house with beach access

We were very happy with our stay in house. It was great to have access to a private path down to the beach. The only downside was that the was no access to restaurants and shops by foot.

Amazing stay

Our stay in this beautiful house was beyond expectations. Amazing property, beautiful views, very friendly welcome and really close to a sand beach (five minute walk). Very Child friendly with a Child bed and a little playground at a camping neadbg.

Delightful villa by the sea

This is a very special property with direct access to a rocky beach with rock pools to explore and excellent opportunities for snorkelling. Views are magnificent and local area is really interesting with many great restaurants. Catherine was extraordinarily helpful and there were a lot of added touches (delicious pastries on our first morning) which added to the pleasure of our visit.

Perfection in Cefalu

Our vacation at the villa was truly one of the best we have ever had. Beautiful location, fully equipped (kitchen has everything you need) and so much space! Direct access to the sea was lovely, we swam most days, were able to cook a pizza in the wood fired oven in the garden and share so much family time in this gorgeous property! Cefalu is one of the nicest towns in Italy and has so many lovely restaurants and places to explore. Finally a word for our hosts Catherine and her team, they could not have been more helpful from beginning to end, and we will never forget the fresh pastries that arrived for us one morning! I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would love to return to it one day.

Incredible location

Great location and jaw dropping views make this a wonderful choice for a holiday. We loved the direct access to the sea and snorkelled every day. Cefalu centre is about 3km from the villa which was great to pop into for dinner or shopping but we also enjoyed visiting other villages close by such as Campofelice de Rocca. Etna is about 2.5 hours away and absolutely worth visiting. The villa itself has everything you might need. The kitchen is very well stocked - even down to spices and olive oil! The pizza oven was great fun to use and our local host arranged for a bakery to keep some dough aside for us. She also told us about different markets and food festivals that were taking place that we might otherwise not known about. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms did not work during our stay which made sleeping a real challenge given the high temperatures and humidity during our holiday. As noted in other reviews there is only aircon in the bedrooms which makes sense given the doors to the terrace are always open but this did mean that there was no reprieve from the heat upstairs during our holiday. And this is the reason I didn’t give the proper 5*. But hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Einfach der Wahnsinn, der Blick aufs Meer war umwerfend, hätten dort 24 h sitzen können. Gastgeberin war mehr als freundlich! Die lokale Ansprechpartnerin war immer sehr behilflich bei allen Fragen. Gehweg zum Strand 5 Minuten, am Haus geht es über Steine ins Meer. Villa ist perfekt für Kind und Hund, da alles eingezäunt ist. Flossen, Schnorchel, Masken, Neoprenschuhe, Sandspielzeug, Schwimmnudeln…alles zur freien Verfügung. Wir kommen wieder!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons séjourné trois semaines dans cette villa de Cefalu. La vue est extraordinaire et l'accès privé à la mer font de cette maison un bijou fabuleux ! La anse est formidable avec une eau très belle, chaude et avec beaucoup de poissons à observer sans faire de la plongée. Le logement est très pratique, avec de la place pour chacun et tout le nécessaire à disposition. Le service est formidable avec Catherine et Rosalba qui sont toujours disponibles. Le plus difficile est de repartir.

Séjour de rêve dans une maison les pieds dans l’eau

Le séjour dans la maison de Catherine a été idéal, passé sur la magnifique (et immense) terrasse face à la mer et les rochers en bas du jardin, accessible en descendant quelques marches. Nos 3 enfants de 2, 6 et 9 ans ont pu profiter de la baignade, soit dans les petites piscines naturelles et peu profondes, soit dans la mer remplie de poissons. Tout le charme de l’Italie est là, et la communication avec Catherine a été parfaite. A noter que quand la mer est agitée la baignade est plus difficile voire impossible, mais la plage de mazzaforno est toute proche !

Traumhaft gelegenes und charmantes Haus direkt am Meer

Das Haus liegt spektakulär und sehr ruhig direkt über den Klippen nahe Cefalú. Der großzügige Wohnbereich ist sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Besonders schön sind die Terrassen und der direkte Zugang zum Meer. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was das Urlauber-Herz begehrt. Auch die Sonnengeschützten Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück hinter dem verschlossernen Tor waren sehr praktisch. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alle notwendigen Dinge erklärt. Auch später hat sie auf Fragen umgehend reagiert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt betrifft die Küche, die leider nicht sauber übergeben wurde. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das haus absolut empfehlen.

Très bon séjour, super accueil et vue incroyable

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine chez Catherine, la maison est idéalement située, proche de Cefalù, permet de loger à 2 familles très facilement avec une superbe terrasse et une vue incroyable. Nous avons apprécié l'accès direct à la mer, les enfants ont passé des heures à jouer dans les rochers ou faire du snorkelling. Enfin nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, basé sur la confiance, avec toutes les explications nécessaires et des conseils sur les restos aux environs, et une communication très facile.

Séjour Formidable, au-delà de nos expectations!!!!!!!

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à cette maison...Grande, très confortable, il ne manquait rien. Notre séjour de 15 jours se passa principalement sur la SUBLIME terrace surplombant la mer, avec son canapé, fauteuils, tables, et chaises longues..... Un escalier mène directement à la mer vers des rochers praticables pour s'y baigner. Nous passames quasiment tout notre séjour dans la maison, au détriment des excursions programmées..... Catherine et Jean-Louis furent des hotes FORMIDABLES, d'une disponibilité et générosité exceptionnelles. Merci à eux !!!!!! Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Super séjour à conseiller

A 7 personnes, on a passé 2 super semaines en aout dans cette villa pieds dans l'eau... de mer sur une plage déserte! Nous recommandons la région, la villa, et la propriétaire hyper sympa, toujours prête à rendre service. Il y a 2 niveaux séparés de chambres donc idéal pour conserver un brin d'intimité et au besoin de tranquillité. Bonnes literies, Salles de bain fonctionnelles et on a pu faire la cuisine pour 7 sans trop de problème. La voiture est fortement recommandée car la villa n'est pas toute proche du centre du village mais faisable à pied. Toutefois, il y a un supermarché pas très loin. Pour les amateurs de poissons, le poissonnier au bout de la Rue de Rome est top top.

The view alone is worth the money

Staying in this house just feels luxurious. 1. The view. It is simply incredible. The house is placed on the coast, about 15-20 m above the sea level, so you can see most of the Cefalu with La Roca included. The view can be enjoyed from the huge terrace with couches, armchairs, awning etc. Terrace was the main living space for our group during stay. 2. There is almost private access to the see, so even though we were visiting in August (high of the Italian tourist season) there were never many people there - only people from the houses next door. Descent to the sea (and the seabed itself) is rocky, but it was not much of a problem. Whats more it give the opportunity to do some snorkeling and enjoy sea life. 3. The house is really nice and it has everything anyone would need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker, 4 bedrooms each with its own air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 3 refrigerators, a few of outside showers so you can rinse after swimming in the sea. There is also a big living room, although we never really used it because we've spent most of our time socializing on the terrace. Whats more there is a grill and a great, big, brick pizza oven in the back. 4. The host was marvelous. Although she was not there so we've never met her in person, the communication was great and she made sure we had everything we needed. She answered all of our questions before and during the stay and would help us every way she could. We were taken care of by 2 housekeepers but they were never intrusive or nosy, always polite and helpful. One example of how great the host and housekeepers were: The thing about our group - we like to cook and eat good, so when we found out there was original, wood fueled, Italian brick pizza oven in the back of the garden we just had to try to use it. We've contacted the host to ask if it would be possible and not only it was not a problem, one of the housekeepers brought us wood and explained how everything works, gave us tips on how to use the oven, when its hot enough to operate, how to turn pizza inside etc. All in all it was one of the best and most memorable experiences during our stay. One tip I have for the future guests is to have at least one car, so it would ease commuting to and from Cefalu, to do everyday shopping etc. The city is a walking distance away, but the road between Cefalu and the house does not always have a sidewalk. All in all it was great stay, can't recommend it enough.

Très bon séjour et visites

Pour la découverte de la Sicile pour la majorité d’entre nous, nous avons bénéficié d’une maison extraordinaire avec terrasse, vue et mer juste en dessous. Nous avons adoré nous baigner en descendant les quelques marches vers les rochers et la mer. Bonne situation pour visiter et Mme Tournier nous avait trouvé une guide passionnante. Bref un très bon séjour. Une envie de revenir.

Villa de rêve sur mer paradisiaque

Très bien placée avec accès direct de la maison à une crique rocheuse et proximité d une plage de sable à 10 min à pied. Une immense terrasse qui surplombe les flots et permet à toute heure de se poser pour profiter de la vue. De très bons equipements dans la maison et le plaisir d avoir à disposition des masques palmes tubas, des bons livres bref on se sent chez soi. Nous avons eu le plaisir de voir notre hôtesse, merci encore pour son accueil et ses conseils

Spectacular sea view!

The house location overlooking the sea, with a private, but rocky, beach just outside was spectacular! Being just outside of Cefalu gave some privacy and respite from the tourist crush in town, but it was a short drive to ample parking near the beach in Cefalu, and access to the old city and many satisfactory restaurants, and a great grocery store!.

Trop bien ...

Séjour magnifique dans une villa à la terrasse juste magique, dont la vue panoramique sur la mer fait rêver. Maison meublée simplement, mais avec goût, et bien équipée. Baignades à répétition, facilitées par l'accès direct à la mer (quel charme dans cette descente d'escaliers avec terrasse intermédiaire jusqu'aux rochers!). Suivi attentif à distance de la propriétaire. Et la Sicile recèle des trésors culturels, naturels et gastronomiques quasi illimités... Il n'y a que les aboiements nocturnes de quelques chiens voisins que nous ne regretterons pas, dans cet environnement par ailleurs parfaitement calme ! Bref un séjour parfaitement réussi pour quatre couples de quinqua/sexagénaires amateurs de bons petits plats et vins, de rires, mais aussi de visites à Cefalu, Palerme, Monreale, Piazza Armerina, Ségeste et Vulcano, ainsi que dans les collines des Madonies (et nous n'avons profité que d'une partie des possibilités de l'île).

Ein Flecken Paradies und liebenswürdige Betreuung

Wir, eine Familie mit vier Kindern und Grosseltern aus der Schweiz, haben eine Woche im Oktober in dieser wunderbaren Villa mit Meerblick verbracht. Wir haben viele wunderschöne gemeinsame Stunden auf der grosszügigen Terrasse verbracht. Es ist schlichtweg ein Flecken Paradies und bietet bei jeder Tageszeit einen magischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus verfügt über jeden Komfort. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Dame empfangen, die uns viele nützliche Ratschläge über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und attraktive Ausflugsziele in Cefalù und Umgebung gegeben hat. Da wir das erste Mal in Cefalù waren, hat sie uns sogar zum ersten Einkauf begleitet. Die Hausbesitzerin hat uns mit vielen sizilianischen Köstlichkeiten willkommen geheissen, was uns natürlich sehr gefreut hat. Wir können dieses wunderbare Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Für unsere Familie werden diese Tage in Cefalù unvergesslich bleiben.

The pictures tell the truth - top location and facilities with almost private "beach" on the rocks

All eight of us had a fantastic stay with an outstanding view and access to the Med. The outdoor kitchen's grill is an asset second to the spacious terrace. There is plenty of swimming gear and the rocks constitute a small reef with marine life to explore. Our host gave us a guided tour in Cefalu and was very helpful.

Une très agréable maison au bord de l'eau

Avec nos trois grands enfants, nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette belle maison de vacances les pieds dans l'eau. La villa a beaucoup de charme et on se sent vite comme chez soi. Elle se situe dans un endroit très calme bien qu'à proximité immédiate de la magnifique ville de Cefalu. La vue des différentes terrasses est vraiment splendide. Nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs de nos longues baignades. Les enfants n'avaient jamais autant vu de poissons avec leurs masques et tubas! Enfin, un grand merci à Christine Tournier, qui se trouvait en Sicile lors de notre arrivée, de nous avoir réservé un accueil si chaleureux!
