A perfect apartment for us

we have had a wonderful holiday in a very nice apartment. Everything in the apartment was just fine, and Ryan was very helpful, when we arrived late to Malta. We have enjoyed going to the beach for bathing only a few minutes from the apartment - so this was just a perfekt apartment for us in that Holiday. We have been on several trips and enjoyed the wonderful experiences in Malta.

Nice apartment, spoilt by noise

Overall the apartment is nice, it would have been nice to have been left complementary bottled water, condiments etc so that your not having to rush to the shop on arrival. Some soft furnishings could do with replacing as they are looking tired.Unfortunately construction work started across the road a week after we arrived, so it was very noisy from early morning until late afternoon. On the positive side Ryan was helpful and kind, and with some up dating to the apartment it could be nice, also a big thank you to Ryan's dad for fixing the broken toilet.

Wunderschöne Balkon

Das Apartment war sauber, der Aufzug und die Klimaanlage haben die Hitze erträglich gemacht. Ryan antwortet sehr schnell. Das einzige nervige ist die Parkplatz-Suche. Wir mussten jeden Abend mehrere Runden um den Block drehen um einen zu bekommen. Da wäre schön, wenn zum Apartment einer angeboten würde.

Séjour très agréable

L’emplacement de l’appartement est dans un quartier calme avec une vue sur la mer très agréable. La terrasse est idéale pour profiter du petit déjeuner et du dîner en extérieur. L’appartement ne manque de rien et correspond à l’annonce. Les places de stationnement disponibles ne sont pas très nombreuses mais nous en avons malgré tout trouvé tous les jours.

Große Terasse mit wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen (persönlicher Transport des Vermieters Ryan). Er hat sehr geduldig auf unserem verspäteten Flug gewartet:-) der Check- In war sehr unkompliziert. Fragen zur Wohnung und anderen Informationen konnten schnell über whatsapp oder Handy mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgebaut und funktionell einwandfrei (Klimaanlage, WLAN, Küche, Waschmaschine). Hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Ps.., die Stühle könnten mal erneuert werden, da sie auseinanderfallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut zu den Standorten wie Strand und City in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Lediglich Nachts sollte man ein Taxi von valletta einplanen. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und können es für andere Urlauber weiterempfehlen.

Leider konnten wir wegen der Corona Pandemie nicht zu Ryan reisen. Aber der Kontakt und die unkomplizierte Erstattung waren echt klasse. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle - wenn das Reisen wieder erlaubt ist. Danke Ryan. Bleibt gesund!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Kommunikation mit Ryan, dem Vermieter funktioniert super, check in und check out läuft einfach und reibungslos und die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir buchen gerne wieder bei Ryan.

Parfaitement conforme à l'anonce du site.

Tout est parfaitement conforme à l'anonce du site. La position au 5ème étage offre une vue dégagée sur la mer. L'ensemble du logement et des équipements sont propres et fonctionnels. La seule difficulté rencontrée consiste à trouver une place pour le stationnement du véhicule le soir. Nous recommandons cet appartement. De plus, les contacts par emails avec le propriétaire sont rapides et précis.

Nice Modern Apartment.

This is a lovely modern apartment on the top floor. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the bus stops, beach and a shop on the corner. The things that we thought could improve was the cleanliness of the kitchen and shower areas, but this didn't impair on our very enjoyable stay here. We loved the balcony and the TV

It was a wonderful time!

Ryan was a great host, even taking us to the airport for a day trip to Rome. The accommodations were just right for two, although a family could enjoy the space as well. We didn't have a car while there, so we walked to the little town to get groceries. We found wonderful breads at the bakery! There were no "staples" (sugar, paper towels, extra toilet paper, that we could find) in the kitchen which would have been nice to have. Overall it was a relaxing time.

Well equipped and peacefull apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Ryan picked us up at the busstop, drove us downtown and shoved us a bit around. A great help. Bakery and supermarket just around the corner. nice town and wonderful penthouse

we spend a wonderful time on Malta and in the Apartment. The apartment itself is excellent equipped and nearby everything one need: restaurants, bus station and so on. And if something happens you have any time a contact to the owner. The beach is rocky, but sand you can not expect on much places on Malta. In lieu thereof you find a lot of impressive historical places.

We had a wonderful time in Ryan's apartment. We found it perfect in all ways. Ryan was very helpful in every way possible and there are really no negative things to say about (our stay in) the penthouse apartment. It was a true joy. Very good apartment

We spent one week in this apartment. Everything was as expected. Ryan was so kind to pick us up at the airport for a little fee. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. From the front terrace you have a beautiful sea view (not only when standing as written in another review). Shops, restaurants and a very good bakery are nearby. You reach the bus stop within 3 minutes. A little beach is a short walk away. If you plan to rent a car - you will find a place in the streets close to the apartment to park it. So thank you, Ryan, it was a beautiful week.

amazing penthouse

apartment very nice and clean, in quiet and peaceful area, well served by buses, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Living room with kitchenette (3 seater), double bedroom with balcony, double room with two single beds and a bathroom with a window and small balcony. It has a beautiful spacious terrace in the living room equipped with bbq, table and chairs with very nice view on St thomas bay, the balcony in the master bedroom very handy for drying clothes. Modern furnished and complete with every comfort, light. Ryan is a very kind and helpful, the house had left us a comprehensive guide to services and general information about Malta. Building recently and clean. Easy to park the car around the building. Highly recommend the apartment and Ryan!

Excelent Location

The property is modern, clean and with very good cooking facilities . There is a pleasant terrace with sea views and very good wifi connection. Ryan is brilliant. Almost instantaneous replies to all queries while booking and whilst we were there. We were confident that had there been any problems he would have been onto them in a flash. For us the outstanding feature was the location. Marsaskala itself is a lovely little seaside town less than 10 minutes walk away or 30 minutes or so by the scenic route round the bay. The sea itself is little more than a couple of minutes away and there are beautiful walks out to the point in open countryside. Finally we must just mention the Maltese people who are so friendly and helpful and the outstandingly good value of the islandwide bus service. Buy a weekly bus pass, the nearest bus stop is a couple of minutes walk and from it there is a very good service which includes Valletta and the airport.

perfect location to discover the island

By just looking at Picture on the Internet you can never be sure what to expect in reality. This place matches the Pictures completely. Especially the brandnew refurbished Veranda is as stunnig as it´s Picture. So if you are looking for a mostly quiet place rather than a noisy Hotel: this is the place to choose. Plus everything you need is close by. Nochmal ein bißchen was auf Deutsch: Wer auf Malta ein ruhiges, sauberes und komfortabeles Plätzchen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Great apartment, good area, owner wonderful!

This is a very good apartment, with a good sea view, good balcony and has everything necessary for a great self catering holiday. The double bed is very comfortable . Ryan could not have been more helpful, as we hired a car he met us in the town centre to show us the way to the apartment and also rescued us the next morning when we could not find our way back!! When the washing machine broke down he gave us regular fresh towels as needed. Marasacala is a nice town and so is the next one along the coast Masacalock. It is a good base for exploring the islands, although watch out for the mad Maltese drivers, who are lethal in driving out in front of you especially on roundabouts. All in all a wonderful holiday for our 40th wedding anniversary. Only one negative re the apartment and this only applies to those with some mobility issues - the 13 steps up to the main entrance foyer were a problem for me ( although there is a lift from there to the apartment) and maybe should be highlighted a bit more on the website. We would certainly recommend the apartment and the general area and thought that Ryan provides a service which is second to none, and the best we have ever encountered in a self catering situation.
