We appreciate your feedback as well. We’re sorry to hear that you were not happy with the initial supplies provided. Please know that we are a very transparent company and we try very hard to inform our guests about what to expect for their stay. To ensure that our guests are aware of everything we supply, we send out two arrival emails with a breakdown of items that we supply and items that we suggest you bring with you. We sent those emails to you on January 28th and again on February 21st. It sounds like those emails may have been sent to your spam folder or just missed altogether. We really hate that because we want to not only meet your expectations but exceed them. As an industry standard we give an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. It’s meant to get you through a day or two until you can get to the store to replenish those items as needed. Most people that travel by car bring those items with them, but we completely understand that it’s not possible to do that when flying. We hope this won’t keep you from choosing to stay with us in the future. We really appreciate your business, and we hope you’ll come back to stay with us again very soon.

We are very happy to hear that everything was fantastic for your stay! We're sorry to hear that the dryer wasn't working very well though. Please know that we are always available to our guests during their stay so we can address any issues that may arise. Most of the time, if the dryer isn't working it's because it's been pushed up against the wall and the hose in the back is kinked. It's usually an easy fix by pulling the dryer out from the wall just a little bit. However, we will look into this to make sure it's not something that is in need of an appliance repairman.
