House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. Peaceful location and it was so easy walking to the beach and to the Boardwalk! We scootered around mostly. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Beach retreat!

So much room for personal time and plenty of space for the family together. Nothing beats going out the back door to the beach! Very clean and check in and out was a breeze.

Great quiet spot on the beach

This house was amazing for our larger group. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We got to see dolphins everyday. Would definitely stay again.

Home was beautiful. Ac was poor and obviously known issue as fans were provided. Internet was weak unable to do work on lap top facility pool was dirty and not maintained well.

We had an amazing stay! Very clean and beautiful townhome. The entire place, including the garage, was very spacious! The kitchen was amazing for the nights that we cooked dinner. It was very well stocked with cooking dishes, etc compared to other rentals. It also had an additional ice maker, seperate from the fridge. The views were obviously amazing looking directly at the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Communication with the company was a breeze for any questions we had. While the master bed/bath was amazing, we were unsuccessful in getting the steam spa in the bathroom to work. The hot tub, located on the patio of the master bedroom, had so much chemical that is used to clean it in it that we were unable to use the jets (as it was too potent for our eyes) and it stained/bleached our swimsuits. Overall, it was fantastic and we will 100% stay here again.

Wonderful!

We LOVED this property and the close proximity to the beach. Everything was very accommodating for our group and the amenities were very nice. Great cooking space and materials. Bedrooms were nice size with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Location was perfect! House was very nice and clean! Only complaint was the AC didn’t keep up very well but still cool enough to manage. We would definitely come back!

Great beach getaway

The townhome is beautiful and exactly as shown and described. We had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood but not a far drive to the restaurants and boardwalk. The views are beautiful. Check in and out was easy and the management company responded very promptly and kindly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Phenomenal!

This is the only property that we have stayed in where it was actually nicer then the description and photos. This property is beautiful. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Perfect Location & Accommodations

We absolutely loved being on the beach and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The house was beautiful and was well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook our meals and the dining table was big enough to sit our family of 8 comfortably. We will be staying again next year.

This home has anything and everything that you need. There is more than enough room for our family. The kitchen made family dinners a breeze because of the supplies that are provided. We enjoyed our holiday at the beach.

Thrilled with our stay!

This was the best vacation rental we’ve found yet. Beautiful, well furnished townhouse, very clean, with beautiful ocean views. Very comfortably accommodated 6 adults with 4 small children. Elevator from garage super helpful for luggage, groceries…. Hot tub in great working order. Shared pools were great and not crowded. Close to boardwalk and restaurants. We will go back!

Beautiful Spacious Home Right On The Beach

This home is really something to see. The rooms are all very big and leave so much extra room. The closets and cabinet space are a dream! If you are a chef (or an aspiring one) this kitchen is just right for you! We loved everything about this Condo. I love how the beaches are not crowded on holidays at smaller places. I would definitely come back to this unit. All the extras make this place top notch!

Wonderful beach location

The property had all the amenities we wanted, plenty of room to spread out, a large garage and even an elevator. The only issue we ran into was a leaking dishwasher that also had a derailed basket. Although a nice man stopped by, noted a broken seal and said the repair company would contact us, by the time they did, it was too late to do us any good.

Fantastic Condo

Updated Condo with every comfort of home! Spacious with great floor plan and our family loved the elevator for convenience from the garage to the upper floors. It was very nice to have a garage large enough for all of our cars too. Beach access was great! Just a short walk and the private beach area was never crowded. The only con was the internet service was not very reliable and didn’t work throughout the week. There were some repairs that needed to be completed in the ceiling over the dining table where it looked like there had been water damage but it did not interfere with our stay. Would definitely recommend this unit and we plan to return again in the future.

It was a easy and very convenient way to stay at the beach. We LOVED the parking u set the townhome. Elevator was so convenient and easy to use. Kitchen well equipped! Condo was so roomy. One suggestion is to upgrade furniture in den. One couch and two worn out chairs are not enough sitting for as many people as this condo can hold. While watching television in the den, several of us had to sit at the dining table…not very comfortable!! The MAJOR COMPLAINT we have was the AC could not keep up. We called maintenance two nights in a row. He measured several hot spots in the condo that was showing 114 degrees of heat output, one was in the kitchen behind the icemaker. The AC professional told us the AC needed to be either replaced or a split added to keep up. He also mentioned the wall of windows didn’t help the AC keep up as well. He basically told us the unit was working properly and just couldn’t catch up. So, we didn’t call maintenance again until the day before our last day when it was 83 degrees. I once again contacted the agency and they brought us two isolating fans which helped circulate the air and felt cooler. However, seven hours later (at 9 pm) the temperature only dropped one degree to 82 degrees. The next morning is was down to 79 degrees. I will admit that my husband (who has dementia) occasionally left the door open but not for long as we called him! For 12k, it was HOT!
The lowest temperature the entire stay.

Family Holiday Week

I have been searching for 8 months on the right place for my family to come here from Wis for a solid week. It had to meet requirements; close to the beach, elevator, Hot tub, pools, lots of room, and HUGE kitchen an large garage. This place had it all. My mom had mobility issues so the elevator came in very handy along with stocking up the kitchen and luggage. The sunsets/sunrises were the best. I slept better than I did at home. The Kitchen in this place ROCKED! We cooked some gourmet meals that required a few people in the kitchen and no one got in each other's way. There was a separate bar and still a very large living area. The second frig was convenient along with the washer and dryer especially during a ext stay. Not to mention the upper level master bedroom with beautiful bathroom. The bathroom has a tv, seamer in the walk in shower, large tub and plenty of counter space. Lastly if you needed anything all the Staff at GCG was excellent! They were always there to support you. In ending I would Highly recommend this rental to entertain a large group, family visit or a 3 to 4 couples get away.

Great trip!

We had 12 people and mostly teenagers and adults. Added in a couple of air mattresses for the little ones and worked out great. House was beautiful and most friends nearby ended up at our place for game nights and cooking. My only complaints would be that there are no window coverings in the master. It’s beautiful at first but then you get woken up at 5:30am every morning by the sun it is not so beautiful anymore. If curtains were added would be perfect. Thermometer was preset to get pretty hot during the day. We figured out how to fix settings thank goodness and all was well. Elevator was finicky, but also very helpful. Back sliding glass needs a little work. Kids couldn’t open and even grown men had to use two hands and muscle to open. Other than those few things I will say it was loaded with niceties and beautiful. Location to beach couldn’t be beat. I would like to see them add some updated chairs and umbrellas to their house stock. Most chairs had tears and falling apart. Hated to buy more and have to leave them there.
