J’étais seule avec Mon fils , alors que nous devions être 6 à la base. Alors Rita et Franco ont fait leur possible pour me conseiller sur les bons spots à Olbia . Ils ont été supers accueillants. Je me suis sentie en famille et en sécurité. La maison est très équipée, verdoyante , calme avec une belle vibe. La literie est confortable et propre. Merci à eux , j ai passé un super moment grâce à eux

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr gut um die Umgebung und den Nordosten und die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastique !

Très belle accueil par Rita et Franco qui ont été super sympas et discrets. La maison est magnifique avec pkein de petits coins intérieur et extérieur pour se poser. Très bien équipée de tres belles vacances. Merci !

Wonderful spacious place to stay

The house and the garden are absolutely amazing and very well maintained. We loved the interior decoration and the many cosy places inside and outside of the apartment. Many thanks to Franco who took great care of us during our stay! He also recommended some very good restaurants (Lu Stazzu and a Pizzeria in San Pantaleo) which we loved a lot. We would have liked to stay longer and we will definitely come back again. It“s a great location if you would like to explore the Costa Smeralda, the beaches, Olbia etc. by car.

Traumhaus, Ideale Location für Trips entlang der Costs Smeralda

Das Haus ist traumhaft, genial ausgestattet und hat eine Vielzahl von gemütlichen Ecken für jeden Geschmack und jedes Wetter. Rita und Franco waren extrem aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Standort ist toll geeignet, um die Strände an der Costa Smeralda zu erkunden, für Hiking Tours und Ausflüge ins Inland. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent stay

We loved our stay in Cugnana at Rita and Franco’s house. They were attentive and generous hosts. The house was clean, as advertised and we very much enjoyed our time there and we hope to be back again in the future.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei Rita und Franco rundum wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat zahlreiche Nischen und Rückzugmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist ein Bijou, die grosse Terrasse perfekt für Lesestunden, den gemütlichen Apéro, Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Küche haben auch wir gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. In der Nähe (plus/minus ca. 15-20 Autominuten entfernt) sind mehrere wunderschöne Sandstrände mit smaragdgrünem Meer. Ein Traum! Vielen Dank Rita und Franco, dass wir an diesem wunderschönen Ort unsere Ferien verbringen durften!

lovely stay in a beautiful house

best hosts ever. super kind and flexible. easy to communicate. The house has everything. We stayed there with 5 adults and 1 baby and there was still so much free space. The bedroom with ensuite bathroom is a dream.

Des vacances' magnifiques et reposantes

Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et avions loué également la dépendance ( indépendante mais qui peut cependant communiquer avec le grand logement, ce qui est pratique). Nous avons tous été charmés par la magie de ce lieu, décoré avec soin et beaucoup de goût dans un style zen et proche de la nature. Le calme à également été très apprécié comparativement au tumulte qui règne sur les plages en cette saison. Le terrain est immense, bien entretenu et agencé avec différents lieux pour prendre un repas ou se reposer à l'ombre. Toutes les photos sont réellement représentatives du lieu. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée en matériel et vaisselle, nous y avons préparé quasiment tous nos repas pour neuf personnes sans aucun soucis. Le logement est vaste, très propre et bien agencé. Les deux chambres du bas disposent chacune d'un grand ventilateur, il fait un peu plus chaud dans la chambre parentale située à l'étage. Elle dispose également d'un petit ventilateur. La localisation est parfaite pour decouvrir Olbia, la Costa smeralda et les îles di Maddalena ...et pleins d'autres activités. Les plages sont proches et il y a en a tellement à decouvrir que deux semaines n'ont pas suffit... Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les conseils, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes Rita et Franco que nous remercions vivement.

che dire ! premetto che la mia recensione è dovuta per insistenza di Rita ! mi spiego meglio : se non fosse per lei, mai e poi mai avrei rivelato l'esistenza di questo posto paradisiaco ! Sarà egoistico...ma qui trovate tutto quello che avete sempre e solo sognato! ci tornerò sicuramente ....ma prima andrò a trovare la mia amica Rita a Roma....per una buona cenetta con mia moglie e i miei 4 pargoli!! un abbraccio aLe C.

Stupenda

La villa è stupenda, curata con gusto in ogni piccolo particolare,ottimamente fornita di tutto e pulita. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e, nonostante fossimo in due famiglie ciascuna con due ragazzi, ci siamo trovati benissimo. La zona in cui è collocata è perfetta: tranquilla per riposare e immersa in un parco stupendo e supercurato!! La bellissima terrazza da la possibilità di cenare comodamente all'aria aperta e sotto le stelle. Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa!!!!! Grazie ancora di tutto! manu

Hello, I am Rita and in summer you can find me here at the Case di Maricosu together with my daughter Federica and my husband Franco. This is our little paradise, a place to spend your holidays totally immersed in the peace and splendor of the homonymous hill, surrounded by the quiet and the many centuries-old olive trees, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Smeralda.
When I'm not in Sardinia I live in Rome, my beautiful city. My passions are many, from that of vintage and recycling, with which I develop installations and furnishings, to painting, from naturopathy to classical dance. I love animals, I love life and I try to do my best to respect the universe.
