Excellent séjour !

Accueil chaleureux, maison très agréable, propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La terrasse et la piscine ont fait le bonheur de toute la famille ! Un grand merci à Mélanie !

Belle maison de ville

Maison moderne, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. Bien placée , proche des commerces d’alimentation. Parking intégré à la maison indispensable et très pratique. Petit bémol sur l’environnement un peu bruyant.

La location est conforme à l’annonce : la maison est aménagée avec goût, elle est bien placée (commerces à proximité, cité historique accessible à pied le long du Tarn), très bien équipée, calme et confortable. Et les propriétaires très à l’écoute et réactif. Bref, de superbes vacances !

Très belle semaine à Carcassonne. Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et refaite à neuf avec goût. Emplacement pratique pour visiter les alentours; conseils avisés et sympathiques des propriétaires sur les ballades à envisager pour découvrir la région !

Sehr angenemher Aufenthalt in moderner Wohnung

Wir haben mit einem befreundeten Päarchen und zwei Kindern in Carcassone Urlaub gemacht. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, modern und sauber, alles top. Die Vermieterin Mélanie war stets zu erreichen und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Die Burganlage war über einen Fußweg direkt am Fluß gut zu erreichen und die Innenstadt nur 10 min entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Fabulous house, excellent facilities. Highly recommend

5 of us stayed at the property last week. It’s a fabulous house for groups or families. It is a wee bit further out from the centre of carcassonne - 30 minute walk to the castle, 20 minutes to the station, supermarket & bakery on your doorstep. River Aude 5 minutes walk & canal du midi 10 minutes walk. We found it Difficult to get taxis especially late at night - be prepared to walk! House has separate annex for extra guests, complete with bathroom. Pool is great on hot days but not heated! Handy key code access - useful for groups with differing plans! Photos of house do not do it justice - much bigger & more spacious than it appears. One bedroom is ensuite, family shower room, & separate downstairs WC. Well equipped kitchen- big fridge freezer, oven, hob, & dishwasher. Lots of hot water. Melanie or her husband were on hand if needed, via text, phone or email - recommend you brush up on your French, bring a French speaker or use google translate! Definitely recommend & hope to stay again next year

super séjour à Carcassonne

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison de Mélanie, arrivé tôt nous avons pu quand même prendre possession des lieux grâce à un système astucieux de code, la maison est idéalement placée proche du centre ville et de la cité ( parkings gratuits ), l'intérieur est neuf, propre, fonctionnelle. La piscine est sympa et nous a été d'un grand secours par cette canicule, justement cela à été le seul petit point négatif la chaleur dans la maison qui nécessiterai une climatisation. Mais je recommande entièrement cette location.

Wonderful trip, superb accommodation and hosts

Wonderful trip. Melanie and Gerard were super hosts and Melanie always responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation was superb and was very well furnished. The location was great and was easy walking distance to main tourist areas. I would not hesitate to recommend, top scores! Thank you so much!

Fabulous!

Beautiful modern house in the centre of a wonderful historic city. We were lucky enough to spend Bastille Day and celebrate the World Cup win with our French 'cousins', so our stay was perfect! The house, garden and pool were ideal for our family of teenagers. The location is only minutes to the heart of the 'new' city and a lovely 30 minute stroll to the old city. The house was spotless and close to the local supermarket and pizzeria! Melanie was very pleasant and extremely helpful and her husband let us in on the secret routes around the region. A prefect holiday!

Superbe location, parfaitement équipée, très agréable, très propre. Décoration moderne, équipements neufs. Endroit calme. Propriétaires forts sympathiques, disponibles, chaleureux.
