Aloha…thank you so much for posting your review and providing us your feedback. Return guests are very important to us and we truly appreciate your continued loyalty. I am so sorry about the BBQ not being clean and we have communicated this to the housekeeper. The Palms has a very aggressive, yet environmentally friendly, quarterly pest control program but living in the tropics it is a constant battle. The Association is having this condo sprayed for ants and other pests prior to the scheduled treatment. Thank you again for staying with us and we look forward to your return. Mahalo! Aloha…I am sorry that your condo was not quite ready when you arrived. Unfortunately, the guest who checked out earlier that day left it a mess and it did take the housekeeper a little longer to make it ready for you and she was just finishing up when you arrived. The pile of laundry in the bedroom was clean which the housekeeper did take with her. The items in the dryer were bath mats which took a little longer to dry, but other than that the condo was ready for check-in. When our Property Manager came to the condo, he informed you that if there was anything you felt you needed to let him know. The following day we delivered a new set of sheets for the king bed as well as both twin beds. We also brought hand towels, a laundry hamper, shampoo, and more knives as you requested. Upon your departure we did a thorough inventory of the kitchen and have added a small sauce pan and additional frying pans. The closet door in the guest bedroom needed a part and has since been repaired. Once again, I would like to apologize if your accommodations did not meet your expectations and thank you for all your feedback.

Aloha Sonja, Thank you for staying with us for nearly 2 months! We look forward to having you back again. We are so sorry to hear that your car wheel was removed from your car! This is the first we have heard of this happening at any of our properties and regret that it happened to you. Thank you for sharing this with the onsite Property Manager as The Palms at Wailea have onsite security overnight. Wailea is considered a very safe resort community and we hope to share that with you once again. Mahalo.

Aloha and thank you for your feedback! We're terribly sorry your experience those first few days were not ideal. Palms of Wailea was hit hard with the severe weather we experienced on December 6th, 2021. Resulted in an emergency repair that caused the water to be shut off for a few hours. A few days later, the work fails and resulting in the property loosing water again, unexpectedly. We completely understand the frustration this may have caused, and it's not typical to our services.
