Drenched sunlight and within steps of the beach, 4 houses or 400 feet from Sandy Beach and Long Island Sound. Newer bath and kitchen remodel. Open concept full kitchen, with refrigerator, Juicer, Keurig, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy strolls along the boardwalk with sunset views. Beach gear, bicycle, scooter, family-fun board games, and Yard games, WiFi & premium cable TV .

2 large flat-screen TVs, premium cable, with HBO, Showtime, and Xbox. 3 AC unit in the apartment for a cooling feeling.

Parking offered, dedicated to Guests at the driveway (renting in area without a parking spot does pose issues).

We have an older beach house with minor quirks- creaky floors, fridge door sticks, misc other (please don't hesitate asking questions); this is 2nd floor apartment and 1st floor tenant shares deck/ yard. None of the beach gear should be used, without adult supervision or stronger swimmers
