Parfait !

Appartement très joliment décoré, fonctionnel et très bien placé dans la station. Les équipements sont au top. Nous avons passé 2 semaines sans aucun souci.

bel appartement sur les pistes

tout est parfait sauf le réveil à 5 h 30 du au bruit du magasin 8 à 8 qui traine ses étals de légumes

Merci pour votre appréciation. J’aime beaucoup avoir des retours des locataires et je tiens particulièrement à ce que leur séjour se déroule au mieux. Je regrette que vous ayez été réveillée par du bruit malgré le triple vitrage. Certaines personnes peuvent être plus sensibles que d'autres aux bruits environnants. Il ne s’agit pas d’un chalet isolé mais d’un appartement sur les pistes et avec toutes les commodités dans l’immeuble. Cela comporte parfois certains petits désagréments, même si on m’en signale rarement, ce qui est - me semble-t-il - l’envers de la médaille de la position centrale…

Appartement tres agréable , parfaitement équipé et idealement situé .

Logement spacieux , refait à neuf et à la décoration soignée , les équipements sont d'excellente qualité . Le proprietaire est à l'ecoute , reactif et de tres bon conseil concernant les nombreuses activités que propose la station . Label amplement mérité , nous reviendront avec plaisir !

Bel appartement familial , idéal pour le ski.

Nous avons passé avec nos 3 grands enfants une semaine très agréable à deux pas des pistes. Appartement confortable et bien agencé. Tous les services (location de matériel, forfaits de ski, commerces de proximité) sont disponibles à la résidence. Propriétaire très réactif. Parfait, nous reviendrons!

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und durch die 2 WCs und Badezimmer entspannt sich auch die Lage bei einer Belegung mit 7 oder mehr Personen. Die Lage ist super, da der Weg zur Piste sehr kurz ist. Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional.

Spacious, well equipped in a convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment comfortably accommodated two families, 3 kids in total, and is conveniently situated with a SkiSet hire shop, a 8aHuit mini supermarket and a lovely restaurant in the adjoining building. It has direct access to the slopes, a lift pass office on site and has two ski lockers. There is a nice bar and pool table area downstairs, accessed by lifts, where the kids played pool and pinball. We found outside free car parking was a little walk away. We made use of the iPod docking station, tv and WiFi included and enjoyed the view through the valley from the two balconies. Unusually it benefited from ample storage. The owners communicated efficiently during the booking process and replied quickly to our questions during our stay. We will be booking again!

Confortable et extrêmement pratique pour des skieurs

Nous avons loué cet appartement à 5 copains skieurs. L'immeuble est extrêmement pratique : Ascenseur et accès immédiat au local ski et aux pistes. Restaurants, supérette, magasins de sport au pied de l'immeuble. Déco de l'appartement récente dans le style chalet. La cuisine est face au séjour et pas fermée comme les kitchenettes classiques ou il est impossible de se trouver à 2. Equipement très complet. 2 salle de bains et 2 WC... super ! Prises nombreuses ( chargeurs téléphones !) Les chambres sont petites comme souvent dans les appartements en location en France, les rangements déportés dans l'entrée et le couloir. Literies confortables et couettes suffisantes. Excellent rapport qualité -prix ( situation, surface, confort )

Fantastic accommodation

The apartment is within the Hameau de Mottaret at the top of the village, across the road from the roundabout and the covered car park (parking is first come/first served and payment required but elsewhere it is free). The apartment is in perfect condition. Really warm and cosy and well renovated to a high standard. The main living area has a good, well equipped kitchen area. There is a TV if you would like to practice your French and want to know how the football/presidential election etc is going). There is also a DVD and CD player as well. The accommodation is well proportioned. There is a main bedroom with a double bed. Another bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed and there is a 'box' room with a single bed but is without a window and would be ideal for someone who would like to get away from it all. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. Duvets are provided and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are fab with a great radiator to dry clothes and a washing machine. The showers are super and powerful and there is a little bath to rest weary limbs if needed as well. One of the best things about the apartment is the close proximity to the slopes and it is ski in-ski out to the slopes down to central Mottaret itself and from there access to the ski lifts. The ski lockers (D14/15) on the floor below are right next to the doors to get to the slopes. Being high there was plenty of snow which wasn't the same for resorts below Meribel. I would have thought snow would be virtually guaranteed which is a bonus when there is poor snow coverage as is this year. It is ideally situated for ski in-ski out onto the slopes There is a little supermarket for all essentials very nearby or a large Super U at the base of the mountain or Carrefour in Moutier but they close at 8 pm. It was quite quiet in the evening which was good for the oldies who are simply thankful to have survived a day on skis but might be a bit tame for the teenager/younger adults with more stamina. Audoin, who is the proprietor is fab. Very prompt and helpful and speaks perfect English so communication is not an issue. Picking up the keys was very straightforward and he provides excellent instructions. Wifi is limited to 1 GB which allows for better intra family communication! All in all a fantastic stay in a lovely apartment. We will return. The only downside is that, sadly, my skiing has not improved a jot!

Small but perfectly formed :)

The apartment is very nice, bedrooms are a little small but otherwise everything is very good. Location is great, small supermarket nearly, ski rental nearby, couple of restaurants nearby - everything you need. Showers are very good. I will definately try to rebook for next year.

Le propriétaire Audoin est toujours disponible comme depuis les premières questions au sujet de cette location. Il a continué à l'être pendant, et après le séjour : parfaite communication de sa part et nous l'en remercions. L'appartement est parfaitement rénové avec goût, et des matériaux de qualité: les photos ne trompent pas. Enfin, l'appartement se situe vraiment ski au pied, et avec un accès immédiat à la télécabine rejoignant le centre de mottaret. Je recommande +++ (La pizzeria a côté du chalet fait des pizzas excellentes!)

Joli et tranquille

Ce sont les échanges de courriel avec le propriétaire qui m'ont convaincu que je n'aurai pas de surprise en arrivant à l'appartement. Ce fut des échanges courtois, clairs dans la description des lieux et des conditions de location. L'appartement entièrement rénové est superbe. Il y a tout ce qui faut pour passer un bon un séjour familial au calme dans une région magnifique. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Idéal

Appartement très confortable, et tres bien situé, et très bien équipé. La description est tout à fait conforme. On s'y sent parfaitement à l'aise. Nous y étions en été, mais les pistes sont bien au pied de l'immeuble, donc super pour l'hiver aussi :) Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif aux mails et le contact chaleureux. Un séjour parfait dans un appartement parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!!

Un excellent séjour

Très bel appartement, chaleureux, propre et très bien équipé par un propriétaire bienveillant qui a pensé aux petits détails (marchepied et vaisselle pour les plus petits, crêpière...on se croirait à la maison!) Idéalement situé, même pour un séjour en été puisque la navette gratuite passe au pied de la résidence pour nous amener là où se font les activités. Belle vue depuis le balcon du séjour, environnement calme, nous y reviendrons sans hésitation!

Great apartment, high standard

8 of us stayed here in 2016 (2 families of 4 together). Far more positives than negatives! + Owner very quick to respond to issues (not that we had any of significance!) + Apartment finished to very high standard and is very comfortable, space is very well used. + Apartment comes with an oven (unusual) + Can comfortably accomodate 8 people - large dining table + 2 shower rooms (one with bath), plus seperate WCs + Lots of space outside apartment for getting shoes and ski stuff on + Close to supermarket, restaurant, slopes etc etc - fantastic location! Some very minor issues which stop this being a 5 star review: - Keys are picked up rom (and dropped off at) a Raffort, a village down the valley. This can be a nuisance depending on how you are getting to the resort. - Payment by bank transfer for UK people means a SWIFT charge - 2 times £20 - once for deposit, once for full balance. - Some light sleepers may be disturbed by (what I think are) refridgeration units belonging to the supermarket below.

Très joli appartement à Meribel "le hameau"

Très joli appartement, très fonctionnel, décoré avec gout et parfaitement situé à Meribel "le hameau" : proche des commodités : location de ski et forfait dans la résidence, restaurants, bar, superette ... pistes accessibles à partir de la résidence. Propriétaire très disponible pour détail et organisation parfaite. C'est la 2eme année que je loue cette appartement en famille et le conseille vivement.

Brilliant!!

I would like to send my sincerest thanks to the owner of this apartment for making our stay enjoyable and stress free. He was immediately available by phone or email for any questions or changes we had during our stay and responded within the hour, even late at night! The apartment was wonderfully situated at the top of Mirabel-Mottaret where you can easily ski in and out of the building complex. There are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants all within the complex making the daily life very comfortable. If you should want to go down to Mirabel center the bus stop is right outside the front door and it is a free service that takes about 10min to get down. The apartment was clean and well maintained with all new appliances and even a washing machine for all those stinky ski socks. We had a group of 7 people and we all fit comfortably with plenty of seating around the large dinner table and living room couches. With the 2 different shower rooms and two separate bathrooms it made the morning rush to get to the slopes a piece of cake! The next time we head to Mirabel we will be sure to rent from this owner again! Best Regards, Gordon

Très bel appartement style chalet

Une semaine de ski très réussie dans ce très bel appartement . Il est très bien situé au pied des pistes , refait à neuf la décoration style chalet est très réussie ,ambiance cosy , très lumineux et très agréable . Il est situé au cœur du hameau de Meribel Mottaret , tous les commerces utiles y sont présents . Les enfants ont apprécié les billards et Baby foot dans le hall de l immeuble . Les 2 salles de bain et 2 WC séparés sont un plus pour éviter la bousculade du retour du ski et du départ le matin ! Nous étions 3 adultes et 4 enfants , tout le monde a passé une très bonne semaine . Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de question sur l organisation , merci !

Trés bel appartement Meribel Mottaret

Très bel appartement, confortable, bien équipé, idéalement situé, skis aux pieds pour les skieurs, à proximité des cabines pour les randonneurs. Commerces au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble. Amis locataires, respectez cet appart afin qu'il reste en l'état pour le bonheur de tous. On vous recommande un très bon restaurant aux pieds des pistes "LA BRIZOLEE" à proximité du club PIOU PIOU.

Semaine de ski optimale

Très bonne localisation pour un séjour aux sports d'hiver: résidence à 10m des pistes avec retour ski au pied. Position centrale au sein du domaine des trois vallées permettant un accès simplifié aux autres stations. Appartement refait à neuf avec un bel agencement et tout équipement. Tout commerce à proximité et navettes gratuites pour Meribel centre (arrêt de bus devant la résidence) Propriétaire disponible et réactif pour une organisation optimale. Très belle adresse pour explorer ce fabuleux domaine skiable.
