This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a beautiful home. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is in walking distance to the water and to downtown. There is a great sitting area in the backyard and some sitting in the front of the house. It is a quiet street. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Updated, finely furnished Victorian in a central location just one block from Lovers Point. Walkable to restaurants, coffee houses, the butterfly grove, even the aquarium which is about a mile away.Tricia and David are superb hosts, providing many thoughtful amenities that allowed us to enjoy our stay in their amazing home. No need to bring anything but your toothbrush! Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We absolutely loved it - and left rejuvenated and thankful for the experience of relaxing in such a lovely home!

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and just a block away from the beach. It also had everything that was needed to accommodate a family on vacation. It was so nice to actually rent a house that lived up to what was represented online. I also appreciated that the host went out of her way to call me before the trip to give me helpful information about places eat and visit in the area. I hope we have a chance to rent the house again when we return in future years for the Monterey Jazz Festival. Victoria Stewart Cannon September 2025

This was actually the second time we’ve stayed at this beautiful home. My favorite things about the home include all the natural light, the multiple spaces for people to relax and hang out, the cute neighbor cat that watched us through the window each day, and the very friendly neighbor who stopped to say hi and wish us a happy stay. That was very sweet. The central location is of course also a bonus, but the fact that it feels like a family home was the best part. I hope to stay again in the future.

The pictures online do not do it justice. Every room was furnished to perfection. From the front of the house it does not look that big. But as you walk in you are blown away by the size of each room and how each room was furnished. Nice short walk down to beach or up to downtown Pacific Grove. I plan on staying there in the near future.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Pacific Grove! The house is beautiful and spacious! It is just a short walk to Lover’s Point. This was our first time to this part of California and we can’t wait to come back! It was a short drive to Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur. What a beautiful piece of paradise!

Great location.Clean and comfortable home.Kitchen had everything we needed.Online check in and check out directions did not match a few of the written instructions posted in house so updating it would get rid of confusion.

Perfection in Pacific Grove

We enjoyed a long weekend in Pacific Grove, with the home providing a wonderful base for relaxing and exploring the area. The home is beautifully appointed with lots of appreciated extra touches, and the location couldn’t be better. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful home - perfect location

Our family of four enjoyed 5 nights in this wonderful Pacific Grove home. This house is truly special; spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and maintained, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Location can't be beat: a short walk to Lovers Point & restaurants. Hope to stay here again!

Wonderful home, perfect location

This is such a great house for a family. There are three living spaces (two with fireplaces), a beautiful primary suite, and a well-appointed modern kitchen. Everything in the home was nicely maintained, clean and stylish. Great amenities and comfy beds. The backyard was private and we felt comfortable having our bikes locked up there. Lover’s Point was one block away, as was downtown Pacific Grove. We really enjoyed our time in the house and in the area. Tricia was a wonderful host. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

This house is a real gem. Pristine condition in the heart of charming Pacific Grove. We didn't move our car the entire visit as everything was within walking distance. Plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, or you can prepare meals at the house in the beautifully appointed kitchen. Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium is only a 15 minute walk along the scenic coastline. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful Experience - Ideal

My Brother and I along with our spouses were traveling with our 89 year old Father. This property worked perfectly for us! We were very comfortable, the home was very clean and tidy with several comfortable seating areas. The location was ideal. The only minor inconvenience was the limited street parking though we never had to walk more than 100 yards and there was never a problem with blocking the street long enough to load/unload the vehicle.

Peaceful in Pacific Grove

We had a wonderful stay at the Pacific Grove beach house. The house was beautifully appointed with three very comfortable double bedrooms. Spacious master on the ground floor provided some extra privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed - and more! It was the perfect spot for a holiday with our adult children. Highly recommended.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and so close to everything. We love sitting on the front porch or the chairs in front of the house, with a cup of coffee (am) or wine (pm) and relaxing.

We have curated a space to relax, refresh and renew. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Highly recommended an early morning walk a block away to see the spectacular sunrise over Monterey Bay.
