We understand how frustrating an early arrival situation can feel, especially when traveling with young children, and we’re sorry if any interaction with on-site staff came across as unwelcoming. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Regarding the balcony area, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Guest safety is always a top priority, and any restricted areas are addressed out of an abundance of caution. We understand your concerns, particularly with children in your group, and your feedback is valuable as we continue reviewing how property details are communicated. We’re also sorry for the confusion around amenities, however the HOA at The Turquoise Place are very strict and it is out of our hands and the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub closure on your final day. While routine maintenance is necessary, we understand how disappointing it can be when plans are impacted, especially when follow-up communication fell short.
