Gîte 24 people - 8 bedrooms - 6 bathrooms - Large spaces

Our gîte La Chenevière can accommodate up to 24 people. It has 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 8 toilets. It has its own private garden (overlooking fields) with tables, benches, chairs, deckchairs and 2 Weber barbecues, as well as a pétanque court reserved for the gîte.

The gîte is part of a large farmhouse and has plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, in addition to its own private garden: a barn for playing badminton or table tennis, and a tennis court. A fitness and yoga room is also available to our guests.

Ground floor:
- A very large living room (120m²) with a beautiful open fireplace and two large tables.
- A fully equipped kitchen, renovated in 2024. Gas cooker (5-burner piano) with oven (electric), 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 dishwashers, 1 microwave, 2 filter coffee makers, classic Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle...
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- A bathroom area with double washbasin, electric hand dryer and 2 toilets.
- A large entrance hall with table football

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine, bathroom with shower, washbasin and private WC

The gîte is ideally located, halfway between Reims and Epernay, in the heart of the UNESCO Champagne region. It's the perfect place for a quiet get-together with family or friends. The house is warm and perfectly equipped.

Ideal for family gathering in a beautiful location

We spent 4 days in Marie's house. I really recommend this place. Great location to visit Champagne region and for a family gathering. We were 5 couples with 8 kids. The place matched perfectly. Individual bathrooms, plenty of space, big kitchen really appropriate to cook for many people, huge living/dining room. The house is very clean, beds really comfortable. Thye surroundings very quiet and relaxing. And last but not least, the hosts were extremely friendly and helped us organize our stay. There is also a tennis court, a kid playground, a garden,... The only regret: the weather was too good to enjoy the fireplace! ;-) Next time we ll try during winter time. Thank you dear hosts!

Bon contact avec la propriétaire 😊 un accueil chaleureux et le gîte très agréable 😊

Tout est bien pensé dans le gîte!! Une cuisine très bien équipée, des chambres agréables avec une literie de qualité. Des tables et des chaises longues sont à disposition et en nombres. Je recommande vraiment!!! 👍et enfin une disponibilité de la propriétaire appréciable.

Très vaste gîte, ideal pour une réunion familiale

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'occasion des fêtes de Noël que nous voulions passer en famille à notre aise. Vaste salle a manger, beau salon avec une belle cheminée, cuisine bien équipée, chambres propres et confortables à l'etage (dans la toiture), environnement très calme et verdoyant, rapports très agréables avec la propriétaire : c'était parfait !

Grand gîte très bien équipé et très agréable !

Gîte très chaleureux et très bien équipé : il dispose d'une très grande pièce de vie avec une cheminée magnifique, de chambres toutes agréables, de sanitaires et de salles de bain en nombre, et donne accès à de nombreuses activités sur place (tennis, foot, volley, ping pong, pétanque, ...) Bref, nous y avons passé un excellent weekend en famille :) Un grand merci à Marie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ! On recommande les yeux fermés!

Séjour en Champagne pour fêter mes 60 ans

Je voulais que mes 60 ans soit célébrer dans un environnement champêtre avec ma famille et amis du Canada. Ce gite a été parfait pour accueillir tout le monde. Le gite est grand, confortable et très bien équipé; entre autre la cuisine est super bien. Le gite est encore plus beau que ce que les photos montrent.Tout le mode (6 couples) avait leur chambre privée et il y a plusieurs salles de bain. La cours arrière est privé et on y a dîner tous les soirs; idéal pour déguster le Champagne de la région, célébrer ma fête et la beauté de la région. Marie, notre hôte, a toujours répondu très rapidement a toutes mes questions et a fourni de la très bonne information sur le gite et la région. Mon séjour à Fontaine-sur-Aï a vraiment été spécial et je recommande ce gite sans hésitations.

Fabuleux week end entre amis

Marie est une hôte irreprochable. Arrangeante et accueillante, elle a accepté de nous louer son gîte au dernier moment (une autre réservation ayant été annulée quelques jours avant), sauvant ainsi notre week end. Et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Une super adresse pour un week end entre amis ou en famille. Beaucoup d'espace, très bien équipé, une superbe cheminée et une très bonne distribution des chambres. Gîte idéal pour retrouvailles entre amis

Le gîte est bien situé entre les vignobles et proche de la montagne de Reims, avec de très nombreuses activités pour les petits et les grands. Tout est bien pensé en terme d'équipement et d'aménagement (espaces personnels et espaces communs). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et font le nécessaire pour que les convives passent un séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce gîte pour des réunions familiales ou entre amis.

gîte à Fontaine sur ay

Ravis de notre séjour dans ce gîte idéalement placé, aux portes de la route des vignobles champenois et tout près de Reims aussi. Situé dans un petit village il a l'avantage donc d'être très au calme avec la nature à perte de vue. Nous avons apprécié sa superficie qui permet à chacun d'avoir des moments bien lui, aussi bien agréable une salle de bain dédiée globalement à chaque chambre. L'espace de la salle principale est aussi un atout et la grande cheminée a alimenté de belles soirées au coin du feu. La cuisine a tout l'équipement nécessaire, grand frigo . Nous avons rencontré les propriétaires très récemment installés qui ont l'air soucieux du bien être des occupants, à l'écoute de nos remarques et désireux d'embellir les lieux au fur et à mesure. Très belle adresse et je rajoute que pour des réunions de famille c'est vraiment l'idéal vu la capacité des chambres!
