Absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Couldn't ask for much more. We had the typical florida weather, sunny during the day and rain and lightning in late afternoon and evening. Exactly how we like it. The owner's spared no expense on furnishings and the beautiful pool area. Beds were very comfortable, and we all got a lot of much needed rest. Except to go to the grocery and liquor stores, we never left the house. Hated having to leave. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at this house. It is amazing. You can’t beat the view or the pool. The owners are very responsive if there are any issues. I highly recommend and we will be back again.

Anniversary trip

Excellent property. Enjoyed our time there. Saw a manatee and dolphins off the dock. Close to food and stores. Very quiet and relaxing! Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Stay

Excellent location on the Caloosahatchee River! Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area (minus the no see ums). The home is lovely and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A luxurious stay in a spectacular location

Professional hosts. Beautiful, relaxing property that feels like a home away from home. Comfortable and inviting. Outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. Vacation type experience at this home don't even need to leave the property unless you feel the need to day trip Helpful and prompt replies were appreciated when we had questions. Another great stay in Cape Coral

This was our fourth stay and we had a wonderful time. We just love the house the pool the view! Very comfortable. As usual the Steinbrenners were gracious hosts.

We handle the rentals ourselves, and have a local area handyman and property manager to handle any issues the guests may have immediately. You will have the cell numbers of the owners, not some rental agency. We have rented this home for the last 8 years to select couples and families.
