This is a beautiful cottage with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. We spent a wonderful week here. It is well-equipped and perfect for relaxing. Good restaurants are close by within easy walking distance. The host, Filomena, was fantastic and answered all of our questions promptly, including providing great recommendations for restaurants in the area. When we woke up one morning and discovered that we did not have hot water, she had it fixed within a couple hours even on a Sunday. We couldn't ask for more and would love to come back for another visit.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Filomena and her home. Firstly, in our opinion if you plan on staying near Arrifana Beach you do not want to be anywhere but a home on the beach. The hill is steep and the walk is long. At Vermar beach home you are close to the beach and Filomena provides a resident parking pass so you can park extremely close. The home was not only impeccably clean but it has beyond what most rental apartments have from kitchen supplies, bottled water, a welcome package, washer AND dryer, and more. The owner is extremely sweet and communicative. I would highly recommend this home and would certainly return.

Tolle Unterkunft und herzliche Gastgeber

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde als Gäste willkommen gefühlt! Es war wirklich alles genau so wie beschrieben und noch mehr. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und es waren sogar Vorräte für die erste Zeit vorbereitet. Der Blick und die Lage sind traumhaft und man ist in 3 min am Strand. Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig und man hört nur die Brandung.Es ist an alles gedacht und es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt hier so einzigartig machen.

Sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin

Traumhaft

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche am Praia da Arrifana. Das wunderschöne Fischerhäuschen bietet alles was man braucht (und noch mehr) - einen traumhaften Blick sowohl von drinnen als auch von der Terrasse, genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie, eine tolle Ausstattung, viel Liebe zum Detail und obendrauf noch eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. 10/10 als Bewertung ist eigentlich noch zu wenig, mindestens 10 mit großem Sternchen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem besonders schönen Häuschen. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung in der Küche, Grill mit Anzünder auf der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht vorhanden. Die süße Details und die perfekte Lage haben die Woche sehr besonders sein lassen.

A Dream House on Arrifana Beach

My stay at Filomena's property was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we booked, Filomena was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear directions and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself is a dream come true. Located right on Arrifana Beach, it offers a stunning view of the Costa Vicentina that extends all the way to Sagres. We were lucky to catch some perfect waves during our stay, making our beach experience even more memorable. One of the highlights was the kitchen. It is very well kitted out, and we enjoyed cooking meals together while watching the sunset. The atmosphere was serene and the views were breathtaking, making it the perfect place to rest and recharge. Even though we only stayed for 2 days, we left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. We would not hesitate to come back and stay for a longer period next time. Highly recommended!

Ein traumhaftes , liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in dem einfach nichts fehlt !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhäuschen mit einem unvergesslichen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand ! So eine liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlicher Einrichtung im Vitage Stil ,mit allem was man braucht , sogar mit einer Nespresso Kaffeemaschine haben wir noch nie angetroffen ! Es war einfach genial ! Für 2 Personen ein Traum !

Great

Two of us stayed at Ver Mar late February through early March. What a great lodging in a gorgeous locale. It is half-way down the drive to Arrifana Beach. Immaculately clean, well outfitted with quality appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware, and fluffy towels. And don’t forget the fruit juicer with which we squeezed our daily fresh orange juice - so sweet, it was worth the effort. This is a two level house, with two bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom and common space on the entrance level. The views from the couch, dining table, and chairs outside are all right over the beach. Great for enjoying the waves, sunset, storms, and for watching the many surfers. If you want to park close to the house off-season when the surf is good, you will probably need to relocate your car from up top after you finish enjoying the sunset. Grocery shopping, restaurants, and bakery are all within a ten minute drive in Vale de Telha. Also, Fisherman’s Trail is beautiful this time of year. Thank you Filomena!

Fantastic house in dream location

Living in Arrifana beach road makes all the difference. There are maybe 20 houses directly at the road that leads to the beach. Your advantage: You can see the ocean 270defrees, you can see the waves observe the surfers and check out tides Whenever you want to surf it’s only 5mi. Walk. No car no parking hassle. The kids can go by themselves (depending on when and swim level) but we had them join a surf course and they were busy 3hrs a day. House itself is awesome. Level of detail Is great. Has everything you need and more, including dishwasher, washing Maschine and dryer, a little backyard to hang wetsuits, Space is used very very efficiently. Great living room with a view and you can open one panorama window all the way (2/3) makes you feel Like sitting at the beach whil at the same time being safe from bad weather. Especially in October / April. Clear 5/5 from us. We were ther 2 weeks and will be back next year.

Wunderschöne Wohnung am Strand

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Wohnung, direkt am Strand. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit auf der Terrasse genossen, aber auch drinnen hat man einen tollen Ausblick nach draußen mit großer Fensterfront. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, man hat immer sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Küche ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden. Bei Ankunft gab es einen sehr großen und leckeren Obstkorb mit Wein. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing little house by the beach

The house and the host could not have been better. I came with my son for three days surfing on Arrifana beach and this could not have been more perfect. Great house, great location. The host was also very responsive and helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Besser als beschrieben

Herrliche kleines Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Blich auf den Strand. Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alle nötigen Utensilien um selber zu kochen oder zu grillen sind vorhanden. Mehr als ausreichend nötiges Geschirr und Gläser. Die technischen Geräte -Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fernseher, etc. - auf sehr gutem Niveau und in top Zustand. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe und Checkout. Der Urlaubsort bietet alles nötige fussläufig erreichbar. Eventuell nur zum Supermarkt mal das Auo benutzen. Auch ist die Lage für Ausflüge zur Algarve oder ins Landesinnere oder zur Steilküste nach Sagres sehr gut. Vielen Dank, daß wir Ihr Ferienhaus nutzen durften!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Lovely little holiday home with a fantastic view of the beach. The apartment is very well equipped. Nothing is missing. All the necessary utensils to cook or grill yourself are available. More than enough necessary crockery and glasses. The technical devices - stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, television, etc. - are of a very good standard and in top condition. Very nice contact for handing over the keys and checkout. The resort offers everything you need within walking distance. Maybe just use the car to go to the supermarket. The location is also very good for excursions to the Algarve or inland or to the cliffs of Sagres. Thank you for letting us use your holiday home!!

Eine Perle

Dieses kleine süße Fischerhaus ist eine Perle unter den Ferienhäusern. Alles ist liebevoll in dem kleinen Haus ausgestattet, jeder Zentimeter ist perfekt ausgenutzt, es fehlt wirklich an nichts, es ist außerdem urgemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten super bequem, die Dusche bietet auch viel Platz, das Esszimmerfenster sehr groß, so dass man auch von drinnen einen grandiosen Ausblick über die Bucht hat. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Wein, Obst und Käse willkommen geheißen, so nett. Es gibt außerdem ausreichend Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir auch täglich genutzt und genossen. Wir können jeden nur empfehlen diese kleine Perle zu buchen und den Aufenthalt zu genießen.
