Beautiful, Secluded Villa in the South of France

This villa was the perfect home base for our group’s visit in July and August. The home and the grounds feel historic, but with the updates and modern amenities that we wanted (HVAC, laundry machines, WiFi, modern kitchen, gym, etc.). The pictures in the listing do not do the villa justice. The interior is pristine, with comfortable furniture, large bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen that made entertaining easy, but the exterior is the star of this home. The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden that provided a beautiful backdrop, as well as herbs and lavender for cooking. There is ample outdoor seating, including numerous outdoor dining areas and pool seating. Our group enjoyed the pétanque court and the pool as well. The chickens on the property were a bonus and provided us with fresh eggs every morning. The location, outside of Grasse, was great for our group, as we were able to take day trips across the region. Destinations like Nice, St. Tropez, Monaco, and Cannes were easily accessible by car. Access to the villa is up a narrow drive, so a small SUV (and a confident driver) will be helpful when renting. We could not be happier with the villa and appreciated the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owners when we texted with questions. We highly recommend this villa!

Spectacular villa in Grasse, France

We had the most amazing stay at this villa! It is located so close to so many villages and towns. The backyard overlooks the valley and the hillside of Grasse. Easy to access. The villa is immaculate and beautiful. So clean and well appointed! We had chickens, fish, and friendly kitty as neighbors. We will be back. We absolutely loved every part about this villa!

Beautiful villa, amazing pool house

Lovely French Villa, very tastefully presented. Every thought has been given to entertainment, great pool, boules, table tennis, hammock etc. Only slight negative would be access. Driveway very narrow. But property itself makes up for this!

Wonderful wedding

We when back to this lovely villa for our wedding party. It was as nice and beautiful as when we when last time. Indeed, we thought it was a nice villa, but we wanted to rent it before planning all our wedding. Actually it was even nicer because Koen and Véronique organised a beautiful garden, full of beautiful little white flowers. It was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Veronique and Koen, thanks to this villa we have a wonderful moment full of joy and love. We'll be back for some holidays soon.

Séjour au top

Grande villa sur grand terrain, Spacieuse et accueillante, nous avons passé au séjour au top. La villa est très propre et bien entretenue, ainsi que le jardin. Les propriétaires donnent accès à un livre de bonnes adresses locales. Le fait de pouvoir accueillir autant de personne permet de diviser les frais par plusieurs familles, ce qui est très important pour nous. Les enfants se sont régalés, entre la piscine, le trampoline, la pétanque et le grand espace pour jouer au ballon. Vu que les enfants avaient beaucoup d'activités extérieures, ça nous a permis de profiter au maximum, vacances reposantes entre les cigales. Je recommanderai cette villa et compte bien y retourner dès que possible.

EXCEPTIONNEL!!!

Nous avons eu la chance d'organiser la réception de notre mariage dans cette magnifique villa. En plus d'une situation géographique idéale (proche des commerces et de la ville, mais en ayant l'impression d'être à la campagne), la villa avec ses restanques et espaces verts est très chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très raffinée. Et en plus, les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable! Si nous avions pu rester une semaine de plus, nous l'aurions fait avec plaisir!!! Vous ne trouverez pas meilleur endroit pour vos vacances!

Séjour magique pour tous les gouts!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette sublime bastide 1 semaine, au mois de Juin. Tout fut très agréable, en commençant par l'accueil de Véronique et de sa famille. La décor est tés jolie et la maison est bien équipée ,entre le four à pizza, le BBQ, et le pool house. Nous étions 12 adultes et enfants,tous ont adoré le séjour.Pour les plus agés, la piscine offre un espace très relaxant grâce à la salle de sport, saunas et son jacuzzi.Pour les enfants, le grand jardin leur a permis de jouer à 'extérieur, entre la trampoline,la piste de pétanque, table de ping pong, il y en a vraiment pour tout les goûts.La maison est très bien située proche de la mer à une vingtaine de minutes.Notre séjour était magique! Merci encore
