Nice apartment located next to the sea and on walking distance if the old town

We had a fantastic stay at this marvelous apartment. Everything you need is provided. Airco works great. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The parking space is a big bonus although with a slightly longer car a little bit challenging. Ezio is a great host and very friendly. The balcony is very big and spacious with a breathtaking view over the sea. I highly recommend this apartment!

Very nice condo with great view and very near the old part of town

This condo was wonderful. It was very nice inside, and had a nice big patio with a great view. It was a 3 minute walk from the old part of town and just around the corner from a huge shopping street and many restaurants. When it was time for me to leave, my ride never showed up. I texted Ezio that I might be late leaving, and he found me a van ride to the airport!! Thank you, Ezio! The experience here was great!

Appartement spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, superbe vue. Emplacement central mais avec enfant en bas âge, la situation au dessus des restaurants et proche de la rue génère du bruit (notamment lors des soirées musicales et concert des restaurants 😁)

Perfekt Appartement mit unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick

Die Anlage selbst ist wie auf den Bildern zusehen - sehr ansprechend - 2 Aufzüge/ Treppenaufgänge - 1 davon direkt zur Tiefgarage. Durch die zentrale Lage- 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt / Einkaufsmeile ums Eck -muss der Verkehrslärm halt akzeptiert werden. Häufig wird er auch von der Brandung übertönt. An der Wohnung selbst gibt es gar nichts zu meckern, gut und grschmackvoll ausgestattet - wir fanden sie noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auch die komplette Abwicklung/ Kommunikation ist perfekt- daher an dieser Stelle ein dickes Lob an Enzo 👍Am Ende unseres 13-Tägigen Aufenthalts hätten wir gut vorstellen können, hier länger zu verweilen.

Beautiful apartment near everything

We loved the property. It was very clean and modern, had a beautiful view of the sea, was very close to the old town and main shopping area. It was very easy to arrive at the property by car and leave Gallipoli for trips outside of town. We would visit again.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane ad agosto in questo bellissimo appartamento, situato in una posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente a piedi i luoghi di interesse della città. La casa si presenta conforme alla descrizione dell’annuncio con tutte le comodità del caso, un plus non da poco è il posto auto nell’autorimessa del condominio considerando le notevoli difficoltà di parcheggio. Va specificato che il residence, per quanto ben insonorizzato da ottime finestre , si trova in una zona piuttosto trafficata dunque rumorosa, per lo meno nelle sere d’estate in cui la città si anima letteralmente.

Appartamento situato in posizione splendida vista del terrazzo indimenticabile. Confortevole con tutto ciò che occorre, compreso il garage che per il posto è una chicca (tenendo presente che si trova al centro ed i pochi posti sono a pagamento). Unici nei sono la seconda camera con oscuranti poco coprenti (ma si può rimediare) e il ristorante sotto che il venerdì e il sabato sera ha la musica alta sino alle due di notte. Appartamento ben arredato, accessoriato e luminoso, con gli spazi distribuiti in modo d'essere vivibile da un nucleo familiare di 4/5 ed anche 6 persone. Il proprietario è una persona disponibile e simpatica. L'unico appunto è il traffico sotto casa, formato prevalentemente da allegri motorini, compensato però dalla disponibilità del posto auto nel garage della casa (non scontato ma indispensabile qui)

très bon séjour

Appartement très confortable, spacieux avec vue imprenable sur la mer . Nous y avons passé quatre jours et Ezio , le propriétaire a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. La parking est très pratique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et Gallipoli .

We loved this place, especially the large balcony.

We stayed here two years ago, not sure why my review didn't show up. So here we go again. Ezio was lovely and very helpful. His place was spotless and very roomy. We cooked most of our meals and had all the equipment we needed. Bought fresh seafood from the fishermen at the nearby port. Enjoyed the beaches and just walking around town. The view from his large balcony was amazing!! We ate all our meals out there. Thanks again for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment.

Appartamento meraviglioso,nulla di più da chiedere!!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane presso l’abitazione del Sig.Ezio trovando il tutto speciale e non sentendo la mancanza di casa proprio perché dotato di ogni comfort,arredato con gusto,dotato di posto macchina Piano Interrato con ascensore,rispecchiando a pieno quanto descritto sul sito. La location è l’ideale per chi come noi ama vivere il centro tra i suoi mille vicoletti,baretti e ristorantini tipici! Punto forte è sicuramente l’ampio terrazzo che affaccia sul mare dal quale godere albe e tramonti sensazionali! Poi che altro dire se il tutto è stato condito dall’accoglienza del Sig.Ezio che con la sua cordialità e trasparenza ci ha accolto dopo un lungo viaggio nella sua meravigliosa casa in modo impeccabile facendoci sentire sin dai primi istanti come se fossimo a casa nostra!! Mi ritrovo ora, terminata questa splendida vacanza,a scrivere questa recensione con la convinzione che sicuramente ritornerò ad essere ospite del Sig.Ezio!!! Fabio....Laura&Gaia

Magnifique

Nous ( ma femme et mes 2 adoslescentes ) avons passé un séjour particulièrement agréable à Gallipoli et plus généralement dans les Pouilles. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis, à commencer par l'appartement d'Ezio super bien situé et dont la vue est un bonheur dont on ne se lasse pas. Le climat de mai, les villes et villages, les plages, l'animation de Gallipoli, sa vieille ville, son port... Tout nous a séduit.

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage von Gallipoli

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet viel Komfort, ist modern eingerichtet und befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage von Gallipoli. Die Altstadt kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden, die (wenig attraktive) Einkaufsstrasse liegt gleich um die Ecke. Der Blick vom großen Balkon über das Meer und auf die Altstadt (seitlich) ist super und alle Räume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die wir (im März) als Heizung genutzt haben. Das Auto findet seinen Platz in der Hauseigenen Tiefgarage mit festem Stellplatz. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung empfehlen! Negativ: leider befindet sich die Wohnung in einem Haus mit zwei Restaurants und einer Lounge-Bar im Erdgeschoss. Am Wochenende stört die laute Musik mitunter bis 3 Uhr nachts. Ausserdem muss man wissen, dass die Wohnung direkt an der stark befahrenden Küstenstrasse liegt. Verkehrsgeräusche übertönen tagsüber das Wellenrauschen. Einen Supermarkt und Bäckerei gibt es leider nicht in Fusswegnähe, aber dass soll die gute Qualität der Wohnung nicht mindern.

Water views from modern apartment right between old and new town of Gallipoli with secured parking

Very modern and clean apartment on the 2nd level above ground with full water views from the wind protected balcony. Building incl. Parking is secure. Cafés, Bars, Restaurants on the ground floor and around the corner. There is plentiful crockery and cutlery in the fully equipped kitchen to cater oneselves though. We've been traveling with an infant, for which the apartment is very suited.

Terrazzo sul mare

La casa in un contesto moderno ed elegante è molto accogliente e carina, il terrazzo si affaccia sul mare con un panorama bellissimo. La posizione è strategica perché è vicina al centro ed ai locali sul mare. Per le nostre esigenze mancavano dei kit monouso per l'igiene.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, hat einen großen Balkon in Südlage mit Blick auf das Meer. Sie liegt zentral, alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es kann allerdings etwas laut werden, da sie direkt an der Straße liegt. Der Vermieter kümmert sich und reagiert schnell auf auf alle Fragen. Die Bilder im Inserat geben alles gut wieder.

Stylische, großzügige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, genau wie beschrieben; es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vermieter reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und war sehr freundlich. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Altstadt von Gallipoli vom sehr geräumigen Balkon aus war jeden Abend wieder beeindruckend. Gut zu wissen ist, dass es zur Hochsaison sehr belebt in dieser Straße ist, da die Strandpromenade, wo viele Besucher der Altstadt parken, direkt gegenüber ist. Wer am Abend auch von zu Hause aus was erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
