家は丘の住宅にあり、そこからエオリア諸島の壮大な景色を楽しむことができます。テラスからの夜には、日常生活のストレスを忘れさせてくれるクリスタルの海の息をtakingむような夕日を眺めることができます。 家はタオルミーナ、カターニア、エトナ、チェファル、パレルモ、エオリア諸島など、シチリアの多くの場所を訪れる拠点として理想的です。また、単に海を体験したい、またはネブロディ公園の味と古代の伝統を再発見したい人にも。
家は、ソファベッド2台、キッチン、ベッドルーム2つ、大きなバスルーム1つ、バスルーム1つを備えた広いリビングルームで構成される約100平方メートルです。 家はエアコン完備で、wifiは無料です。また、必要なものがすべて揃った家具付きの専用駐車スペースがあります。残りは予約するだけです。

Vue incroyable! Très tranquille! Propreté impeccable! Bel endroit pour se faire à manger et belle terrasse pour en profiter. Auto absolument nécessaire pour s’y rendre car on peut difficilement se déplacer à pied.

Obwohl wir in einem anderen AP in der Nähe waren, ist der Blick vom Balkon bzw Terrasse grandios! Auch die Umgebung an der Nordküste ist einen Besuch wert. Super Gastegeber, kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung bis auf ein paar fehlende Küchenutensilien. Sehr ruhig, da noch Vorsaison. Kommunikation mit Vermieter per mail problemlos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Unser Urlaub war klasse. Wetter hat gepasst, Wohnung war sehr schön, besonders der Meerblick (!!!) … und erst der Straßenverkehr 😉

Traumhafte Aussicht.

Toll gelegen, traumhafter Bilck von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in der Küche währe unserer Meinug nach eine Filterkaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher und ein Schneidebrett wünschenswert gewesen. Die zwei Toiletten sind für einen Familieaufenthalt sehr praktisch. Wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen lesbar ist, waren auch wir von dem Liegekomfort der Matratzen überhaupt nicht begeistert. Ein Parkplatz steht immer zur Verfügung. Alles zusammen war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung gut.

Breathtaking Views!

Thank you for a wonderful Holiday! The View of the flat was absolutly breathtaking, no matter the weather. We got to see beautiful sunsets as well as an incredible thunderstorm over the sea. There is beautiful beaches close by for example capo de orlando which is only a 15 minute car ride. The large supermarket is roughly a 10 minute carjourney and has everything you need. I would definitly recommend you hire a car overall to explore sicily, however there is a trainstation close by. The flat was super tidy, spacious and equiped with everything you could possibly need. Antonino and his wife are incredible friendly people, made sure we had everything we needed and were always qick to answer if we had any questions. Unfortunately we had to take one star of the overall rating as the double bed with the beautiful view above the ocean was impossible for us to sleep in. The matrace was very hard and run through, as soon as one of us would move the whole matrace moved and the other person would wakke up. We ended up moving after 3 nights into the "kids room" with the two single beds which we pushed together.

Sehr schöne Lage,

Der Vermieter reagierte schnell auf Reklamationen, die Handwerker eher ineffizient, fast eine Woche gebraucht, bis Wasserdruck in der Dusche in Ordnung war. Die Matrazen sollten erneuert werden, kein Liegekomfort.

Vacanza molto rilassante

Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti di questa vacanza in un contesto veramente stupendo: Casa accogliente e tranquilla con un panorama impareggiabile. Siamo stati gentilmente accolti dalla proprietaria Sig.ra Elisa e ci dispiace solamente di non averla potuto salutare il giorno della nostra partenza. Via een steile weg bereik je een eigen parkeerplaats. Adembenemend uitzicht op zee en de Eolische eilanden. Prima ingerichte en goed geoutilleerde woning. Geschikt voor maximaal vier personen.

Bellissima settimana di vacanze in famiglia!!!

Vacanza bellissima e rilassante in uno scenario incantevole. La casa è grande, pulita, ben arredata e attrezzata , offre una vista spettacolare e tramonti mozzafiato sul mare, con cinque delle sette isole Eolie a fare da sfondo. I terrazzi di casa sono il posto più bello dove mangiare e/o rilassarsi davanti a cotanta bellezza. Elisa è stata molto gentile e disponibile con noi. Sicuramente un posto dove tornarei.

Lovely appt. with the most amazing views, the communication with Elise was first rate and she was on hand to help if needed. we Loved it here and if in this area again won’t look anywhere else. Fantastico!

tolle Gastgeber und atemberaubender Blick

Antonio und seine Frau sind großartige, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die auf viele Wünsche eingehen. Auch Check-in mit großer Verspätung wegen der wetterbedingten Flugverspätung war kein Problem. Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage und Blick. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche und Bad, alles blitzsauber. Unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, mit toller Ausstattung und herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Piraino!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Piraino erlebt. Die Wohnung, gelegen zwischen Messina und Palermo, war toll ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat über Whattsapp wunderbar geklappt! Wir haben von dort schöne Touren gemacht!

Sehr sauber, alles im Haus was man benötigt sehr empfehlenswert!

Wer ein tolles Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet mehreren Personen eine komfortable Unterkunft. Schlüsselübergabe usw. erfolgt problemlos, sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder 👌😘

Fantastischer Ausblick, Ruhe, Sonne ind Meer

Vom 9.9. bis 23.9.2017 angenehme Temperaturen aber nicht mehr viel los in den Ortschaften, die Saison ist vorbei. Villa Helios bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene, notfalls auch mehr durch Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Der Ausblick ist grandios auf die äolischen Inseln und jeden Abend Sonnen- Untergangsspektakel. Die Ausstattung ist prima, WLan gratis, Sat-TV mit allen Astra Programmen. Schöne Strände in der Nähe (Capo d'Orlando, Marinello,...). Sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar ist und gerne hilft. Der Preis zu dieser Jahreszeit ist absolut ok. Klare Empfehlung.

Angolo di paradiso.

Siamo una famiglia dalla provincia di Palermo ,noi e i nostri due bambini , da 3 anni a questa parte non riusciamo a non trascorrere almeno una settimana in questo angolo di paradiso. Progettare qualcosa di diverso sarebbe una pazzia,per noi e' stato un vero privilegio soggiornare in un appartamento cosi' prestigioso: ampie camere, pulitissime,ricche di servizi e comodita' , zona tranquilla a due passi dalla spiaggia,curata nei particolari soprattutto dai proprietari che ci fanno sempre trovare soft drinks in frigo da noi molto apprezzati,ma uno degli aspetti per cui non riusciamo davvero a farne a meno e' la vista mozzafiato che dal terrazzo ci permette di vedere le Isole Eolie. Tramonti da cartolina,posto ideale per chi e' alla ricerca di tranquillita' e sfiziosi ristorantini con tipici piatti locali (noi consigliamo la cucina dei Nebrodi). Insomma...che dire... noi speriamo di poterci ritornare presto!!

Un paradiso terrestre

Un posto che cura l'anima. Ottimo per trascorrere del tempo e ritrovare se stessi. Mozzafiato il panorama, il mare e le Eolie! La posizione del luogo permette di godere di una tranquillita' naturale, un paradiso terrestre. Sono rimasto così colpito da questo posto che è la seconda volta che ci ritorno, provando, sempre emozioni diversi. A due passi dal centro!

Un angolo di Paradiso sulla terra

Non vi sono parole per descrivere la bellezza di questa casa, attentamente arredata e corredata di ogni confort. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incantevole con l'appuntamento fisso serale per sorseggiare, sul terrazzino, un aperitivo di fronte ad un tramonto in acqua spettacolare con l'incantevole sfondo delle Isole Eolie. Stupende le spiagge dove non vi è nemmeno l'ombra dei posteggiatori e le docce sono libere. Da visitare tutti i deliziosi paesini circostanti (Ficarra-Floresta-Sinagra-Castell'Umberto ecc...) dove ci sono ristorantini caserecci di eccellente qualità dove sembra che il tempo si sia fermato!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido residence nel mese di settembre. Appartamento pulitissimo, attrezzato con tutto quanto necessario per cucinare e per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. Proprietari disponibilissimi e sempre attenti a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. La location è incantevole con vista splendida sulle eolie e con uno spettacolare effetto "anfiteatro":sembra di dormire a pochi metri dalla riva del mare! !! Consigliatissimo. Io ci tornerò sicuramente
