Wonderful house!

We had such a great stay in this beautiful place. Annemarie is the perfect host, she created an amazing place, very warm and welcoming, cute little details and the house was absolutely spotless! It was also the ideal point to discovering the area, including the cinque terre. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much for having us over! Grazie!

Magic place

We had such a great time in Ca Mary. Love it: The peace, view and majestic garden. Waking up with the sounds of the birds, and at night watching the sky full of stars. The characteristic Italian house is comfortable and stays cool all the time. Annamaria is a lovely, friendly and helpful hostess. Hope to come back!

Quiet neighborhood spot

The view from this hillside retreat was amazing! Waking up in the morning to the birds singing through the windows was a perfect start to the day before heading out to busier areas. The town of Lerici and castle were fun to explore and a short train ride to explore the sites of the Cinque Terre. AnnaMaria was very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the house and showing us around. It is a country home so don’t expect the amenities of a hotel resort, but if a quiet time in the country is what you’re looking for you’ll find it here. A short walk up the street you’ll find ancient ruins - Menhir di monte Caprione, which was an unexpected treat to explore.

A lovely accommodation with the sweetest hosts ever.

We have had a great holiday at a beautiful location in Italy. The house is (as advertised) modest, but is has all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. There is airco (nice in the hot Italian summer), a kitchen (small but functional, with a stove and a big and smaller oven). And a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a beautiful and big garden all around the house, and you can park your car on the premises. The garden offers shade (and sun :) all day around. And as a bonus, the house offers a great view on the Italian country side and sea. The location is only a 5 to 10 minute drive to Lerici parking places from which you can walk easily to the beach or city center and restaurants. Also it is a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Italian highways for an easy travel to Pisa (50 minutes) or Florence (1.5h) Genua (1.5h) and La Spezia (20 minutes). Let me finish with complimenting the sweetest and most caring host of this accommodation. She, and her husband, are so kind and helpful. We we welcomed with so much enthousiasme and love. It made us feel incredibly welcomed. This place is certainly a place to return to in the future! Let me repeat - Best hosts ever!! -

Insgesamt war alles okay, bis auf das die Heizung nicht ging und es sehr kalt war für Anfang Oktober. Wer nicht im Sommer dort wohnt sollte seine Schlafsäcke nicht vergessen (wir hatten zum Glück welche dabei). Das Bad ist viel zu alt und mit Kindern ungeeignet und die Küche könnte auch die ein oder andere Erneuerung vertragen. Mit dem Rest waren wir zufrieden :-) Wir wissen zu schätzen, dass das Haus trotz allem sehr sauber war und z.B. frisches Obst sowie Espresso für uns bereitgestellt wurde 3Wir konnten außerdem im Garten frisches Gemüse ernten. Liebe Gastgeberin, der Kontakt war super freundlich, aber wir würden nicht wieder kommen. Hier ein paar to do‘s damit wir wieder kommen würden:- funktionierende Heizung oder der Temperatur angepasste Bettdecken- Runderneuertes Bad- teilweise erneuerte Küche (Herd, Spüle, Spülmaschine) sowie neues Besteck, Pfannen, Töpfe!

Ruhige Umgebung, nette Gastgeber

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich. Und wir danken vielmals, dass Toni beim Check-In so lange auf uns warten konnte, da wir uns durch viel Stau erheblich verspäteten.Bei der Anreise stand ein frisch gefüllter Obstkorb, sowie Kaffee und Wasser bereit.Das Haus an sich war etwas anders, als wir erwartet hatten. Laut Beschreibung des Inserats hätten wir 2 Doppelbetten und 1 Etagenbett erwartet. Leider gab es nur 1 Doppelbett, das Etagenbett und dann eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Da wir zu 6. angereist sind, mussten also 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Das Bad war etwas abenteuerlich. Im Anbau gab es eine Waschmaschine und sogar noch ein 2. WC.Insgesamt war einiges am Haus etwas veraltet oder manches sogar defekt. Die Fotos des Inserats sind teilweise veraltet.Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Mit 2 SUV‘s sind wir teilweise an unsere Grenzen gekommen, weil die Straße zum Teil unglaublich schmal ist. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Garten, in dem unser großer Hund sich frei bewegen konnte, sowie der schöne Ausblick auf den Golfo dei Poeti vom Balkon aus. Die Umgebung am Haus war schön ruhig. Keine direkten Nachbarn, man war schön für sich und konnte die Ruhe genießen. Insgesamt haben wir es trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte genossen.

Es war einfach nur schön, nur der Regen war fürchterlich

Wir sind mit der ganzen Familie angereist. Dazu gehören natürlich auch die Hunde. Nicht nur wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sondern auch die Hunde. Das einzige ist die schmale Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmern und dem Bad ist etwas abenteuerlich.Vielen lieben Dank für die nette Begrüßung und den Abschied.

Katastrophe

Das Haus ist weder komfortabel noch ist die Lage gut. Im Haus selbst ist alles alt und zum großen Teil defekt. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht wie angegeben und nur über eine enge und steile Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Für altere Personen fast nicht machbar. Ausser unserer Vermieterin haben wir leider nur unfreundlich e Leute kennengelernt.Italien werden wir nie wieder besuchen.

Tolles Haus mit Garten nah am Meer im Naturschutzgebiet

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin (Anna Maria). Ein traumhafter Ort zum Erholen. Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten, Grillstelle, Gartenmöbel. Im Haus ist alles da - Küche usw. bestens ausgerüstet. Tolle Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür (Naturschutzgebiet). Wer Mountainbike gerne fährt findet hier eine wunderbare Umgebung zum Fahren. Das Meer ist in wenigen Autominuten in Lerici erreichbar. Oder man wandert dort hin ( ca. 1 Std.). Dort sind Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Strand…Brötchen und alle täglichen Dinge im kleinen Laden im Ort ( 1 Min. mit dem Auto). Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Schöner Meerblick vom Balkon. Zum Erholen ein wunderbarer Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Jolie petite maison en retrait au calme avec un beau jardin ! Idéal quand on a des chiens. Annamaria est très bienveillante et nous accueille avec une magnifique coupe de fruit, fleurs et douceurs... Très beau séjour en Italie !

Ligurie belle région mais pas conseillée en août

Très bon accueil de Annamaria et de son mari, des fruits, des fleurs et des bonbons nous attendaient. La maison est typique, les meubles sont rustiques, la cuisine est très petite, la salle de bain aussi. Les chambres sont équipées d'une literie neuve et d'excellente qualité, le linge de maison est très propre. Le bémol est l'escalier en fer très étroit qui mène aux chambres et l'autre point qui nous a gêné c'est la route pour accéder au gîte on ne peut pas se croiser du tout sur 1,3 km, les autochtones ne sont pas très patients... il vaut mieux avoir une fiat 500 qu'un scénic ! Pour nous les atouts de cette maison sont la terrasse et le jardin car nous avons vécu dehors, un potager où on pouvait cueillir tomates, herbes aromatiques. Après les visites, il était appréciable de retrouver le calme du jardin.
