Fantastic apartment in Palermo

Our stay in Rossella's apartment in Palermo was wonderful. To start with, Rossella was very kind and helpful. Communication was easy and she responded immediately to our questions. Her apartment is within walking distance of most sites, in a residential neighbourhood with all the services you need locally. The apartment itself is very well furnished, immaculately clean, and provides a lot of space. This listing exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return and highly recommend it. We were fortunate that Rossella provides this apartment to visitors. You can tell that there is pride of ownership. Do not hesitate to consider this as a great place to stay while visiting Palermo. It has the added benefit to be within 5 minutes walking from the Notarbartolo train station. We picked up our rental car there on our way out of Palermo. Thank you Rossella for your hospitality!

It Felt Like Home

I loved my stay here! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It's well situated, in a nice part of the city, with easy access to grocery stores, transportation, etc. Just behind the apartment, the park at Villa Trabia was a great place to walk or sit. I particularly appreciated the good care I received from Alessandro who helps Rosa with the apartment.

Découvrir Palerme

Pour ce premier séjour à Palerme nous avons profité d’un excellent emplacement. Beaucoup de commerces intéressants tout autour, sans oublier la gare. L’appartement lui-même est tel que sur les photos et bien équipé, vaste et lumineux. Les propriétaires ont tout fait pour tenter de régler les problèmes d’internet. Spettacolare!!

Casa ordinata pulita e arredata con buon gusto. Grande senso dell'ospitalità da parte di Rossella, la proprietaria, molto gentile è sempre pronta ad aiutarci alla scoperta di Palermo. Inoltre la casa è situata in una posizione comoda a tutto. Insomma grande è stupendo soggiorno. Torneremo di sicuro Grazie di tutto

Magnifique appartement

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, il est meublé avec goût, spacieux, très propre et très bien situé dans un quartier agréable et commerçant et avec de bons restos. Le centre historique est très facilement accesible en bus. L'accueil de Rosella et son mari était très chaleureux. Merci encore pour votre aide de trouver un parking couvert à proximité ! Nous avons pris Palerme comme point de départ pour visiter le nord et l'est de l'île et nous avons passé de super vacances. Nous recommandons vivement et aimerions revenir bientôt.

Fabulous apartment!

We spent Christmas at this apartment and we loved it! The apartment has been recently renovated and it was very spacious and beautiful. It is furnished with style and good taste and you find everything you need in the apartment (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, clean-up). At Christmas time the apartment was decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations. It was so beautiful and cosy and felt like home! The location is also good and the distance to the centrum is suitable. Many shops, cafés and restaurants located right in the neighbourhood. We also liked much the beautiful park Villa Trabia and spent a lot of time there. The owners are kind and thoughtful and helped us in many issues. The porter is working in the ground floor. He is very kind and will gladly help you in many ways. We strongly recommend this apartment and will soon visit it again!

GREAT GREAT APARTMENT and STAY

We spent three weeks at this apartment. It was better than the pictures. Spotless and very spacious. You can find everything you need in the house. The house furniture and the 3 AC units made the stay very enjoyable. The house is in an excellent, convenient and safe neighborhood. Easy (walking) access to the old historic town and the daily street markets. The wonderful beach is only 15 min by bus. The owner is avery nice person who greeted us with cookies, drinks and fruits. She gave us many advices on where to eat and she even made reservation in one of the best restaurants around the evening of our arrival. I strongly recommend this apartment and will definitely go back.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement très bien aménagé, spacieux et confortable. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. L'accueil par la propriétaire a été très sympathique et attentionné. La cuisine est très bien équipée et on se sent vite comme chez soi car tout ce qui est indispensable est laissé à disposition. Les commerces sont nombreux dans les environs et on rejoint facilement le centre ville ou l'aéroport par les bus urbains. La gare de Notarbartolo à 10 minutes à pied, permet de gagner rapidement la gare centrale à partir de laquelle on peut prendre le train pour Celalù ou d'autres villes. Il y a des restaurants tout à fait appréciables à proximité. L'appartement est climatisé et un ascenseur permet de rejoindre le troisième étage où il se trouve. Enfin, en semaine, un gardien d'immeuble assure une permanence au rez-de-chaussée et répond avec gentillesse aux questions posées. L'appartement est très propre et bien entretenu. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Una casa fantastica!!!!

Consigio questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliano soggiornare a Palermo perchè non solo è situato in una zona centralissima ma è anche molto ben collegato con tutta la città e soprattutto nei dintorni non c'è alcun problema di parcheggio. La casa è deliziosa, ampi spazi, aria condizionata e pulizia impeccabile. Un plus per la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria che, inoltre, ha sapientemente arredato con gusto la casa, impreziosendola con alcuni pezzi vintage dall'indiscutibile fascino!!!! AAA+++++++++

Soggiorno splendido ! L'appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è molto confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che serve, luminoso e pulito, ammobiliato con gran gusto, accanto alla bellissima Villa Trabia. La sua posizione è strategica per visitare sia Palermo che i dintorni ; il quartiere è ben tenuto, pieno di negozi, supermercati, e di……un' ottima pasticceria proprio sotto casa ! La proprietaria è stata molto carina ed accogliente, e ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli su come e dove girare per Palermo, e su alcuni locali e ristoranti . Senz’altro consigliamo !

Magnifique appartement

L'appartement est très spacieux, entièrement rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien climatisé et propose aux hôtes tout le nécessaire pour y vivre très agréablement: vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, tout l'électroménager, des réserves de produits d'entretien etc. Il est situé à 10mn du métro Notarbartolo qui permet de rejoindre facilement la gare centrale. Stefania nous a accueillies à la sortie du métro et nous avons rencontré les propriétaires le jour de notre départ. Merci à tous les trois pour leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

oTTIMA SOLUZIONE

Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana in questa casa che è veramente comoda, sia perchè si trova vicino ad una delle principali stazioni di Palermo (Notarbartolo) facilmente raggiungibile dall'areoporto e vicina ai monumenti e ai luoghi più interessanti da visitare, sia perchè è stata curata fin nei particolari per far sentire a casa propria i visitatori, a cominciare dai mobili e elettrodomestici fino agli utensili per la cucina, sia perchè ha sotto casa una pasticceria che fa dolci superlativi e negozi che vendono cibo eccezionale a prezzi che a noi che viviamo a Roma sembrano bassissimi... La casa è praticamente nuova e anche tutto quello che c'è dentro è nuovo pulito e scelto con cura. Il quartiere è buono e vicinissima c'è una villa dove poter passeggiare fra piante bellissime.... Consiglio la visita alla città di Palermo che è veramente interessante e consiglio sicuramente questa casa!

Bel appartement et propriétaire très gentil

Pas de surprise, l'appartement est tel qu'indiqué, central, lumineux et bien meublé. Nous étions proche de tous les transports (bus, train) en quelques minutes à pied. Il est très propre et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le quartier est bien avec des divertissements proches théâtre, cinéma, restaurants, etc. La propriétaire est très gentil et je rajoute que nous avons pu nous déplacer le soir en toute sécurité. Bellissima, ogni confort, a due passi da tutto

Il mio soggiorno a Casa Rosa è stato piacevolissimo, l'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato ed è arredato con gusto moderno e raffinato, curato in ogni dettaglio, così come descritto nel sito e anche meglio! Comodo, spazioso, luminoso, tutti i confort, mio marito ed io ci siamo davvero sentiti "a casa". Ottimo il servizio di prenotazione, accoglienza e supporto fornito dal proprietario. La posizione è centrale, eccezionale sia per muoversi a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, sotto casa si trova tutto quello che serve e nella zona ci sono ristoranti e locali tipici, per tutti i gusti. Senz'altro, se torneremo a Palermo, per vacanza o per lavoro, sceglieremo di nuovo Casa Rosa, e la consigliamo a tutti!
