Communications with Marie was excellent throughout the process, from the confirmation of the booking and leaving her nice little room in the heart Paris. She even waited for me when my arrival was delayed! While this is indeed a "nice little room", it has everything a solo traveler needs to be comfortable. Great shower, all you need in the kitchen to prepare meals and good Wi-Fi. The little balcony is an added bonus! Great value for the solo and budget minder traveler! If available, I hope to return on a future trip to Paris.

Clean small room with everything you need for a self catering stay. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Metro stations a few minutes walk. Approximately 30minutes walk to the Seine/Hotel de Ville through Le Marais area. The host is friendly and helpful.

Perfect small room, great location, had everything I could have wanted, including a small balcony with view of the street. Lift adds convenience. Very quiet on the floor and never had to queue for the bathroom (shower is in room). Great value for money. Warmly recommended.

This was the perfect base for a week on my own in Paris. Very local area with good bars and restaurants, and super close to the shopping in the 3e. Despite being very small, I had everything I needed in this apartment and was very comfortable (and the shower was actually bigger than I expected!) Marie Charlotte was a lovely host and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!

Marie Charlotte was a great host. She met me at the apartment to show me around and was very helpful. It is very close to two trains stops and is in a safe area. It has everything a solo traveler needs for a visit to this non touristy part of the city, which is exactly what I was hoping for. There is so much close by. I will definitely stay there again when I go back.

Perfect Place for a Single Person

I stayed about 10 days, and this place had everything I needed. It is small but clean and well appointed, and Marie provides everything you need from towels to soap to cooking supplies and guides to the area. The location is great, close to the metro and bus and many cool restaurants and bakeries.

Amazing stay!

My stay here was amazing, very good location. This is a perfect place for a single traveler! The host even offered me a little souvenir from Paris when I arrived. Would come here again

adorable and well located apartment

loved my stay, Marie Charlotte was absolutely lovely and so accomodating. the property was very cute, and had everything you need, with the bonus of lovely views from the balcony. Well located with restaurants and metro stations nearby.

Perfect place to stay for 1

Marie was such a delight and helpful host. The room itself was lovely and perfect for the solo traveler. Location was great and felt safe to get to and from at night. Couldn’t recommend this location and Marie enough! Thank you for letting me stay here again!

In this Haussmann-style building where I spent 50 years of my life, I have kept a small pied-à-terre where I can greet my family and friends as well as other visitors interested in discovering Paris. I renovated the room, opted for soft colours, and bought new furniture and appliances, focusing on my future guests comfort and convenient.
