Marie Charlotte was a great host. She met me at the apartment to show me around and was very helpful. It is very close to two trains stops and is in a safe area. It has everything a solo traveler needs for a visit to this non touristy part of the city, which is exactly what I was hoping for. There is so much close by. I will definitely stay there again when I go back.

This was the perfect base for a week on my own in Paris. Very local area with good bars and restaurants, and super close to the shopping in the 3e. Despite being very small, I had everything I needed in this apartment and was very comfortable (and the shower was actually bigger than I expected!) Marie Charlotte was a lovely host and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Place for a Single Person

I stayed about 10 days, and this place had everything I needed. It is small but clean and well appointed, and Marie provides everything you need from towels to soap to cooking supplies and guides to the area. The location is great, close to the metro and bus and many cool restaurants and bakeries.

Five nights in Paris!

A wonderful experience in a magnificent city. This lovely, albiet very tiny room served my needs as a solo, budget conscious traveler. And my host Marie Charlotte was most gracious!!!

adorable and well located apartment

loved my stay, Marie Charlotte was absolutely lovely and so accomodating. the property was very cute, and had everything you need, with the bonus of lovely views from the balcony. Well located with restaurants and metro stations nearby.

Marie was such a delight and helpful host. The room itself was lovely and perfect for the solo traveler. Location was great and felt safe to get to and from at night. Couldn’t recommend this location and Marie enough! Thank you for letting me stay here again!

Excellent lodgings!

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was perfect and convenient for my week long stay in Paris. Marie Charlotte is a great owner and wonderful host, very responsive, and was easy to work with. I would stay here again without question!

In this Haussmann-style building where I spent 50 years of my life, I have kept a small pied-à-terre where I can greet my family and friends as well as other visitors interested in discovering Paris. I renovated the room, opted for soft colours, and bought new furniture and appliances, focusing on my future guests comfort and convenient.
