"THE ONE"と呼ばれるMontegonfoli 1は、小さな村を形成するために17世紀から建設された農家グループで構成された "AGRITURISMO MONTEGONFOLI"のプレミアムクラスのアパートメントです。 私たちの農場のユニークな特徴は、地区内の一番高い丘の上に位置しています。（MONTEGONFOLI）、全域を支配し、あなたの視線をどの方向にも信じられないほど素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができます。 600〜700の間に建てられた古い農家は、情熱と献身で改装され、面積60〜95㎡の6つの快適なアパートに分かれています。

Most amazing Tuscan experience!

We had an amazing time at this property enjoying the pool and sipping Tuscan wine on our private patio over looking the vineyards and San Gimignano. Perfect location and clean accommodations. Bruno was absolutely wonderful!

Fatastic views of the tuscan hills and spacious rustic accommodations

Love this place. Great ynit, 2 sepwrate bedrooms with bathrooms and lots of room in the living room and outside.cthe only reason 4 for lication is that its difficult to find even with a gps. Once you get there its a feast fkr the eyes and the manager was so friendly and helpful.

Pure Delight

It was an absolute delight to stay at this property. Wonderful communication and excellent accommodations. More than that, the opportunity to watch the sunset over the rolling hills, to relax in the tranquility of the setting. The property is clean and inviting and a perfect place for couples or families to get away from the cities and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. An absolute must on your next trip!!

Beautiful week in agriturismo near San Gimignano

Large rooms, beautiful views, nice pool (but cooold! In October), nice restaurant in agriturismo next door. Rustic facilities but serviceable. Clean. Not close to shops or other restaurants- need to drive to San Gimignano. Bruno on site very helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

First of all, the property is located in a stunning winery estate. The views are incredible! On the exterior, the property is very well cared for. The pool sas very clean Ann’s the pool surround was very good. Inside, the decor and condition of the furnishings are definitely rustic but suited to the age of the building. Two disappointing factors for us. We were told after check in that we had to pay for heat. This is not disclosed in the property listing. We worked it out with the host but it was an initial disappointment. Secondly, we all felt that our apartment could have been better equipped with more dishes, cups and glasses. It was ok but not great.Paolo was very understanding and Bruno was wonderful. Communication was excellent.

4 nite stay 9-24-2025. This was an outstanding property to stay at, 'vintage' but was exactly the character of this 2 story Tuscany property. We selected the upper floor with 2 balconies, one private that had amazing views; this floor could have easily slept probably 8 & the 2nd unit was separate. Kitchens are typically small but did the task, as we did cook breakfast. Large 'Super' market in Poggibonsi for supplies, "well worth it", right before u start the 25 minutes to the flat. San Gimignano is only about 3 miles away & looks amazing at day or dusk from the private balcony. Recommendations to the host, provide 'paper towels' for the kitchen & bowels for cereal (we used coffee cups, for this). WE WOULD DIFFINTLY STAY AGAIN.Ben & Alicia - san diego.In San Gimignano...small family Italian restruant off the path "I Pollaio" , Mario & the gang treated us like family breaking out their own special 'sweet wine' for 3 couples there! Bruno the caretaker was super helpful with directions & places to pickup food.

Wonderful Tuscan visit!

Beautiful location. Google maps got us there easily and Bruno greeted us even tho we were 2+ hours late due to train issues. The villa had everything you need for a stay. Property grounds are lovely, pool still open. Quiet winery walking distance 1 mile on main road. Property next door was not open during our stay. We had great meals in San G each night. 5km drive. You will need a car, and it's wonderful to drive around the surrounding small towns. We would most definitely stay here again Bring insect repellent.ns.were

Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist perfekt mit wunderschönenAusblicken in die traumhafte toskanische Landschaft nach allen Seiten. Der Pool ist ein Pluspunkt, groß und sauber. Allerdings waren mehrere Liegestühle kaputt und- für uns unverständlich -, es gab Öffnungszeiten für die Poolanlage.Der Facility Manager tat sein Bestes um die Anlage einigermaßen in Schuss zu halten. Aber in unserer Ferienwohnung, ist seit mindestens dreißig Jahren nichts mehr modernisiert worden. Die Küche war winzig und die Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Dunstabzushaube und war absolut verdreckt und der kleine Elektrogrill abstoßend schmutzig, Pfannen und Geschirr hätten schon längst erneuert werden müssen.Bei einem schweren Gewitter drang das Regenwasser durch die schlecht schließenden Fenster in die Wohnung.Es tropfte sogar durch die Zimmerdecke auf das Bett im Schlafzimmer.Montegonfoli nennt sich fälschlicherweise „Agriturismo“.es gibt dort weder Tiere noch irgendwelche landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnisse. Insgesamt vieles ziemlich unterdurchschnittlich, keinesfalls„fabelhaft“, wie von FEWO eingestuft.

100% Toscane !

Cet endroit est parfait pour visiter la Toscane et pour un séjour en famille. Les hôtes sont très gentils et disponibles. Propreté irréprochable et très grande piscine bien entretenue. Toutefois notre appartement était ancien et manquait cruellement de modernité et d'équipements, À noter la literie de très bonne qualité. Nous conseillons cet endroit à la vue magnifique sur San Gimignano. Simon et Sara, août 2022.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Toscane. L’accueil est chaleureux et la propriété est très belle. Le logement est spacieux et agréable avec une belle vue sur San gimigiano et le Couché de soleil. Un point à améliorer pour viser la perfection serait au niveau de l’équipement de la cuisine qui reste sommaire. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour.

Sweet Seven days in Tuscany

We (four adults) stayed in MONTEGONFOLI 1 for seven days. It was a great base to explore the region. The apartment is perfect for two couples with it's separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The best part is the wonderful private terrace overlooking the vineyards, olive groves, and country side with a view of San Gimingnano in the distance. Bruno was very helpful and accommodating. He helped make our stay very special. We would definitely come back.

A wonderful location and lovely place to stay

It was a bit farther from San Gimignano than I expected but it was truly a lovely place. Bruno, the caretaker, was very nice, but he could have done a few things differently that would have made one’s stay much better and make a family want to tip him handsomly. As it was, he was not really too helpful, and made you feel like you were “putting him out” asking him for something. My suggestions: 1) Bruno could buy 4-10 pool towels and have them available to buy if a family does not have any pool towels. 2) Buy some laundry detergent pods and sell them for 1 Euro, rather than making a family go buy an entire package to do 1 load of laundry. 3) Be more clear if you offer cooking dinner for a family as well as that you need to reserve croissants the night before. To say you offer breakfast but not to explain what that means is confusing. I had to ask Bruno 2 different times in a different way to find out about breakfast and I never heard him mention dinner, only my husband did. We would have gladly paid for him to make us dinner on our last night there.

Dear Guests,
I was born in the south of ltaly and so I'm very social and friendly. I love nature and I have several interests and hobbies. I love the good and healty food, that I like to cook; I make my own bread, pizza and cookies using my self made natural yeast, that I'm growing like a son since some years. If you're lucky you could taste my famous "Pizza alle cipolle caramellate" :-) I love deeply our regioun and I'm happy to share my knowledge and my suggestions with our guests.
I'm a "frequent" cyclist, my current fitness program consists in growing up 2 nice babies and to make 20Km per day by bicicle, that I try to use for all my daily trips.
I spend some of my time to make vegetables for me and my babies without using any chemicals. I think that the most important thing that we have is health, and that we'd have to try to preserve the one of the new generations.
My slogan is "BENISSIMO" and I love the people who smile :-), and I'm very happy to give as much smiles as possible :-)

We decided to transform our farmhouse in an "AGRITURISMO " to allow to "THE WORLD" to be inspired by our views. The turistic activity allows us to ensure to the property an advanced maintenance program to keep the buildings in their original beauty and at the same time allows us to support agricolture and land protection.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The most appreciated features of our Farmhouse are Views and location. All the guests are enchanted by the views, and all reviews, on all portals speak by themselves. Views are wonderful wherever you'll move your eyes, and pictures can't tell it. We are in a very silent and quiet place, but we are very close to San Gimignano, the pearl of Tuscany, just a 5 minutes drive, and good walkers can walk or run to it too (3,6Km, with 150m of altitude gap). All the apartments are comfortable, equipped with kitchen, heating and fans. We don't have Air conditioning because our climate usually doesn't requires it. Nights are always cool, we got hot summers in 2003 and 2015 only (for few weeks). We are in a paradise for Wine Lovers, there are several wineries in walking distance, and I suggest a wine tour in the surroundings, among wonderful, award winning wineries. Our farm produces my preferred wine, "VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO" a wonderful white, one of the few ones that improves with age, also known as the wine of the popes, as Dante Alighieri already talked about it 800 years ago in the "Divina Commedia", speaking of Pope "Martino IV", famous for not being able to resist our Vernaccia. The "Vernaccia di San Gimignano" was one the preferred wines of "Lorenzo de' Medici". The Vernaccia di San Gimignano was the first wine to get , in 1966, the DOC certification. Then, in the nineties, our Vernaccia got the DOCG certification. Our vineyards produces "CHIANTI COLLI SENESI" too, a red wine that doesn't need any presentations. Our 1000 Olive Trees produce wonderful olive oils. Our Olive Oil is excellent, we get it from mechanical and cold extraction only. Some olives goes under salt, for olive lovers.
