This apartment is in a fantastic location-at the doorstep of lots of cafes and shops. unfortunately, with the busy location comes a lot of street and building noise. We were awoken several times in the night and early morning. But I still would choose this location, as it was fun being in the middle of it all!I was also surprised at how big the apartment is. There is space for 4 people quite comfortably, and all the amenities you could need. I would recommend staying here for sure.

loved the apartment — it was clean and had everything needed for the stay. It’s also close to the Vatican, the Roman Forum, Castel Sant’Angelo, the Trevi Fountain, and many other attractions.

The hosts were helpful and the apartment was in good shape, well furnished, and old-style attractive. Location is excellent. No washer/dryer but there is a laundromat right across the street, a door or two down the road. It is also an 8-minute walk to the Largo Argentina taxi stand, where a lot of buses stop as well, so you can get where you want pretty easily. The Campo di Fiori market place is a minute walk away, where we got a lot of produce, since we did much of our own cooking. The area is very popular, which caused us to lose some sleep on Saturday night, when there were lots of people out partying noisily deep into the night. The central location was a big factor in our having a good trip.

The apartment DOES NOT LOCK from the inside. You canlock it securely when you leave. While you are home, the door is notlockable. The landlord would not fix it during the 5 days I was there and indicated they were not concerned and did not intend to fix it. There is a security door into the apartments, that does require a key. There is also a door from the street into the apartments that anyone can access via a button on the street. The second storm door is open to all of the apartments, so you are sort of secure. I decided to not deal with the hassle of canceling and didn't sleep well as it felt unsafe, so FYI if that is important to you. Other than that, I felt like a "spurged" to stay in a nicer place in town, but it was just ok for me.Shower - it's impossible to keep water inside of it, but they do have a bathmat for all the water that escapes. The towels are ok.WIFI: The Wifi works great so long as you are right next to the router, it won't go through walls (none in bathroom or primary bedroom)BED: so so comfy but VERY Squeeky! You can't move overnight without waking yourself up.

Appartement très charmant, bien équipé et parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Rome. Même si le lieu est un peu bruyant et que les lits ne sont pas super confortables, je recommande sans hésitation.

Spacious apartment, clean, close to everything. Loved all authentic feel, and modern updates. We were very comfortable here. Just beware- if anyone is sleeping in the living room, it’s pretty loud at all hours. Not good for children. The bedroom is very quiet but needs a new bed frame. The door locks are tricky.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location - right in the heart of Rome. Mornings can be a bit noisy as the market is setting up, but having the market on your doorstep makes it worth it.

Good location near to market and lots of nice places to eat. The alley looks a bit dodgy to start with but it is ok and usually people walking through and it did feel safe.The staff were great when we had a power cut and were quick to respond even though it was 8pm at night. The apartment is dark due to it being down a narrow street, and there is only AC in the main bedroom and kitchen so the kids struggled a bit on the pull out bed - but a fan was provided. Kitchen facilities were excellent. It also had a washing machine which we found really valuable. This was a lovely place to stay and gave us lots of flexibility to explore out. Buses were easy to get to and get round the city. We enjoyed our time in Rome, thank you!

Nice location.

Our stay was ok. The air conditioning didn’t work well at all. Sent a message about it and was told they will have to have someone look at it. If you are planning on hanging in the living room area there is absolutely no air in that area. There was a fan in there at least. We were only there a few days so didn’t make a fuss about it. The location is very good. The market and lots of restaurants are just around the corner.

We enjoyed our time in Roma. The Mercado was amazing. The food there was amazing as well. The apart.ent dis not have working AC. That was the only downside.

Not bad

Could be cleaner. Coffee machine was broke but we used the French press. No balcony. Overall it wasn’t bad but had room for improvement. Kids loved it. - location was amazing. Host was great and check in was perfect.

Rome Stay

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was a two minute walk to a daily market and dining. We were able to walk everywhere to see all the attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book this apartment on a return trip.

Great location, lovely host, quite dark inside

The location of this is fantastic, super easy to get to lots of main attractions in Rome, and just over the river from Trastevere. The local market in the Campo Di Fiori during the day is also great. Check in was great, and the host was super responsive via email!The listing described it as 'spacious and bright' but we found the apartment to be quite dark as it's surrounded by other buildings. Only mention as we had small kids that meant we were spending more time in the accom. But if you are out all the time, and just keen on a place to crash it could be perfect for you.
