Hi Suzanne and Derek, many thanks for taking the time to upload a review- we very much appreciate this. Dealing with guests such as yourselves is truly a pleasure and we know you treat our holiday home as your own. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future. best regards Brian and Loyola

Hi Robert, we are sorry you feel this way about our holiday home- we take great pride in our property. Very conflicting review given your request after 3 days of your holiday to rebook for 2026. As advertised included in your fees was a mid stay towel and linen change-(no maid service ever mentioned) our apartment was deep cleaned(including balcony) prior to your arrival as is always the case post departure of previous guests. Extremely surprised that you didn’t mention any of your concerns when you contacted us to resolve the issue you caused with television(which we had resolved by management company within a few hours) Apartment is self contained and as such a hoover, washing machine, mop brush and cleaning products are located inside the apartment. This helps keep our costs low. Our advertised photographs match reality. Balcony table and chairs have been replaced in last 18 months. As you are aware Lanzarote as an island is very windy, therefore dust blowing and settling onto any balcony is inevitable. Maybe you should reset your expectations and next trip stay in a 5 star hotel. Cheers Brian and Loyola

Thx Alistair- we really appreciate you taking time to write a review. We are delighted you had a good time and look foward to speaking to you again in the future cheers Brian & Loyola

Thx Valerie and David, we are delighted you guys had a great time and you were a pleasure to deal with. Personally we agree with your assessment on the rules(having two primary school aged kids), however as we are relatively new owners on complex we need to be mindful of those who reside here permanently...we always appreciate the regular text msgs guests share so thanks for this. Best wishes and hope to speak with you guys again soon cheers Brian and Loyola

Thx Klaus for taking the time to pen a review- we look forward to welcoming you both again in the future- best regards Brian and Loyola
