Excellent séjour

Un emplacement de rêve pour un chalet de qualité. Chaleureux et décoré avec goût.Nous avons eu l’impression d’être chez nous pendant une semaine.L’appartement est très bien équipé au niveau cuisine et il y a beaucoup d’espace de rangement dans toutes les pièces.La place de parking réservée est un atout extrêmement appréciable.Le départ et retour Ski, au pied est très confortable.!La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l’immense balcon, à disposition mais qui est extrêmement bien situé.Magnifique vue dégagée sur la pointe de la masse. Je recommande vivement cette location !Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond très rapidement aux questions posées.

February family ski trip

Great apartment with all amenities in an excellent location for access to slops and lifts. A nice 15 min walk to la criosette shops or the free gondola across to valley walks (free shuttle bus every 20 mins if you don’t want to walk back up the hill). WiFi was a little weak for family of 4 all using it at the same time but decent phone signal. Nice balcony for sitting in the afternoon sun. Would definitely recommend.

Parfait !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à la Sapinière. Le logement est parfait, très bien équipé, grand et très confortable. La machine à laver est un vrai plus. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. On peut accéder en 5 minutes au cœur de la station des Menuires grâce à la navette gratuite qui passe au bout du chemin. La location de ski est à proximité immédiate, inutile de descendre dans la station. Vraiment je recommande !

Superb apartment

So myself, my wife and our dog stayed in Yves apartment for 5 weeks over January and February. We had family join us for a week. The location of the apartment is brilliant. It literally is ski in ski out. The bottom of Le Croisiette is 400m down the slopes. There is a nice snowy footpath to walk into town which takes around 10mins with the normal amenities. 5 mins uphill is Bruyères and Reberty which has a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants. On the slopes directly opposite the apartment is restaurant/bar that became our go to at the end of each day. The apartment is spacious, it has underground parking that was perfect especially with the amount of snow we had. (Access is a snowy road so have winter tyres). Three bedrooms, with super comfy beds, linen can be hired from the agents M2000 if required. We took our own. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you will need. Yves was on hand with any problems. The dishwasher broke on day 1. Someone came straight out to look at it and replaced it a couple of days later. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment. We will definitely be returning. Our only negative would be the lack of wifi. It’s a shared network with the building and is temperamental to say the least. Wasn’t a big problem as we had phone data but would have been good for Netflix etc if it had of worked. You are up a mountain so it’s not unusual. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Yves. 👊

Séjour en famille

Très bel appartement conforme aux photos. Nous étions à 6, grand espace de vie, belles chambres… Départ ski au pied idéal Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir Petit conseil : prenez vos draps et serviettes dans la mesure du possible car le gestionnaire M2000 vous facture cela 182€ !

3 Valleys over Christmas 2023

Lovely property in a great location with restaurants, supermarket and ski lifts extremely close. The bus stop is 100m up the road from the property to take you into Les Menuires for an evening. The property management company were lovely to deal with but their office was tricky to find. The property was also a little hard to find. Some clearer directions and a link to google maps would make finding both much easier. The property does not supply sheets, towels and pillow cases. You can rent them from the property management company though.

A wonderful authentic stay in a perfect setting

In this idyllic, practical and perfectly located flat we had a fantastic skiing holiday with the whole family at the end of the Easter holidays. After a wonderful day of skiing, you jump right off the slopes into a well-deserved hot bath! The cottage is beautifully decorated and 100% in line with the enchanting mountain environment. The communication with the owner was flawless, even helpful tips and benefits were given along for renting equipment. At the end, a wonderfully memorable holiday, worth repeating!

Fab apartment

Overall very good property , plenty of room for our family. Could have done with another toilet as at times we had a que for the use of the one toilet. My only criticism was that the kitchen was too cluttered we did not have any cupboard space to put our food in and there appeared to be several unnecessary lights in the living room. However as I previously said plenty of room , lovely specious balcony with beautiful view. Perfectly situated for ski slope ( ski in ski out), lovely resturant/ pub across the slope. Thank you Yves

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est très bien situé , spacieux et très bien équipé (manque juste un plat plus grand pour le four ) . Départ skis aux pieds ce qui est très appréciable surtout quand les remontées mécaniques sont fermées. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L’appartement correspond à l’annonce.le point fort est la terrasse plein sud et la vue sur les montagnes .Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique avec nos enfants. J’attends juste le retour de mon état des lieux car départ à 6h couvre feux !!

juste parfait

un séjour avec plein de neige, départ en ski et retour en ski. l'appartement est parfaitement aménagé pour y passer une très bonne semaine. Attention si comme nous vous arrivez avec une semaine de forte chutes de neige, il faut prévoir les chaines dans la station. je recommande et le referait avec plaisir

Our best holiday in the 3 Valleys

Our group is 5 adults (2 couples, 1 single) who visit the 3 Valleys most years and we all agreed that this was our best holiday yet helped undoubtedly by great snow and fantastic weather. The apartment was exactly as described on the website being warm and comfortable and with constant hot water. It is in a very pretty and quiet part of the 3 Valleys. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms adequately sized for our party. The living area had with plenty of seating although we mostly sat around the dining table. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked fine. Plenty of cutlery/plates/dishes/pans/etc. The agents, M2000, were very good allowing us to access the property early to change into ski clothes on Saturday late morning to get an extra 0.5 days skiing. Conveniently, they also hire bed linen and towels, which saved space in the car, and arrange cleaning at the end of the week. They also responded very quickly when we discovered one of the beds was broken when we arrived. Their handyman came in the afternoon and repaired it and we had no further problems during the week. The position of the apartment is wonderful being on the same level as the ski room and we could ski to within a few metres of the door. There is a great restaurant 25 metres away across a piste; perfect for lunch, after skiing beer and a very good evening meal on our last day. Acces to the all skiing areas was very easy from this apartment. We found that the nearest Sherpa was a little limited but if we came again we would drive to the larger one down the valley a little to do a big shop at the beginning of the week. Ski hire was easy being a 2 minute walk from the apartment; very nice staff and good equipment plus a 20% discount. Fresh bread and croissants were available if pre-ordered daily at the reception area 2 minutes away. Communication with the owner was very easy with replies to our queries coming usually within a few minutes. He went out of his way to keep us informed and to make our stay enjoyable. Even before we left we were discussing 2020 and hope that we are able to use the apartment again.
