静かな小道に位置する花崗岩の納屋、海、ビーチから10分、静かな小道に沿って海岸沿いの小道を歩いたりサイクリングしたりすることができます。
リストされた納屋と隣の飼い主の家は、どちらも100年前に建てられて以来、家族の一員でした。 このプロパティには3つの側面にフィールドがあり、それらは主に干し草を作る農業用に使用され続けています。

host was really helpful. Accommodation was really comfortable with a large living area and equiped with everything you could possibly need. Location was really convenient for easy access to great sandy beaches and great coastal scenery.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung bei supernetten Vermietern!

Hier stimmt alles: geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung, geräumig, sehr nette und jederzeit hilfsbereite Vermieter! Zur Bushaltestelle gerade einmal 5 Minuten, zum Meer ca 1 km. Supermarkt in Gehentfernung. Sehr schönes Viertel. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!

The location is in a rural area and is therefore very peaceful, yet it is only 5 mins drive to lovely beaches and restaurants. The hosts Felicity and Larry are very friendly and helpful. The property has everything you need and is very clean.

Great place to stay

If you like fresh air, long walks, time on the beach then this place is perfect. Great hosts who sorted out all the little niggles in no time at all. I’m a great cook and found the kitchen a bit basic, not much storage space for food, but I managed. It’s easy to keep clean, but there is no vacuum cleaner for the carpets in bedroom and on stairs. We stayed 4 weeks and would happily return in the future.

La Foliette

La Foliette is a beautiful property with wonderful hosts. The proportions are generous so my husband and I had lots of room for a relaxing stay. If you do not plan to have a car, there are some things to consider. The walk to a grocery store is fine and the store met all of our needs. The Guernsey bus system works well, but is more limited on the weekend, especially Sunday, and doesn’t run much in the evening. Therefore we were limited to dinner in the house. Restaurants were a significant walk away. We were able to get to all the places we wanted to visit and enjoy during the day with a bit of planning.

A pleasure to stay in a converted modern Guernsey barn from yesteryear.

From our first warm welcome we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay.and I loved the history of the barn being in the same family for many generations with historic pictures on the walls. The hosts were perfect in every way with helpful information about the island and transport options.I would book again if I came back to Guernsey aka (SARNIA)

Just Perfect!

Perfect cottage in a great location. The cottage is a home from home with everything you need for your holiday, very clean and spacious. Our hosts gave us the warmest welcome and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. We will definitely return to Guernsey and stay here again.

La Foliette - extraordinary nett

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit im La Foliette. Die Begrüßung durch Felicity und Larry (und Hund Betty :-) war super. Felicitiy hat uns als Willkommensgruß selbstgemachte Marmelade, ein selbst gebackenes Brot und eine Flasche Wein zurecht gelegt. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, es hatte in der Küche und Bad alles, was man in den Ferien benötigt. Sogar einen Teil des Gartens konnten wir benutzen. Die Lage ist ländlich ruhig und sehr zentral zu Bus und Strand. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und wünsche der Familie Malcic alles Gute!

Super accommodation, well laid out and equipped.

Lovely break in this delightful converted barn. Light, airy and spacious living space. Felicity was very welcoming and we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet retreat in a beautiful countryside location on a rouette tranquil.

La Foliette

A beautiful spacious, well appointed and architecturally designed property with lots of character in a quiet but convenient location minutes away from bus stops with access to parts of the island's bus network and the central bus depot at St Peter Port. It is just a 15 minute stroll to the nearest bay. Felicity and Larry were perfect, welcoming and helpful hosts. A wonderful, comfortable and enjoyable week which we hope we can repeat at some time soon.

A beautiful oasis of calm

The owners thought of everything when preparing this property. Lots of personal touchs home made bread, jam ,wine, butter and milk in arrival together with flowers 💐. The owners were very welcoming and actioned anything as needed. The venue is near to the beach and various restaurants are relatively near. However you can cook in the property as it has all the relevant equipment.
