Amazing winter vacation

Everything was perfect for us. Nuria and Guillermo made it really easy and well organised. Communication before arrival was so precise I felt I was already there 3 days before the flight. The house was clean and we didn't miss anything. We stayed in winter but the heaters provided made the house warm and confortable even if we barely needed them. Wifi was there all time even on stormy days. Everything on this island is within 30/40 minutes drive so we had a very relaxing time. Shops were closed near by (December) but you find everything you need in the main towns, 15 minutes away.

Fantastic location!

The villa is only a short walk to the beach and has everything you need for a great stay in Arenal d’en Castell, with air con, a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was mostly empty all week which was a great bonus! Lovely outside seating which is mostly shaded so is perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. Lots of beautiful restaurants with amazing sea views only 15mins walk so location is perfect!

Location, location

Great location for beach access. 100 meters across the road and then down the steps (62 of them) Well equipped house, with a choice of three different outside areas for sun or shade. Parking just outside. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend

Great place to stay

The house is a great place to stay with everything provided. Nuria met us and showed around she is a great host. The house was spotless you could not ask for a better place to stay. The communal pool was a joy use and never too crowded. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is very close I would throughly recommend staying here. Joe Janine and family

Family holiday

Excellent accommodation. Good layout with enough space for family. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean on arrival. Good sized communal pool that was often empty. Close to beach with shallow water ideal for families. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Excellent Accommodation

Very good apartment with everything one needed. Close to the beach within a quiet residential area of Arenal d'en Castell. Clean and well decorated with good sized rooms and well appointed kitchen. Particularly liked the fridge, washing machine and dishwasher which are new and work very well, unlike some we have had in other villas/apartments. More expensive than some other accommodation in the area but well worth the extra expenditure. Would definitely recommend and return if we are in Menorca again.

Very peaceful area and great family home

The house was very clean and had all the facilities required for our stay including dishwasher and washing machine. The owners are very friendly and very helpful and gave us their phone number if we needed any assistance. The area was much quieter than the bigger hotels and I would definitely recommend this house.

Vacationers in Menorca lifetime, we recently purchased this house, which is located in the north of the island because it is a perfect place to enjoy the summer, the sun and the beach, but also the sunsets, tranquility, walks in biking and hiking.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The house is located less than 100 meters from Playa del Arenal d'en Castell with quick and easy access on foot to the sea from the house. It also consists of communal swimming pool and space right at the entrance of the private garden parking. The north and south facing, and terraces furnished with table, chairs and loungers on both sides of the house, make it a perfect and very fresh house in the warmer summer months.
