We had an amazing time at this location. We've stayed at many VRBO homes and we've never had any issues-this one included! The view was spectacular and exactly like it shows in the pictures. The home was quiet and you could hear the waves from inside the family room. The A/C worked wonderful in the bedroom and we slept cool and comfortable every night. The location was amazing and we rented a car and traveled the island, but were close enough to restaurants, bars and lunch spots. The beach was right out the door and more beautiful beaches were within walking distance of the condo. We have already looked at when we can return. 10/10!

The penthouse was exactly as described, and it's well equipped with everything you'll need. Sarah, the property manager, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing

We had an amazing holiday while staying at Coco de mer. The property is ideally located to visit the numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the town. Great access to the beach.The spacious penthouse apartment has everything you need from cooking, sleeping, washing to beach chairs.The balcony is perfect for sunbathing and watching the incredible sunsets.

Coco de Mer Speightstown

Our third visit to Coco de Mer. We love the apartment and the area, waking to the sound of the sea and walking distance to the beautiful beaches at Heywoods, restaurants and bars. We hope to return again .

Outstanding Condo

We loved this condo. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Easy access. Met by Sarah, who showed us round. The bedrooms large and bright. The lounge beautifully set out and the huge balcony was just what we like on holiday. The view of the ocean was just gorgeous. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. We moved to the Gap after 1 week but we just wanted to pick up this condo and take it with us. Thankyou Jude. It was perfect!

Speightstown penthouse

This was the first time we had stayed at Coco de Mer, although we know the area pretty well. The apartment was excellent. Amazing sunset views from the terrace, lots of space all very tastefully decorated and furnished and ( importantly) the beds were very comfortable! Everything worked and all the equipment you could want, and more, for a self catering holiday was there. No hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay!

We are coming back!

Location is fantastic! We loved it so much we have booked to go back next year. Ideal location for Speightstown, Heywoods Beach and bus terminal. The condo is exactly how it is described in the listing.

Fabulous Speightstown

Our second trip to Coco de Mer. This is a beautiful apartment - very well equipped with fabulous views of the sea. Ideally located to walk to restaurants, beaches, bars. We love it and hope to return one day.

Special Speightstown trip

The property was more than what we expected. Yes the photos show it superbly, but the feel of the place was amazing. My wife and 2 friends shared the property, initially we had some concerns about being on top of each other however, this quickly was dismissed as the layout almost felt like 2 different places, with its downstairs bedroom and bathroom facilities. Location - perfect. We know the area so was always comfortable, anything you wanted was within easy strolling distance. Absolutely will be back. Loved it!!!

White Sands was wonderful!!

Great experience at Coco De Mer. Sarah was more than accommodating!! The condo was lovely and very well equipped! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was convenient and close to town. Being off season, it was very quiet and serene!

Just lovely

Lovely airy appartment with great views. It is very well furnished and has everything you could possibly want. Both the owner Jude and the property manager Sarah provided excellent service and replied to every question promtly.

Great Location

Clean and safe. Constant tropical breeze through the living area and kitchen made the house temperature very comfortable. Location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. A/C in the bedroom took a little bit of time to figure out how best to adjust. Sarah was spot on with all of her suggestions.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It benefits from being on a corner so the breeze flows through the apartment on a hot day. The air conditioning in the bedroom is a welcome addition and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked Speightstown. It felt a little more authentic than some of the resorts, whilst still having a number of nice restaurants. The highlight was the beach opposite and the snorkelling. Although it’s a relatively small beach, it often felt like our own private beach and you can snorkel safely from shore.

Barbados bliss

From the moment we met Sarah the housekeeper to when we left, everything about Coco de mer was fantastic. The property is beautifully furnished and very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony is stunning and the beach could not be much closer. The local restaurants and shops are all within an easy stroll. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely stay at Coco de mer again when we return to Barbados. Another Awesome Visit!

We just spent our second January at the beautiful Coco de Mer. The sunsets on the beautiful terrace were fantastic. The layout of the unit is perfect for two couples. Jude is a great host. She responds very quickly to any concerns. Already looking forward to our third visit!

Marvelous Vacation

We stayed three weeks in that wonderful location which is the perfect spot in a quiet area, wonderful furnished you feel really like being home. a big terrace to watch spectacular sunsets and everything is just in walking distance, the beach , nice restaurants, groceries etc. Good updates from the owner and things we should be aware. For sure when we come back that is our place again.

A lovely escape

This is an absolutely stunning place set opposite a gorgeous beach. The apartment has everything you need to be self sufficient and really is a relaxing place. There was some confusion around the housekeeping process initially but this was resolved without any issue.

Coming Back Next Year

We are coming back next year! The apartment was great for us and we look longingly at the photos of the blue caribbean ocean taken from the balcony... Speightstown takes you back in time and we miss all the street stalls with the fresh mangoes pawpaw and bananas which we made smoothies with for breakfast! Thank you for a special holiday in beautiful Barbados.

Beautiful!

What a lovely apartment…the side aspect windows make this a very light and breezy apartment ..much needed in Barbados And it’s position in Speightstown is perfect…with allocated locked parking Coco is very well equipped .. From beach chairs to kitchen utensils!! We stayed in the bedroom upstairs..the bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet at night . We cooked fish from the market and ate outside on the balcony several times in our 8 day stay Thank you Judy it’s been fab !
