Casale le Lame: Colorino apartment

San Casciano Val di Pesa –Casale le Lame is a typical farmhouse recently restored, immersed in the uncontaminated green of the Chianti countryside between vineyards and olive groves. Our location is an excellent starting point for 'Chianti' itineraries such as visiting typical villages such as Greve in Chianti, Castellina, Radda or the more well-known San Giminiano and Volterra, but also the organization of delicious food and wine tours with enchanting views in the villages of our hills on which we will be happy to help you.
It is also possible to easily reach the most beautiful Tuscan cities such as Florence (15 minutes by car), Siena (30 minutes by car), Lucca (45 minutes by car) and Pisa (60 minutes by car).
In the immediate vicinity, on the other hand, you can take advantage of the bus stop (direction Florence / Siena), the shop with typical food products, but also sports facilities such as riding stables, hot air balloon tours or lake fishing.
We ourselves live at Casale le Lame where we manage our agricultural activity and we will be available to make your stay unforgettable
The views are unique and always remember that every season in Chianti has a particular charm: there are the bright colors of spring, the succession of festivals and popular festivals in summer, the autumn harvest with its traditions and its scents and finally the oil squeeze.

In our structure there are 4 apartments: Syrah (4/8 people), Canaiolo (4/6 people), Colorino (2/4 people) and Ciliegiolo (2/5 people)

COLORINO APARTMENT, 55 m2 (1/4 people):

- 1 Large open plan kitchen and lounge with fireplace (fully equipped kitchen) and double sofa bed;

- 1 double bedroom with a splendid view of vineyards and olive groves;

- 1 bathroom with shower box;

- Private garden and parking space.

Experience Tuscany to its fullest

The propriety is perfectly located to explore Tuscany. We stayed there with our baby and our host was very helpful and welcoming. The propriety is gorgeous and the accomodations confortable.

Die Wohnung Ciliegiolo war sehr schön und sauber, war alles vorhanden was man an Utensilien braucht, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In diesem Apartment hatte jedoch das Wlan keine Chance, trotz Verstärker hat es nicht funktioniert. Dazu kam, dass auch das Telefonnetz schwach war, wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Unterkunft praktisch keinen Internetzugang. Die Poolpumpe (ca. 50 Meter entfernt) lief unentwegt und war vor allem abends sehr störend. Unsere Anliegen wurden weder ernst genommen noch behoben. Eine Waschmaschine ist zwar vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht und zu guter letzt muss noch der Müll selber weggebracht werden (ca 2 km). Mit relativ wenig Aufwand wären solche Dinge lösbar, daher schade...

Un endroit magnifique et des hôtes supers

Tout était parfait! Merci beaucoup à Chiara et son mari pour leur accueil dans ce domaine magnifique! Même leur vin est très bon ( je regrette de n’avoir goûter qu’après le séjour leur Chianti car si j’avais su j’en aurais acheté plusieurs bouteilles 😊)

Un bel endroit pour se reposer et visiter

Le gite était tres bien et frais , bien agencé, la literie est de bonne qualitėe . L'endroit est magnifique dans les vignes du Chianti .Nous avons pu profiter de l extérieur avec la piscine Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence Sienne Volterra, Chiara et Tommaso sont charmants et à l'écoute des hôtes nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour

gemütliches Feriendomizil

Wir trafen bei Chiara und Tomasso ein wunderschönes Domizil an, wo wir schon mit frischen eigenen Produkten beschenkt wurden.Chiara zeigte mir wie ich Artischocken zu bereiten konnte u wie ich auf italienisch einen guten Kaffee zaubern konnte.In der Früh weckte uns der Kuckuck und gackerten die Hühner beim Frühstück beim Sonnenschein vor unserem netten Appartement. Ob Abends beim Kerzenschein im Freien oder am Kaminfeuer, es war einfach gemütlich. Die Städtchen Siena, San Gimignano, Volterre, die herrliche Chianti Weinstrasse konnten wir alles leicht erreichen.Florenz mit seinem aufregenden Verkehr war eine Herausforderung mit eigenem Auto,aber mit Chiaras Hilfe schafften wir auch dies. Ein gute Weinprobe konnten wir genießen da uns Tamasso chauffierte. Der Chianti Classico Le Lame war für uns am Abend der Favorit. Es war wunderschön, wir werden es weitersagen. Danke, vielleicht kommen wir mit Freunden wieder.

Was das Herz begehrt!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Kamin in geschickter Lage unweit von Florenz, Siena oder Lucca. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und empfehlen die Fewo auf jeden Fall weiter.

Great stay &threat people.

Lovely place with great views and great people. Excellent location to use as a base for visiting Tuscany. Chairs and her husband could not have been nicer with fresh eggs and vegetables an a warm smile whenever we saw them. The town of San Casciano was a pleasant surprise, quite lovely and convenient for bus trips to Florence etc. We can't wait to return. Dave & Gail Thanks for a superb stay and see you again soon

Friendly And Charming

We stayed with our dog for more than 2 weeks in appartment Colorino. The appartment offers more than enough space for two persons and the quality of the appartment is excellent. The house itself lies on a hillside of the Elsa river valley in the middle of wine yards and olive groves. It offers a nice view over the valley and has also a really charming garden/pool area. The location of the house is ideal to visit Florence (30 min) as well as many interesting places/cities south of Florence such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena and of course the Chianti region. The hosts Chiara and Tommaso are always friendly and helpful not at least if you need tips on restaurants and other things to see in the area of San Casciano. Overall this had been one of the best places we ever stayed in our holidays and we can fully recommend the appartment as well as its likeable hosts.

Excellent !

Chiara & Tommaso are wonderful hosts ! We were picked up late at night and during our stay provided with fresh vegetables and fruits...We will definitly come back :) The pool is perfect, the view great and the silence and night wonderful. Siena, Florence and all the little gems of Tuscany can be reached very quick by car

Excellent !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casale le Lame. Le lieu est splendide, perdu au milieu des vignes mais avec une accessibilité très rapide à Florence, Sienne, San Gimignano. Nos hôtes étaient vraiment très accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leurs petites attentions : légumes du jardin, lait et oeufs frais à l'arrivée, c'est vraiment très agréable ! L'appartement est très bien équipé, calme, propre. Bref, tout était parfait et a contribué à rendre nos vacances inoubliables ! Ancora Grazie a Chiara e Tommaso.

A SORT OF PARADISE!!

Dear Chiara (Chiarina I would say) and Tommy, thank you for the special days you make we pass in Chianti area. Like I said, Casale le Lame is located in a ideal place for people who want to go eigther to Florence or to Siena....and for thoose who travel this area for wine tasting and descovering as well....and that's what we did!!! :-) We found the apartment extremely confortable, large and fully furnished!! ...we will never forget the silence of the night and the beauty of the rise... A really sort of paradise...we will come again...later or before!!

Ringrazio Chiara e Tommaso per la gentile ospitalità che ci hanno riservato. Consiglierei senz'altro questa struttura per permanenza anche di più giorni sia per la posizione, un luogo molto suggestivo che rende facilmente accessibili tutte le mete del chianti e la stessa Firenze, sia per la pulizia e la qualità degli ambienti in cui si è alloggiati. Un posto magico

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, pulito, ben ammobilgiato e fornito di tutti i confort.Ci siamo goduti la zona piscina e bbq che erano in condizioni eccellenti. Insomma un luogo ideal per chi intenda rilassarsi e godersi il silenzio e la splendida vista delle colline del Chianti. Siamo grati a Chiara e Tommaso che si sono fatti in quattro per rendere il nostro soggiorno semplicemente perfetto!Grazie e a presto

Casa vacanze spettacolare, nel centro del Chianti a pochi minuti di macchina dai più bei posti come Firenze, Greve in Chianti, Impruneta, San Gimignano e Siena. Picture perfect villa in the heart of Tuscany

We had a wonderful stay at Casale le Lame. We arrived there late on our first evening and Chiara was waiting to welcome us and even bring us some fresh eggs. The view here is absolutely breathtaking - rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring some of Tuscany's most beautiful sights. Florence, Chianti in Greve and San Gimignano are each only a short drive away. The apartment is impeccably clean. It was a relaxing change of pace to be able to do our laundry and cook our own meals. We grabbed our morning caffe and a pastry at the little shop at the end of the street. We also purchased some of the delicious olive oil produced on-site. Chiara and Tommaso were wonderful hosts - kind, welcoming and always there to answer your questions and give recommendations. We could not have asked for a better place to relax during our Tuscan holiday. We highly recommend Casale le Lame. Annunziato, Colleen and Melissa (Canada)

A lovely place in the heart of Tuscany

I stayed at Casale le Lame with my wife and my little daughter for an entire week and we had a very good and relaxing time in the middle of olive oil trees and grape fields. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and quite. Quality/price ratio was excellent!!! The young owners, Tommaso and Chiara, were delicious. They suggested us the best to do around the area including an amazing visit at the Antinori wine cellar. We were villagers for a week, testing fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil, honey and wine directly coming from the Casale garden... My little daughter loved to play with all the animals living the farm. In addition but not less important, Casale le Lame is positioned in a very strategical area quite close to Florence and Siena... Thanks to Tommaso (the best wine expert I met) and Chiara for all the wonderful time we spent in their farm...

Soggiorno da favola

Ho soggiornato presso il meraviglioso Casale le Lame insieme a mio marito e al nostro bambino di un anno. Il soggiorno è stato a dir poco perfetto.La struttura è veramente stupenda, l'appartamento spazioso, accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort e soprattutto di una pulizia impeccabile. Il Casale si trova in una posizione veramente strategica sia per andare alla scoperta del Chianti, sia per raggiungere in poco tempo Firenze e Siena. Una nota particolare la meritano Chiara e Tommaso i due proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a casa.Sono sempre stati disponibili a fornirci informazioni utili per la nostra vacanza e con la loro gentilezza e passione per il loro Casale hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile!!! Perfect location in Chianti

Casale le Lame is a perfect location in Chianti midway between Florence and Siena.
