Dear guests,
welcome to Firenze Casa, a spacious and comfortable apartment located in the historic centre of Florence.

The apartment has been recently and fully renovated and offers bright, well-proportioned living spaces with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. The generously sized rooms are designed for comfort and privacy, making the apartment equally suitable for longer stays.

A particular highlight is the private terrace of approximately 40 m², ideal for relaxing outdoors, reading, or enjoying quiet moments after a day in the city.

High-speed free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, suitable for both remote work and personal use.

Thanks to its central location, Florence’s main cultural attractions, museums, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. In addition, several major bus lines stop directly in front of the building, providing convenient access to all parts of the city.

Lovely home conveniently located to all the sites of Firenze yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very kind and easy to communicate with and offered support regularly.

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, walkable to everything, away from the crowds, had quiet neighbors, and was very safe. Hosts were responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. Absolutely no negatives. The terrace is lovely and a perfect way to end the day.

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment in Florence. It was ideally located—close enough to the city center that all the major sites were within a comfortable 20-minute walk, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood. Public transportation was also very convenient, with nearby bus lines that were easy to find and simple to use.The neighborhood itself was one of the highlights. It felt peaceful and residential, but still had everything we needed within walking distance, including grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bakery, and several excellent restaurants.Inside, the apartment was thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. The rooms were well-appointed, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The real standout feature, however, was the outdoor terrace. It was a beautiful space where we spent many mornings and evenings, enjoying the atmosphere and unwinding after a day of exploring.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

An amazing and very spacious apartment with all the amenities. Well appointed, lovely, and comfortable home in a perfect location to explore Florence. Amazing Apartment Wonderful Location

We stayed 5 nights in this wonderful apartment! It has everything to make you feel at home. It is quiet and very secure. The terrace/veranda was so peaceful for morning coffee and evening Chianti. Our hosts were very reachable and accommodating!

Best VRBO of a 3 week trip thru Greece/Italy

Spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen and the greatest terrace ever! Would highly recommend this place. Easy walking to sites, excellent restaurants close by and in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great location

We loved our stay in this elegant and well located apartment in the Santo Ambrogio neighborhood. Alessandro was a great host and helped us with dinner reservations and other information on beautiful Firenze. The apartment is large with ac in all rooms and a very nice private garden veranda. We 100% recommend staying and enjoying a very comfortable stay with easy access (everything in the old city center is within a 20 minute walk).

Great Location, Roomy Apartment

It was a great location outside of the city but nothing was too far to get to by foot since Florence is a small city. Since it was in a more local area nearby food was delicious!

Beautiful Apartment!

The apartment was so beautiful and clean! We loved it. It is well located, close to everything. Jen’s and Alessandro were both great to work with. We will definitely be back if we are fortunate enough to be back in Florence.
