Fantastic location on the beach. Lovely view from the window. So many nice restaurants near by. Local beach is perfect. Many other beaches near by. In cooler weather many hiking areas a short drive away. Beautiful little historic town to explore. A real gem.

Extraordinaire maison de pêcheur

Emplacement parfait, vue sur une plage paradisiaque, appartement bien disposé et traversant qui permet d'avoir une ventilation naturelle. L'appartement est douillet bien aménagé et moderne. La climatisation est appréciable. Excellente disponibilité de Loli.

Incredible holiday

This property is in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants and bars. Beautiful views from the balcony. We'll definitely be coming again. The hosts we're very friendly and helpful. Our stay was wonderful

Lovely beach front property

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Such a beautiful location on the beach with many lovely restaurants one minute walk away. The kitchen is very well equiped and the shower in the bathroom is very good. View to the beach is fantastic. As with all the old buildings here there are some steep steps so just be careful if you have reduced mobility but perfect for younger couples or friends. Loli was very helpful and everything was very easy.

tres bel endroit

c'est la 3eme année consécutive que nous passons vos vacances dans ce bel appartement. Il est décoré avec gout et bénéficie de tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour que notre séjour soit très agréable. Les propriétaires ont encore amélioré les prestations avec un purificateur d'eau ( ce qui évite le transport des bouteilles d'eau minérale de 5 litres ) et une grand miroir dans le couloir. Nos enfants ( 5ans tous les 2 )et nous-mêmes, nous sentons comme chez nous. La vue sur la mer est splendide, la plage à 30 mètres ( idéal avec tous les jeux pour les enfants à apporter). Les commerces sont à proximité et tout peut se faire sans voiture. L'appartement est situé au calme . Idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants et pour des vacances reposantes. De plus villajoyosa est vraiment typique avec ses maisons colorées. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillant et à votre écoute. Avec eux c'est la garantie d'un séjour réussi. La preuve nos enfants ont déjà voulu que nous réservions pour l'année prochaine . c'est vraiment devenu leur résidence d'été. A conseiller à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances réussies.

Très bel appartement situé au milieu d'une carte postale ! Bien orienté avec une superbe vue sur les palmiers et la mer, c'est un appartement idéal pour se ressourcer. Calme, ensoleillé et bien équipé, il est conforme aux photos. Il convient également de souligner la propreté irréprochable du bien. Vraiment très bien .

c'est le 2 eme séjour en été que nous effectuons dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et à 30 mètres de la plage , idéal avec les enfants.( les 2 nôtres ont 4 ans). L'appartement très agréable est toujours aussi bien équipé, et la literie est très confortable. Il est calme et vraiment bien situé. Tout est à proximité ( commerces, restaurant, etc) et nous n'avons pas besoin de nous servir de la voiture. Loli et kiko sont aux petits soins et vraiment à notre écoute. Ils font tout pour que le séjour de passe très bien. Vraiment à recommander et pour preuve nous y passerons un 3 séjour.

Very nice apartment, perfectly situated!

We spent a great week at Loli and Kikos apartment. The location is superb, right next to the beach with a lot of playing equipment for our children (2 and 6 years old). The apartment itself is also very nice and clean and well equipped. The apartment lies on a very charming stretch of the Costa Blanca with nice restaurants. Loli and Kiko were very helpful and friendly. We really would love to come back and we do not say that very often. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and the good service!!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es liegt direkt am Strand. Man findet in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben.

fijn appartement

Dit appartement ligt aan de boulevard en in het mooiste gedeelte van Villajoyosa. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon over het strand en de palmbomen is schitterend. Het appartement is netjes en verzorgt/schoon. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de omschrijving van het appartement klopt, alles is aanwezig om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Openbaar vervoer voor Alicante of Benidorm is op ca 10 minuten lopen (tip:gebruik de roltrappen). Inmiddels zijn wij al 3 keer naar dit appartement geweest en hebben al geboekt voor volgend jaar. tot ziens Loly en Kiko Maria en Patrick

Direct aan het strand

Leuk appartement direct aan het strand en de zee, zonder weg ertussen (alleen een fietspad). Appartement is goed uitgerust; airco, keukenspullen, grote ijskast etc. Genoeg restaurantjes vlakbij. Prachtig uitzicht over zee! Leuk stukje van het stadje. Goed vertoeven in Villa Joyosa!

très belles vacances

Nous sommes une famille avec des jumeaux de 3 ans. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé et calme. Tout est à proximité: plage juste en face (super avec tous les jouets!), commerces à proximité, restaurants avec toujours un bel accueil espagnol. Endroit idéal pour ne pas avoir à se servir de la voiture. Loli et Kiko sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons!!!

Overwinteren in Villajoyosa

Wat een mooi appartement met een prachtig uitzicht! Op de 1e verdieping 1 huiskamer, 1 slaapkamer met een twee-persoons bed, een goed uitgeruste keuken, een ruime douche met een goede straal en niet te vegeten het heerlijke balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op het ruime boulevard, de zee, het strand en de palmbomen. Op de 2e verdieping is nog een ruime slaapkamer met 2 een-persoons bedden. Villajoyosa is met zijn gekleurde huizen erg mooi en met de vele terrasjes en het mooie boulevard ook een prima plek om te overwinteren, ( wij hebben overigens bijna elke dag zon gehad!) Ook perfect voor ons was de ligging van het plaatsje tussen Benidorm en Alicante in waardoor je deze plaatsen snel kan bereiken om daarna in het rustige en vriendelijke Villajoyosa terug te keren. Os lo recomiendo

He pasado un par de semanas muy agradables en esta casa, esta muy bien equipada, tal y como dicen en la descripción. El aire acondicionado prefecto para poder dormir los días de mucho calor, la casa te la encuentras muy limpia que es de agradecer en este tipo de viviendas, estas en la misma playa y si quieres, entre un chiringuito en la arena con música para tomarte una copa por la noche y un restaurante que preparan los platos típicos de la zona (El Madrid) a unos precios nada caros, no te hace falta mas para pasarlo bien. La casa tiene dos puertas una a la playa y otra a una calle trasera por la que te metes directamente en el casco antiguo, se conservan tramos de la muralla y es muy bonito, están recuperando casas de este tipo y aunque hay bastantes cuestas es agradable pasear al a sombra por estas callejuelas hasta la parte alta de la Villa donde tienes de todo, por las noches estas callejuelas se llenan de gente que saca las sillas como en los pueblos que te devuelven el saludo al pasar. Tienes un Mercadona a 5-10 minutos a pie y si quieres ir a un mercado de los de siempre con pescados del puerto esta también relativamente cerca. El sitio me parece muy recomendable para quien le gusta tener unas vacaciones tranquilas. Los dueños muy amables y pendientes de tener todo en orden.

Our stay in May

We booked this apartment because we know the area very well and come here for many years already. The apartment is situated at the boulevard and has a beautiful view at the beach. The apartment is on the first floor, access is through stairs. On the first floor there is a small cosy living room, the kitchen the bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor there is a another large bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is situated above a small restaurant which gives not much noise and has nice owners. We enjoyed our stay very much and Loli helped us out just fine.
