This lovely house with private swimming pool, located at the center of the island in Inca, welcomes 4 guests.
Welcome to this rustic house with a 5m x 5m elevated swimming pool, with a depth of 1m, ideal for refreshing yourselves during the hot summer days.

There are sis hammocks where you can sunbathe, have a rest and dream. There is also an external shower at your service. The furnished porch is a welcoming place to prepare a barbecue for al the family. This nice house is fenced and there is no direct neighbours.

As you go in you will see a welcoming and illuminated decoration. The bedrooms are at the same floor. At the modern kitchen- dining room with air conditioning, you will spend unforgettable moments with your dear ones, maybe watching a film at the satellite TV or listening to music. The vitro hob kitchen is totally equipped and at the washing room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

This lovely house, ideal for 4 guests, offers one room with a double bed and another room with two single beds, both with a wardrobe. if you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a bath and a bide. Please, take into account that the first floor is not available and closed and you wont have access to it.

This nice house is near Inca city, where you will find all you need for your holidays, like supermarkets and restaurants. If you like home-made food, you can go to eat to a celler, typical restaurant that serve delicious Majorcan food. At the outskirts of Inca you can visit Puig de Santa Magdalena, a hill with a little church and a good restaurant.

You can go driving to the coast, very famous due to the fantastic sand beaches, like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina, and Puerto de Alcúdia. Alcúdia bay is ideal for families with kids. Alcudia"s old town is very odd, and stands out due to its flagstones streets.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
