We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is in a great location a very short drive into town and a short drive to hiking trails. Sitting by the river in the evening was wonderful. The neighbors we met were all very nice. We hope to stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Fred's property. All amenities were accurate the aprtment was clean and welcoming. Our dogs loved the walks along the river. I would definitely recommend this property and hope we can visit again.

There was no red chair!!! My favorite color:) Neighbor was very friendly and the complex was very quiet. The area by the river is very inviting and could be fun if I’d been around more.

There is a chair however the red plastic one broke over time so there’s a pair of other chairs to sit on the outside porch and watch the river.

River Park Place is a well-equipped one-bedroom condo that can accommodate you and your family. This place is located close enough to enjoy Leavenworth and it's festivals, yet not be confined to the traffic and masses, but far enough out to get away from all the people. There is so much more to our location than Leavenworth with all the outdoor activities, the local wineries, and other. The river is such a peaceful thing to watch and fun to enter in during the summer.

Wow, there are so many things to do from here... visit local wineries and other agri-tourism; multiple river guides; ski areas- Leavenworth; Mission Ridge; or Steven's Pass; Outdoors activities abound with the trails and mountain lakes, Alpine Wilderness access, Icicle, Tumwater, Rock climbing at the Peshastin Pinacles, as well as the proximity to the Wenatchee, the Columbia River, Rocky Reach Dam, as well as Lake Wenatchee, Fish Lake and Plain.
