Review of aoartment

Tired dated needs updated cupbards were dirty crammed with stuff. Nowhere to put our own provisions. Balcony was huge plenty of sunbeds nuce touch keavin parass to take in tbe beach. Ownere tried ti fune me 50E fir ariving late checkin was 4pm wr arrived at 5pm inliaded our stuff put food in fridge Messed about trying to get the boiker wirking as someone had unugged it. I emailed iwner ti say we were there then she tried ti fine us the 50 E. I explained we had a key safe number a door entry cpde no one was meeting us wot the hell was the prorblem. Anyway u did not pay it. Luxury was a word to describe the property they need to remove this description as it was far from luxury. But Armacao de Pera is gorgeous a beautiful resort. iwn pruvisions

Em relação ao anúncio excedeu as minhas expectativas. Uma varanda e terraço incrível 😍. Sofás super confortáveis, a cama King sise excelente. A cozinha bem equipada. A churrasqueira usamos todos os dias pois com um terraço daqueles tínhamos de aproveitar.. Nada faltava no terraço.

Muito bom

Casa muito gira, com um grande terraço, muito bem situada, próximo de um Lidl e vai-se a pé para a praia. Sugestão: informar a altura da garagem (1,90m), a nossa carrinha não coube. Talvez adquirir um microondas para termos a possibilidade de aquecer a comida/bebidas.

Serenity

I needed a place to get away and regroup. I could not have found a better place. The apartment is perfect and convenient to everything, places to eat, walking distance to the beach and easy to Uber to and from. I was there for the AfroNation Festival at Praia da Rocha. I was happy that I had a tranquil place to retire to after all the festivities of the day. Susana The Property Manager was super responsive, showing up at 1am to help me settle in after my flight was delayed. I definitely hope I can return and spend more time here. Thank you

A lovely repeat stay

Well appointed apartment with good security and easy car parking outside- no need to use the garage space. A very efficient welcome from Susane provides a good start to the stay. Continente and Lidl supermarkets both within walking distance. Huge wrap around balcony to either follow the sun or escape from it with very comfortable balcony furniture. It is about six minutes walk to the sea via the Holiday Inn with a lovely walk to follow by the various coves of Armarcao. Although the apartment is by a road we don’t find the noise intrusive as the surrounding wall is solid and offers privacy - it is on the 5th.floor, with 2 very good lifts. This is our third visit and hopefully there will be more.

Relaxing

Great location . Beaches and Grocery store are ten minute walk away. Restaurants in the area.. all walking distance . We went in second week of September and the weather is perfect . The water is cold but it is the Atlantic so expected. Apartment was fully furnished. The pull out was not comfortable but my daughter just used both couches and slept on them . Kitchen fully stocked with kitchen items . Lots of towels . They could use newer comforters for the pull out but our girls just used the bed sheets . Massive wrap around balcony . Grateful there were elevators as we had 6 pieces of luggage due to our month away from home . Would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Clean and comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of space in the apartment, clean and open, lovely terrace with fresh air and great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Still quiet and private, easy parking in the street right at the door. Thank you!

Appartement très agréable , bien équipé et très bien tenu. Proche de la plage et de toutes commodités N’hésitez pas à faire un tour de bateau dès le début du séjour afin de repérer des plages un peu plus isolées donc moins bondée

wonderful holiday

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a lovely time despite the heatwave.We used the terrace only in the evenings as it was pretty hot during the day. Lots of vinho verde and great sunsets. The apartment is very close to the beach and all amenities and unless you want to explore the area, no need for a car. The property manager Susana was exceptional and always available if needed.

Another great stay

Lovely weather and another lovely stay. Easy 5 minute walk to the sea and then a lovely walk along the seafront which is flat and pedestrian friendly. The hire car was easy to park right outside the apartment complex. The apartment balcony is fantastic -so big with very comfortable balcony furniture. We didn’t use the BBQ but it looks easy to use. Continente supermarket is about a 3 minute walk away - great wine deals -and a new LIDL has recently opened about the same distance away, which is very good too.

Apartamento excelente com tudo o que é necessário e mais ainda. Terraço faz o apartamento e perto da praia e com tudo perto. Super recomendo. Casal com uma filha de 11 anos e todos adorámos o apartamento. Ótima limpeza e agradecemos também a simpatia da dona Susana!

A lovely stay

Very well appointed, particularly with the outside furniture being so spacious and comfortable. The huge balcony is wonderful and the wall around it makes it very private and reduces urban noise. A microwave would be useful in the kitchen but otherwise everything to hand. A good small library of holiday books available to read too. Easy walking distance to Continente supermarket and parking next to the apartment block. A short walk to the beach with a great Portuguese restaurant on the way- Recanto do Ze -with lovely staff and excellent fish at very reasonable prices.
