The apartment ‘Da Praia’ is located in Armação de Pêra directly in front of the beach. The charming apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable and satellite TV. The apartment boasts a private barbecue. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 1-2 minutes and the nearest supermarket is also less than a 1-minute walk away (63 m). The beautiful beach of Armação de Pêra is just a few steps away (less than 1 minute on foot) where you can sunbathe on the soft sand. Furthermore, in 40 minutes driving you will reach Faro airport (52.3 km).



Street parking is available. There is a lift in the building.

Steps to the beach!

Great condo, very large and only steps to the beach or one of the many restaurants or cafes. Walking distance to a few grocery stores. We loved the nearby beach and used this as our central location to explore the Algarve daily, driving to other towns and beaches. Very convenient.

Great Location in Seaside Town

Comms were a bit iffy to start, you get diverted away from Vrbo to advise arrival time with local host, however once a link is established José is very helpful. The apartment is in a great location in the square with the parish church. Great central location handy for beach, shops, market, bars and restaurants. Not a luxury apartment, but clean and well-equipped. Parking can be difficult, so probably almost impossible in high season. Some basic essentials like pepper and sugar would be nice, and basic operating instructions for the heating, tv etc would be helpful. Otherwise no problems and I would look to return when next in Armação de Pera.

Lovely, charming place. Very relaxed. Friendly locals and nice places to eat. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Maybe could have a little updating, i.e. the shower. That was the only thing really. Our host Jose was lovely and his dog too!

Goed en schoon appartement, maar de bed voor 2 personen maakt te veel lawaai, an de scherm van de douche ruimte is te kort daarom de water val altijd op de grond. Al de rest is heel goed .
