Thank you for your review. We always appreciate feedback from our guests. We’re sorry that your stay with us was anything less than perfect. However, several of the issues mentioned below could have been addressed during your stay had you contacted us. Also, some are simply permanent attributes of the property, and can’t be changed or modified. First of all, there was a leak in this unit over the summer, and it is scheduled to be repaired this week, but as this is one of our most popular properties we had to wait until our busy season ended to make the repair. This prior leak didn’t impact your stay with us as far as I know. If it did, please let me know. Over time, sliding glass doors can become difficult to operate on gulf front properties as the salt air is corrosive. Our maintenance technician will investigate these as well as the screen. Thank you for letting us know. We only provide 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth per guest stay, and have never received a complaint, but I will pass your concern on to our General Manager. We make all of our beds with both a fitted and a flat sheet. I’m sorry the flat sheet was not in place on the master bed, and I can assure you this was an oversight. We would have brought one over immediately had we been notified. We would have also replaced any light bulbs that were out and brought you a “wet mop” had we been notified. Things we can’t control: -The humidity in Florida -The location of the laundry room -3 remotes for operation of a TV -KABA lock codes (keyless entry) require a 7-digit code with an asterisk -The location of the property’s dumpster -The size of the master bath -The location of the jacuzzi tub (although not commonly found in a master bedroom, it has been done before) In closing, although this is one of our most popular properties, it may not have been the perfect property for you and your family. Hopefully, when booking your next vacation this experience will help you to select a property that better meets your expectations and needs.
