メキシコ湾を見下ろす1階には特大のバックポーチがあり、2階には2つの小さなバルコニーがあります。 3つすべてが、朝の水泳にイルカを垣間見るのに最適なスポットであるか、壮大な夕焼けの1つを楽しむのに最適です。 自分の個人的なビーチバックヤードで1日遊んだ後、高速道路98にあるシュリンパーズシーフードマーケットで地元で獲れた新鮮な魚介類を探して、家族向けのおいしいシーフード料理を準備します。

美しく静かなデューンアレンビーチに位置するレイノルズハウスは、ガルフプレイスタウンセンターから0.9マイル、自転車でわずか4分の場所にあり、アーティスト、ガルフプレイスの子供向けのアートクラスを楽しむことができます。春と夏の数ヶ月。

Great Family Vacation house

This a a great house and beach for a family vacation! Beach is beautiful and not crowded. House is perfect for a family and couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommended.

Great week!!

Perfect for our group w 5 little children. Furniture and fixtures all nice. Perfect access to beach. Everything in working order. Dune Allen staff very nice and professional. We will be back next year.

View could not have been better!

Our family of 9, ranging in age from 4- 64, enjoyed our stay of 7 nights. We loved the location, just steps to the shoreline where the kids fished, built sandcastles and played frisbee. The house could have been cleaner but we were outside most of the time so we overlooked the dusty ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards and dirty carpet.

Location, Location, Location!!

Our family of 9, rangeing from 4 -68 y.o. enjoyed our week stay. The location for us was perfect. So close to the water and the sunrises and sunsets were magical. The house needed a deep cleaning, i.e. dusty ceiling fans and baseboards, and stained carpet. Some outside chairs needed repaired and the charcoal grill was dirty. But we would return.

Reynolds House - Dune Allen Realty - Sant Rosa Beach

My family and I just left the Reynolds house. We spent the week of April 15th, 2017 there. We had a lovely week. The kitchen has everything we needed and more... 4 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths suited our family well. The beds in the 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each are full size not queen size as advertised, but they worked for us. We had a toilet leaking and I called Dune Allen and someone was dispatched immediately and made the repair. The ice maker was so great to have. My 86 year old father stayed in the den/5th bedroom on the first floor and said the mattress in the pullout sofa was acceptable. We would have enjoyed an enclosed outside shower but it was nice to have a hot/cold shower on the stairway to the house. The beach is lovely and expansive. Our little ones had a nice flat area of surf to play in. The beach is convenient to shopping, etc. We'd love to stay in this house again next year... Hated to leave, The Camerucci's - Columbus Ohio, Olive Branch Ms, Wakefield RI 🌴🌴🌴

House advertisement: Sleeps 13...., Not accurate; we had 12 people , had to get 2 air mattresses... one had a hole in it ...actually, the house sleeps 9... can stretch and say 10 people .

Great house for families

We had 9 total including 5 kids, this house was perfect for us. Inside, comfortable bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Outside, balconies for each of the 2 masters and a big gated in deck on first level, then down the steps and directly onto a beautiful white sand beach.....easy to manage everybody's needs with such a short distance to the house. Stinky's fishcamp was an easy walk and was very good. It's a short drive to Seaside which has food trucks and tons of cool shops. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

Reynolds House

Very nice place to stay right on the Gulf Front. We ate at restaurants all the way from Destin - Panama Beach along 30A - very nice and located between the two places. Definitely will be back in the area. Weather was unusually cold the 2 weeks we were there but did get out on 1 fishing trip in Chockawatchee Bay. Good restaurant right on 331 before the bridge called - The Bay - excellent food. Thanks

overpriced for the outdated conditions, but overall a nice home.

The house rocks back and forth. The drains clogged. There were visible mold/mildew buildup around the ceiling air vents. Most doors to the house had broken locks. Screens coming apart on back porch as well as the entire screen missing from door on back porch and no way to lock back porch. The place was clean and otherwise nice and comfortable for our 12 person group.

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. We are pleased you enjoyed the location, view and spectacular beach, but we are sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than perfect. In addressing your concerns: It is possible that you felt sonic booms from flight tests that are occasionally conducted by Eglin Air Force Base (we have experienced such a feeling from Sonic Booms in our office which is located very near Reynolds House), but we assure you we have never had an issue or complaint of the house moving in any way (Reynolds House, being such a popular vacation home, was fully booked all season up until your September stay). Still, had we been made aware of your concern, or any issues during your stay, such as the clogged drain and broken lock, we would have addressed those issues immediately. Please note, there were very high winds prior to your arrival which may explain the gulf front screens coming apart - those are being repaired. We checked the vents and they are just older vents, rusted somewhat, but no mold. The owner is replacing those vents. We do sincerely apologize for these inconveniences. Despite the above, we are happy you enjoyed your vacation at the beach. We hope to have you back again in the near future!

Wonderful beach vacation

My entire family (my husband and I, two sons and their spouses, and three grandchildren ages 5 months, 1, and 3) stayed at Reynold's House last week. Excellent location right on the beach. You can't beat the views and access to my favorite beach in the world on 30a. The Reynold's House is great for multi families with each of the four bedrooms having their own bathroom. One great feature of the house is the screened covered porch which provides a great place for little ones after too much sun. The ice maker in the kitchen was also a favorite feature! The house could use a few updates and/or repairs (screens missing on either end of porch and my husband had to fix nails sticking up on stairs and reattach a baluster that had fallen off by outside shower). I would recommend more comfortable outside chairs for porch as this is where the majority of time is spent. Overall this is a great property with a fantastic location. Restaurant suggestions: Stinkys (best shrimp po boy), the Perfect Pig (wonderful breakfasts), the Chanticleer (crab cakes). We ate at a different restaurant each night and did not have a bad meal. We have used Dune Allen Realty for many years and highly recommend their service and properties.

Perfect

It was perfect. We are family of seven adults and two children. The four bedrooms are upstairs and quiet. One had a bathtub for the kids. The house was clean. We where right on the beach and the weather was wonderful. Even if it stormed we could watch it and enjoy. It is not one of the newer beach houses but well maintained. The front deck is partially screened,which we didn't need in early August . The kitchen was fine with a huge ice maker. It is well worth the price and we have already booked for next year.

This was our 3rd time to use Dine Allen property rentals. Just as before the experience was wonderful. The accommodations were just what we expected and wanted. Great for both adults and children.

Wow...awesome to be right on the beach ...house was very clean and comfortable and very accommodatin

House was charming and the views of dolphins and yet the quietness of a private beach feel was wonderful ...accommodations excellent as we had 14 ppl stay ...everything we needed for our spring get away!
