Wonderful

2 weeks with our family 2 - 64 years. The house is incredible. An unbelievable view. Perfectly located on this little island!

Everything was perfect and the pictures, beautiful as they are, do not do it justice. The views are gorgeous in every direction. The kitchen is especially amazing because it is lovely and has views in all directions. The island itself is wonderful and walkable, with the GR 34 all around it. The creperie is the best we have experienced anywhere. Also, Ile Grande is near other sections of the Pink Granite Coast and pretty towns. We loved spending our week in Kerguinic and hope to return.

This home is pure magic. Breathtaking views(sunrise, sunset), total privacy, and incredible accommodations, the pictures simply don’t do it justice. Check-in and check-out were smooth and entirely stress-free. We stayed for a week, and when our subsequent rental in Paris unexpectedly fell through, the hosts graciously let us add two extra days with absolutely no drama.The house is exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen features a perfect stove and oven, dishwasher, and an lots of utensils, sharp knives, glasses, and appliances to prep most anything. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a massive convenience, allowing us to head home with zero dirty laundry.The space is incredibly accommodating. We had friends and family visiting, and even with 10 people sleeping over, everyone was very comfortable. Some of the Bedrooms have their own bathroom. This was great. The sound of the ocean, birds, tree frogs at night are the soundtrack. Privacy Max. Having the separate cottage provided a break and privacy for us away from the main group. It was well equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge and from the bedroom... insane views. Outside, the large property is beautifully manicured with spectacular, panoramic views in all directions—and the provided BBQ was used often. A fantastic local crêperie is just a 5-minute walk away, while a fully stocked supermarket is a quick 10-minute drive. We will return. Will give a solid recommend.

Merveilleux

La maison est magnifique et la vue, ou plutôt les vues des différentes pièces sont à couper le souffle. Les literies sont excellentes, le sejour très confortable, surtout après une ballade au bord de mer et la cuisine très bien équipée. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés !

Fantastischer Ort mit wunderbarer Natur! Vielen Dank. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Familie. Der grosse Garten ist toll für die Kinder zum spielen, die Insel perfekt für wunderschöne Spaziergänge und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend.

außergewöhnliches Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen, toll eingerichteten und super ausgestatteten Haus samt Studio sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu den beiden Vermietern war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwei rundum sehr schöne Wochen in der Bretagne verbracht und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Fantastisches Anwesen in toller Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Aufwachen und Mahlzeiten mit Meerblick sind für uns Erholung pur. Das riesige Grundstück ermöglicht Ballspiele jeglicher Art für die ganze Familie und hat trotzdem noch Ecken zum Zurückziehen. In den geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern ist ausreichend Platz und Stauraum vorhanden. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Prachtige ruim opgezette woning in een superomgeving. Met onze familie een heerlijke week gehad. Eigenaar van de woning kwam nog langs om tips over het gebied te geven en ons te trakteren op araignée de mer. Super!

propriété très bien placée, calme , belle vue, adaptée pour 4 couples + 2 chambres pour enfants ( 1 lit 1 place et 1/2 lits à 90 en mezzanine) mais pas adaptée à un 5eme couple..car pas de rangement et plafond rampant très bas .

Lage, Lage, Lage!

Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer. Bei der Ausstattung hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in einem schönen Ferienhaus mit spektakulärer Aussicht.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique ! Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la propreté, l'emplacement, la maison avec son incroyable vue mer! Par chance, le soleil était aussi de la partie, petits et grands ont apprécié le séjour. Nous recommandons fortement!

Der große lichtdurchflutete Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich mit Terrasse und Blick auf die wunderbare Bretonische Küste hat uns alle jeden Tag aufs Neue fasziniert. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, gemütlicher Pelletofen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Propriété au calme absolu avec vue magnifique

C’est une très belle propriété idéale pour ceux à la recherche de calme et dépaysement. La maison est conforme au descriptif et Gislaine très accueillante, nous a donné des conseils bien utiles. Le studio est un petit « nid » à part avec toutes les commodités et une vue magnifique.

Atemberaubend!

Grandiose Ausblicke auf das Meer! Riesiger Garten, sehr schönes Haus! Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern die gemeinsame Zeit beim Kochen in der großen offenen Küche , beim Essen am schönen großen Tisch und beim Meergucken (insbesondere von der Terassenmauer) sehr genossen! Empfehlenswert!

Wunderbar

Ein wirklich traumhaft schönes Haus, in welchem wirklich alles perfekt ist. Ein traumhaft schöner Blick durch die riesigen Glasfronten, an dem man sich gar nicht satt sehen kann! Tolle Einrichtung und wirklich jedes Detail ist schön bei dem Haus. Ganz sicher das schönste Haus, welches wir bisher in der Bretagne gemietet haben. Eine traumhafte Küche mit allem was man braucht, zwei Kühlschränke, diverse Duschbäder, ein riesiger schöner Garten mit viel Platz für die Kinder. Die Ile Grande ist wirklich schön und viele Strände drumherum, zwar nicht direkt am Haus, aber fußläufig und gut erreichbar und auch die Strände in der Umgebung, die in kurzer Zeit erreichbar sind mit dem Auto, bieten unheimlich viel schöne Abwechslung für Urlaub am Meer und auch Wassersport (Bodyboard udn SUP). Ein sehr netter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter Nicolas mit vielen guten Empfehlungen und eine ganz nette unkomplizierte Hausübernahme- und Übergabe mit den netten Verwaltern vor Ort. Dieses Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Trop génial!!!!

Dès que l'on met un pied dans cette maison, on se sent bien....Ici règnent l'harmonie et le confort!! Bien sur il y a la beauté sauvage du paysage qui s'offre à vous derrière la magnifique baie vitrée du salon ou les fenêtres des autres pièces, mais, ou que le regard se pose dans cette maison, on rencontre la lumière, l'espace, l'esthétique, la douceur le calme et la beauté avec en prime le fonctionnel au rendez vous...La cuisine est juste un rêve: tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner est là...immenses casseroles de qualité, instruments et couteaux divers et variés, équipements quasi professionnel, ilot central comme dans vos rêves, 2 frigos, de jolies assiettes plus qu'il n'en faut pour nourrir et installer sur une magnifique table une grande famille ou une bande de copains..ici, on sent bien que l'on n'a pas fait semblant!!!Un immense canapé cocooning autour d'un poêle réunit tout le monde pour les soirées qui s'étiolent...Ici on sent bien que la convivialité n'est pas un vain mot...Côté chambre, tout est bien pensé, simple, élégant et les literies sont un vrai luxe de confort!! Sans compter la petite maison dans le jardin qui est juste un bijou....Un petit mot aussi concernant l'isolation parfaite des ces lieux...un détail technique mais aussi un sentiment de confort indescriptible...Dernière maison de la rue, la mer et les sentiers sont à 2 pas, ici la nature a revêtu ses plus beaux atours..Nous sommes un groupe d'amis et avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans ce paradis...Tout le monde est reparti avec le coeur en paix et des étoiles dans les yeux...Vous êtes un magicien Monsieur D'Ursel et nous vous remercions d 'avoir partagé avec nous vos talents... La fée Madame Audigou maintient ce royaume en état de propreté et de fonctionnement exceptionnels. Son accueil et sa gentillesse nous ont beaucoup touchés..Nous avons tous rêvé de revenir!!

Un endroit magique

Une semaine avec des amis dans cette maison isolée du monde, un havre de paix confortable, douillet et très bien équipé. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter aussi du jardin et de la terrasse. Magnifique !

Superbe maison au calme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Avec un dolmen devant le portail et un menhir dans le jardin, on est bel et bien en Bretagne ! Nous avons trouvé la maison très confortable. On s'y sent de suite bien. L'immense table convenait parfaitement au groupe de 11 que nous étions, ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations. Literie confortable. Le sentier de randonnée part quasiment de la maison avec en prime le meilleur point de vue de l'île à 100m de la maison. Et les couchers de soleil vus du salon! Que du bonheur. Alors foncez! D'autant plus que Nicolas et Brigitte ont été adorables avant et pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location, vous vous y sentirez comme des petits veinards !

Juste magnifique !

Séjour superbe dans cette magnifique et immense maison, une vue à couper le souffle de presque toutes les pièces, de beaux matériaux en harmonie avec le paysage visible de toutes parts. Literie de grande qualité, nombreuses salles de bain très propres, atypiques, une cuisine immense où il fait bon s attarder autour de l îlot central pour cuisiner, prendre un verre, refaire le monde accoudés, face à la mer. Merci pour l accueil aussi bien téléphonique que sur place pour la remise des clés, tout s est fait facilement, naturellement. Merci Nicolas de nous avoir permis de commencer l année 2016 sous de tels auspices ! Marie

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Kerguinic. The house comfortably slept all 10 members of our extended family from the U.S.A. The seashore was an easy walk from the house, and we particularly enjoyed swimming and tidepooling at low tide. The hiking at nearby locations (e.g., Tregastel) was spectacular. Nicolas also stopped in and provided some good ideas for local hikes. Jogging around the perimeter of Ile Grande was also a favored activity. The house was well equipped for all of our needs, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
