This apartment is located in Milan’s historic city center, just a short walk from the Duomo, Via Torino, the Colonne di San Lorenzo, the Catholic University, the Navigli area, and the city’s main attractions, including Teatro alla Scala, the Fashion District, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

It offers pleasant, clean, and harmonious spaces, fully equipped with every comfort, making it an ideal base for exploring the city with ease.

The apartment provides everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It features:
- living area with double sofa bed
- equipped kitchen
- 1 double bedroom and small balcony
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined as required)
- 2 complete bathrooms with shower

FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by the system

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (150 €) has to be paid by guests.

Upon arrival you will find :
✓ Beds made with fresh and clean bed linen
✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags
Once the initial supply has been finished, guests will have to provide independently

On appointment/to schedule at list 4-7 days before arrival - get in touch for last minute bookings

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via VRBO messaging to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It's important that this registration is completed prior to check-in.

➡️ TOURIST TAX - Required by the city of Milan, to pay cash at the arrival - It corresponds to € 9.50 per person per night - the first 14 nights (MINORS, RESIDENTS AND HOSPITAL PATIENTS EXEMPT)

Perfect location, Vanessa, property manager was wonderful, easy to contact and a pleasure to meet. Apt. Was very clean and perfect for the 3 of us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend highly.

Nice Property

Very nice apartment in a great location. Apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. The communication with the hosts was excellent.The trams outside are noisy, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Perfect location

We ended up walking to almost all of our highlights (Duomo, Last Supper, Castello Sforza, Navigli and Stazione Cadorna) but we did not account for being above a tram stop; that means it is fairly noisy day and night. Besides that, property managers were excellent and everything worked out great for us.

The best by far!

We rent a lot of apartments and this weas the best by far. Nico and his people were very helpful. Our concierge Charles also was the best and helped us all the time.

Wonderful stay to in exciting Milan!

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment, in a fantastic location in Milan. Short walk to great tourist sites, restaurants, shopping, transportation, everything! Nico communicated ahead of time, met us at check-in and promptly answered a question or two during our stay. We hope to come back some day and would love to stay in the same place!!! Highly recommended!!

Great location and apartment well kept!

Well cared for property. Owner always available to take care of any problems, which were few and minor. Various trams were within a block and took us wherever we wanted to go. Excellent restaurant (pane e vino) right around corner. A most enjoyable visit.

Perfect place for a two couples in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Location is within steps of a grocery store and great restaurants. Great internet and AirConditioning. Stayed here with my wife and 19 year old son. Had plenty of room to spread out. We also rented a car for a portion of the trip and parking was easy to find. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location

The property was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms. We asked for 2 single beds in the second room and they were provided. The location was in the heart of Milan with trams on the street, which was noisy but we did get used to it. The apartment was otherwise beautiful, fresh and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Milan Apartment

Our overall stay was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the metro, walking distance to the Duomo, grocery store is around the corner and a fabulous restaurant, Felice next door. The only thing to be aware of is the train/rail outside is noisy. If you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Overall, we would stay here again and we highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Large apartment in convenient neighborhood

Ample kitchen, a desk in each bedroom, good shower, elevated building after about seven steps. For the cooler seasons, bring clothing to wear in the apartment. For vegetarians, NaturaSì is nearby, as are two good supermarkets, Conad & Carrefour. If you're a walker, you'll appreciate the apartment's location. I walked everywhere except to Milano Centrale. Except for the chill, a very comfortable apartment.

So much to see me do - most all within walking distance. Although we did take a taxi to and from the train station. Duomo was 10 minutes or less depending on the time of day. Always felt safe walking around even in the evening. Do bring dishwashing soap as there was none provided. Also had to purchase toilet paper - but was only €1.99 and we stayed 6 nights. Very good communications with rental

Good value, great location

The flat is a good size, bedrooms very large. Kitchen is efficient and had all the equipment necessary for making meals. I was able to entertain 6 people for dinner with lots of dishes, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The flat is in central Milan with good tram and metro connections. The flat was very clean when we arrived. The person who greeted us was on time and when we checked out arrived at the agreed upon time. The booking process was easy and email communications were answered quickly. We would definitely rent this flat again.

Great apartment, clean, great amenities, cute little balconies, close to Duomo, 5 minute walk to metro, 1 min walk to several tram lines. great opportunity to experience the Milanese culture, including the noise from the trams rounding the corner just outside the building. if you live in a city it might not bother you but we live in a quiet ‘burb and so it woke us. Nico was great communicating with us.

Great location and experience

First of all, Nico was VERY responsive and helpful before and at check in! We really appreciated his assistance. Secondly, this location was perfect for our stay as tourists. There is some street noise but we were very aware that we were staying in the city center and expected that. I brought my own small fan for white noise and we all slept fine! Air conditioner was nice and cool, much appreciated during hot Milan summer weather. Overall a very positive experience and by the way, the views from the bedroom balconies are amazing. Photos are very accurate for this property! Thank you to Nico!

This was a lovely apartment in the centre of Milan and the hosts Nico was so helpful

This apartment made our holiday so relaxed and enjoyable. Location was excellent , within walking distance from all of Milan’s central sights and treasures. Nico was so helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out late due to our odd flight hours. The air conditioning was a lifesaver for the hot summer temp. Restaurants were easily accessible, supermarket and pharmacy were very close. The host had lots of information about sights and how to get around which was so helpful. The concierge in the building was also helpful especially when the kids got stuck in the lift because they didn’t follow the instructions. The two bathrooms were very necessary with six of us using the flat. The flat overall was definitely very comfortable and a great price for the location. Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday

It’s all about position!

We arrived at our apartment “Carrobbio” late in the afternoon and were delighted with what we found. Close enough to walk to the Duomo and Galleria, 3 trams at our front door as well as a well stocked normal supermarket, a “healthy” supermarket, and numerous cafes and restaurants - all good, all walkable. The Navigli district was a 20 minute walk down the road and well worth a visit - quite unique. The apartment itself was all that we could have wished for - secure, well maintained, extremely clean, spacious and both Virginia and Manuela were very prompt to respond to the very few queries we had over the 6 nights of our stay. If security, cleanliness, spaciousness and fabulous location is what you are looking for, then “Carrobbio” is a must for your sojourn in Milano - a stunning city.
