¡Hemos disfrutado de una estancia maravillosa en este apartamento! Manuel y Rosa fueron siempre muy atentos y disponibles, y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación excelente, ideal para familias. La playa está a solo 5 minutos a pie, y los restaurantes y comercios de proximidad son muy accesibles. Sin duda volveremos el próximo año. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

Die Wohnung war toll und sehr gut geschnitten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist toll. Nachts wird der Müll draußen geleert, so dass es ab und zu laut wird.

Great 3br unit that is walking distance to beaches, Old Town and attractions. Numerous dinning and shopping options as well. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend!!

Nice apartment with some points to consider

The apart is well located in a lovely quartier. It is spacious and very clean. The owners are very helpful and approachable. Unfortunately a lot of noise and the garbage containers right in front are being filled and emptied the whole night

Fab-u-lous

Amazing location. Everything you need is at your doorstep (literally). There is no need for a car as everything is 10-15 mins walk. There are several beaches nearby. We did the train tour of the city, island ferry tour, visited the aquarium and had loads of yummy food. There are plenty of high end shops for shopoholics!! We had one of the best holidays and would highly recommend the apartment. What was so sweet was Manuel and Rosa were at the apartment to welcome us, give us a quick tour of apartment and were in communication. They left us all contact details and nothing was too much or trouble. Very warm, kind and classy couple. Rosa came to see us off, to make sure our taxi was there to take us to the airport. Thank you SO much for your care and kindness - hugely appreciated!! Kindest regards

A lot of things not valid in the announcement

It is in the middle of the city and very clean. However there is no grill, no view of the ocean as claimed, yes there is a parking possibility but you have to pay extra per week. There is no whirlpool. Every night there is noise in one room as they clean the trash in front of the apartment in the middle of the night. All in all this is for the price not worth it.

Gran estancia en Donosti

El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa de Zurriola. Tiene muchos servicios alrededor y el acceso desde la autopista es muy sencillo. Tiene cerca un aparcamiento de pago, en plaza Cataluña, que recomiendo reservar durante la estancia. La parte vieja, Boulevard y la Concha a 10-15 min. andando. El apartamento es amplio, muy limpio y tranquilo. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Camas cómodas con buenos colchones. Aunque sea un primero está perfectamente aislado del exterior y no se escucha nada de ruido. Si vas a Donosti es un lugar perfecto para alojarse. Recomendable 100%.

Great location! Reasonable walking distance to beaches and old town. Taxi pickup just a few steps away. Minor issue was fixed quickly. Really appreciated the large fruit bowl, yogurt and fresh creamer provided. Noise level not bad as long as windows are kept closed. No AC but temp only 20-22 degrees while we were there so not an issue.

Ideal Luxury Location

This is a superb property, beautifully maintained and fitted out with soft towels and quality bed linen, windows are all double glazed so the fun , excitement and sounds of SS/Donostia stay outside. Easy walk to the beach and you are surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay there agdin

Very good location. Everything we needed. Good quality.

The property was a little hard to find due to a small typo on the messaging from the owner and car parking was extremely busy which made the initial arrival a bit stressful . Like other reviewers have said -pre book your parking in plaza Catalunya through Telpark parking website and just pay for it the whole time so you can come and go or don’t bring a car at all . We were there in the Semana Grande festival week which we didn’t realise until we got there so things were extra busy but it made the trip very enjoyable and interesting from a cultural point of view. There were many things to do and see.high quality Fireworks , good music of many genres,(pretend) bulls running in the street every night and lots of other things. It was wonderful and felt very safe . Our older teens were out every night and absolutely loved it .they got to speak a bit of Spanish, French and learnt a few words of Basque The property itself was very clean and the hosts showed us how to work everything which was very helpful. They kindly provided some essentials and also coffee pods teabags and fruit which was a lovely touch. There were lots of information about the local area which was helpful. The beds were comfy . We weren’t troubled by street noise. There are shutters which help keep everything cooler as well. The location was perfect . The car park is a 2 min walk away on the way to the beach which is 2 mins further. One of our teens took a surfboard and enjoyed surfing (though it was busy) The food is good . It took us a while to get the hang of the pintxos and the timings of the day which is rather later than the UK but we did and there are many reasonably priced bars with good snacks . The nearest supermarket (there are many) was also 2 mins walk away and well stocked . The city is easy to walk round and there are lots of people promenading on the beach or the street with family or friends . The city has a relaxed feel and people were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Manuel and Rosa

Lovely apartment

Was a lovely apartment in a beautiful town. Was excellent location, close to beach and able to walk everywhere. Apartment was very tidy and clean and was a lovely touch with all the additional cleaning stuff, tea, coffee, washing machine detergent etc. If we visited San Sebastián again we would definitely book apartment again. Sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung in toller Lage.

Wohnung liegt zwei Querstraßen hinterm Strand. Die drei Zimmer sowie Küche und Wohnzimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Lage in der Stadt ist alles gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz ist zwar keiner direkt bei der Wohnung dabei, aber im Parkhaus Katalunia um die Ecke kann man für ca. 70 Euro eine Woche parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Restaurants sind vielfältig vorhanden und alle mit den Fuß zu erreichen. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein schöner Spielplatz und eine tolle Eisdiele. Wir waren eine Woche mit 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) in San Sebastian und haben jeden Tag genossen. Es war eine tolle Woche. Herzlichen Dank auch an Manuel und Rosa die alles super vorbereitet hatten und uns in einer Notsituation schnell geholfen haben. ------------------------------------------------------ Apartment is located two streets behind the beach. The three rooms and kitchen and living room very well equipped. Due to the location in the city everything is easy to reach. Parking is not directly with the apartment, but in the parking garage Katalunia around the corner you can park for about 70 euros a week. Shopping, supermarkets, restaurants are many and all within walking distance. Just around the corner is a nice playground and a great ice cream parlor. We were in San Sebastian for a week with 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) and enjoyed every day. It was a great week. Thanks also to Manuel and Rosa who had prepared everything super and helped us quickly in an emergency situation. -------------------------------- El piso se encuentra a dos calles de la playa. Las tres habitaciones, así como la cocina y el salón, están muy bien equipadas. Debido a la ubicación en la ciudad, todo es fácil de alcanzar. No hay espacio para aparcar directamente en el piso, pero se puede aparcar por unos 70 euros a la semana en el aparcamiento Katalunia a la vuelta de la esquina. Las tiendas, los supermercados y los restaurantes son abundantes y están a poca distancia. A la vuelta de la esquina hay un bonito parque infantil y una gran heladería. Estuvimos una semana en San Sebastián con 5 personas (2 adultos y 3 niños) y disfrutamos cada día. Fue una gran semana. Gracias también a Manuel y Rosa que prepararon todo muy bien y nos ayudaron rápidamente en una situación de emergencia.

Almost perfect - It would be perfect if it had parking

Very good apartment, clean, good furnitures and amenities, very well located and very nice hosts. If you are not going by car, i strongly recommend it. If you are going by car, I would recommend you to reconsider it (particularly during weekends when parking may be challenging - it took me 40min on Saturday night to be able to find a not fully crowded parking lot).

This is a great place to stay. It’s clean, spacious. Location is excellent - supermarkets and shops all nearby, easy walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the old town. Perfect location and great apartment!

From arrival, with all complimentary amenities in the kitchen, to the flexibility on our departure day - this stay was amazing! We were travelling with 2 children and the location with a lot of restaurants around as well as the short walk to the beach, was perfect for us.

Great apartment

This apartment offers everything for a short (or longer) stay in San Sebastian/Donostia. It is very well appointed with all the conveniences, from the espresso machine (with capsules left by the hosts), to soaps, detergent, and shower gels. Location is perfect as it is very close to Zurriola beach and is surrounded by bakeries/grocery stores/fruit stores. The owners, Rosa and Manuel were very welcoming and gracious. Highly recommend.

Fenomenal alojamiento en Donosti

Nos hemos alojado una semana en casa de Rosa y Manolo, que se han portado fenomenal desde el primer día, explicando toda la casa y recomendando sitios para ir y comer de una manera muy profesional. El alojamiento muy bueno: localización perfecta, cuidado exquisito, disponibilidad de todo lo que puedes necesitar en unas vacaciones (más que lo normal en una casa de alquiler). Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos por allí. Muchas gracias por la acogida (y los regalos).
