Waterfront Home with Pier Lake O' the Pines - Acorn Timbers

Acorn Timbers is a lake front vacation rental on beautiful Lake O' the Pines. Fish, swim, and dock your boat at on-site fishing pier. Complimentary canoe, paddleboat, and 2 kayaks are provided for your use. Shop in historic Jefferson or enjoy the casinos in Shreveport. Or just relax and enjoy the sunsets, deer, and birds like our piliated woodpeckers. All you need to bring is your food and clothes.

We also have Acorn Timbers apartment across the drive in a separate building that is also available for rental. .

Enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The Cabin was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed the deck and pier and had a great view of the lake. The host was very helpful about the fishing and the location.

Really enjoyed our stay, the place was just like the pictures (beautiful). Donna and Paul are great hosts and were very helpful with a few things that made our stay even better. We are looking forward to booking again.

The entire property was very clean. Easy access to the lake dock. Very peaceful setting with little traffic. Was able to take walks too.Donna responded promptly to my messages.

Very well cared for older cabin, all the necessities for comfort are there to cook, clean up, etc., even dog toys too. There is no TV in the largest prime bedroom but it is on the 1st floor. There is a shared dock to use but to get to the waterfront, or shoreline is not easy for those that may have balance and/or walking issues. We enjoyed tons of fireflies at dusk from the deck along with an eagle, osprey, cardinals, a friendly geko, and pretty lake sunsets too. The hosts were very caring and friendly.
