We all really enjoyed our stay in Bordeaux. Catherine's apartment is well located, clean, full of natural light and well furnished with everything a family could need, including some extra touches - most notably children's toys and a night light which was much appreciated. Catherine herself was a very helpful and communicative host. Highly recommended.

A nice respite in Bordeaux

The apartment was lovely! Very comfortable and spacious in a nice quiet neighborhood. Catherine met us on arrival and gave us a thorough explanation of things in the apartment as well as how to maneuver in Bordeaux. It was nice to have a washing machine but unfortunately we could not use the dryer. However, our clothes did dry on the drying rack provided.Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to impending train strike but we really enjoyed the apartment and our time in Bordeaux.

Modern apartment in a quiet, yet central location.

The apartment is spacious, bright and tastefully decorated, with all modern conveniences at hand. It’s located only metres away from a well-stocked supermarket, as well as near a bus stop, which links you to Bordeaux’s superb public transport system. Catherine was the perfect host, who kindly stayed up late to welcome us, and as well as explaining how everything worked, gave us lots of tourist tips. Highly recommended!

Great location

We enjoyed our 4 days in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our host gave us lots of helpful information which enabled us to enjoy Bordeaux, good local bakeries and a lovely local restaurant where we ate out in a quiet leafy square. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony before wandering around the beautiful coty.tree

Wunderbar

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Catherine hat uns herzlich und flexibel empfangen. Die Garage ist praktisch, allerdings etwas eng und nur für normal grosse PKWs geeignet. Es gibt zwei Duschen aber nur eine seperate Toilette. Das hatten wir nicht beachtet. War aber problemlos. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, ca. 30 min fußläufig bis zum Zentrum. Busse fahren in der Nähe aber regelmäßig. Toll auch der Supermarkt um die Ecke.

schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Gute Lage, man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Wohnung besitzt einen Stellplatz in einer kleinen Tiefgarage. Catherine ist sehr zuverlässig, beim Ein- und Auschecken hat alles gut geklappt. Wir(4 Personen) hatten eine schöne Woche in Bordeaux.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Bordeaux

We loved our stay in Saint-Seurin! We appreciated that it was a pleasurable walk to downtown Bordeaux yet near several bus lines (even with road repair work) to get you to and from the apt with ease. Bakeries, grocery very close and restaurants, cafe, and rotisserie chicken place(!) a little way down the road. Spacious and modern apt with premium parking space. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Siamo stati molto bene nell'appartamento della Signora Catherine. L'alloggio è in un condominio molto tranquillo, abbastanza vicino al centro ed è ben arredato . Unica pecca per noi italiani, la presenza di un solo wc cieco.

séjour très apprécié

l'appartement était très pratique,à proximité du centre ville . Très confortable mais par contre,une petite remarque, il n'y avait que 4 chaises avec dossier dans la salle à manger .Nous étions 5 personnes. le garage, très pratique,pour nous, mais réservé à de petites voitures car très étroit. la propriétaire des lieux très sympathique, nous a donné quelques conseils sur Bordeaux et ses environs. En conclusion , accueil et séjour très apprécié.

A louer sans hésiter !

Très bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux, moderne, propre, au calme et dans lequel rien ne manque. Très bonne literie, un garage, véritable plus dans une grande ville comme Bordeaux. Très bien situé (15 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre). Un petit Carrefour city à deux pas, une boulangerie à proximité également. Prenez la voiture et allez visiter les environs : la Dune du Pyla, le bassin d'Arcachon, le Cap Ferret, la plage du Truc vert, le petit village médiéval de Saint Emilion... Tout est vraiment réuni pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. Un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil et ses bons conseils.

Charmant appartement spacieux et lumineux

Belle surprise que cet appartement situé dans un quartier calme et proche du centre de Bordeaux (10 minutes à pieds). Celui-ci est spacieux, entièrement neuf, lumineux et très bien équipé. L'accueil est parfait et prévenant. Une place de parking privatif est disponible ce qui est un très gros plus pour séjourner à Bordeaux. A recommander.

Calme et raffinement

Prestations complètes et d’excellente qualité. Appartement proche des boulevards, parfaitement desservi par deux lignes de bus, idéal pour se reposer après les visites de Bordeaux et de ses environs. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

L'accueil et le contact avec la propriétaire fut facile et agréable, elle est disponible et prête à donner des conseils. Son appartement est parfaitement tenu, la cuisine est très pratique et bien équipée. Les pièces sont spacieuses, les lits confortables, les salles de bain parfaites aussi, la rue et l'immeuble sont calmes. L'arrêt de bus qui mène en 15 minutes au centre ville est très proche . Il y a un supermarché à deux pas. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

accueil excellent, propriétaire très sympathique et disponible pour répondre à nos questions, appartement très propre, cuisine très bien équipée, super cabine de douche salle d'eau principale, lavabo et douche chambre très pratique, très bonne literie, linge de maison est fourni, même les lits sont faits ! Parking au sous-sol, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Petite supérette à deux pas, proche 2 bus pour le centre ville. Tout est parfait.

Appartement dans immeuble très calme, spacieux, confortable, bien situé ( pas immédiatement en centre ville mais proche à pied ou en bus du centre :donc avantage du centre sans les inconvénients. La cuisine est bien conçue et le matériel de cuisine suffisant. Matelas de bonne qualité.
