Wonderful stay

Everything was perfect! Candida had everything setup for a very pleasant stay. Close to markets, restaurants and the walk along the stream into Cascais was so lovely! I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice house, exactly like the pictures. The location is great to discover the city, as well as really close to beautiful beach. Perfect for our family of 5.Candida was very easy to communicate with, and really accommodating, even welcoming us in the middle of the night.

Very nice and cosy

Candida warmly welcomed us personally and gave short but useful introduction to everything in the house itself, the sourrounding and some tips for trips. Thank you very much for everything. We really enjoyed our stay

Villa Vino was the perfect place for my women's soccer team to stay while competing in the Sonoma Wine Country 60 Games! We had plenty of room to recover after our games on the outdoor decks and in the spa. The house was clean and spacious, perfect for our group.

Outstanding

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and kind. She gave us great recommendations. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful trail to walk our dog, and it was easy to to take a train to Lisbon.

A very pleasant stay. All that we needed was available to us. Cândida replied immediately to any requests and greeted us with coffee and fresh Portuguese tarts.

Close to friends!

Amazing! Candida met us in front and although we had limited time to speak with her she made it be known that we can count on her for any info. The Housy space was perfect and very well equipped! Our friends who live cluster by made this cute little home so convenient! We will stay longer next time!!

Refreshing focus on customer convenience

Check in process was fantastic and the property manager went over and above to welcome us and give us great information on local sights, restaurants, shopping, neighborhood …. She was proactive in communication and went over the property thoroughly. We would definitely rent from them again in the future.

We liked the house but not the location

Our hostess/owner was wonderful- so helpful, so easy to contact. Good value for money and the house was clean, nicely renovated. The location was in a neighbourhood away from anything. Cascais was disappointing as a location to explore Sintra.

I loved receiving these couples from a great country like Canada. Very kind they treated my house so well. I was sad because they only had one day to walk and it was always raining. Maybe that's why they were very unfair. Cascais is a very small village, my house is 3km from the center, but it is not isolated. It has a few meters Café / Pastry and DiningTakeaway with fantastic terrace, Restaurant specializing in Good Fish and Seafood, Other Restaurant with typical Portuguese dishes, Minimercado, butcher and bus stop. On the other hand, my guests love to park the car right outside the house, which is much more comfortable, because downtown is difficult.

Highly Recommended

Candida went above and beyond with me. First, because I had no car, she gave me a tour of the surrounding area up the coast, showing me her favorite sunset spot. She gave me maps with hiking trail and recommended restaurants in the neighborhood. Wonderful home. Wonderful experience.

Outstanding location and Cantida was amazing.

This place is nestled into a small community that has friendly residents, great small local markets and a couple of great restaurants...all within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding in Cascais, yet didn't want to spend the nights in the big city, so we chose Cobre! The host met us in person at the house, showed us were everything was, had a map to show where stores and restaurants were located and the local trails to get around town. We were close enough to walk to Cascais and did it a couple of times, otherwise, we took an Uber, which was very affordable ($3-$12) depending on time of day. I couldn't say enough great things about our stay and the memories that we made while we stayed here!!!

Excellent - Home Away from Home !

My family stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks and it was truly a "home away from home"! Candida was one of the best property owners we've dealt with. She was very thoughtful and always available to assist us if needed. She greeted us when we arrived and provided us with delicious pasteis natas (traditional pastry) from a local business - this was absolutely the best especially after a very long flight ! Candida thought of everything when supplying the house that catered to everyone regardless of your preferences. She made our stay one of the best from providing all the essentials that anyone would need (including 3 types of coffee makers depending on your preference). The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable which is a must for a good night sleep; she provided printouts of everything from the TV channels to brochures for points of interests, maps indicating area restaurants, trails, groceries, etc. There is a sliding door that can be used for privacy that separated the 2nd bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the house - this was a plus for my young adult son - it was like having his own place. The house is located in a quiet area that is just minutes away from the center of Cascais by car where all the tourists go/stay - absolutely perfect ! There is also a book for her guests to leave a special message of their stay - loved it! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and would DEFINITELY stay here again !

Mignonne maison avec toutes les commodités

Nous avons adoré séjourner à Cascais dans la mini maison de Candida, qui est une hôte très accueillante. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les attraits de sa région. Quartier tranquille, mais à seulement 25 min de Lisbonne. Nous recommandons! recommandonchaudement.

Excellente location !

Maison très propre et qui sent bon. Très bonne literie. Tout y est rien ne manque, Candida a pensé à tout. Les pasteis de nata nous attendaient à notre arrivée, merci ! Maison très bien située et pratique de garer la voiture juste devant le portail. Restaurant, boucherie et commerces à proximité. Excellent accueil de Candida qui est douce et bienveillante. Een heel plezierig huisje, precies zoals op de foto's. Sympathieke ontvangst, ook tussentijds werd geïnformeerd of alles nog naar wens was. Alles was aanwezig, maar kussentjes voor de stoelen buiten zou het helemaal af maken. Goede ligging t.o.v. centrum Cascais ( 3-4 km, tip: neem een Uber), de stranden en de bezienswaardigheden w.o. Sintra, Mafra en Ericeira

Petite maison de ville très confortable
