Conference

What a lovely property - just loved sitting in that big bay window with a cuppa in the morning looking down to the sea. The walk into the conference centre each morning as a great way to start the day. Our host was excellent - really friendly and welcoming and so responsive if we had any queries. Thoroughly recommed.

Really lovely flat!

Really lovely stay and a great sea view

Stayed at the apartment for 3 nights with my family in August 2020. The host provided clear details of the property and directions a few days before our arrival On the day, the host met us at the property with the keys. He took time to tell us about the surrounding areas and things to do and said that he was available at any point during our stay! We had a lovely stay and had no problems at all at the apartment. Would love to come again one day.

Lovely break

The apartment was lovely and we had a great stay. The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for a very enjoyable family holiday.

Great stay, super apartment.

Stayed in Brod’s apartment for 4 days with two kids. Received a warm welcome by Brod. He explained everything about the apartment and neighbourhood. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Beach is a minute away. We highly recommend this place for an enjoyable stay in Brighton. Jaap and family.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, mit allem, was man im Alltag braucht. Brod ist ein prima Vermieter.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter, Brod, hat uns freundlich mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. Das Meer ist wenige Schritte entfernt und alles im Alltag nötige ist in der Umgebung vorhanden. Dennoch sehr ruhig, dabei nicht weit zum Zentrum von Brighton, wer will (15 Min mit dem Bus ab Haustür, 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß). Eine volle Empfehlung.

Beautiful apartment- great location easy walking distance to Brighton

Brod our Host gave us such a warm welcome - even fresh daffodils on the table and a few delicious supplies - such a surprise and delight. This apartment has the sun streaming in , very clean, well appointed, spacious, the most comfortable beds and bed linen , plus in Hove - a great safe area and a short walk to Brighton . This has truely been a memorable stay.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location

This apartment was a great find when myself and a friend needed somewhere to stay for a few days for a conference in Brighton. It is in a fabulous building and has been done out very nicely. It has pretty much everything you need and extremely comfy beds. It is very close to lots of lovely restaurants and wine bars in Hove and about a 30 minute walk into Brighton along the sea front. The beach itself is very close. Great location and very quiet. There is a lovely little supermarket at the top of the road which is very handy. Brod was very friendly and helpful and even bought us a few bits like milk and some fresh strawberries which was a lovely touch. There is parking on the street but it has to be paid for although not extortionate. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

I love the arts, music/film. I've lived in Brighton for many years, it's a wonderful inspirational place. It's a cosmopolitan and multi-cultural city that has so much going on. I love travelling the world and meeting new people.

Sea view apartment with stunning stylish interior close to Brighton beach and all amenities on your doorstep.

Brighton city is just a 60 minute train ride from London and only 30 minutes train ride from Gatwick Airport. Brighton Station is right in the city centre so you will be able to see the sea when you arrive.

Brighton&Hove is a compact city and easy to explore on foot or public transport. There are many art and music festivals on throughout the year. Hove is famous for its colourful beach huts & Regency buildings.

Brighton Pier, the Iconic West Pier, the Royal Pavilion and the brand new British Airways i360 are just some of the major attractions. The city is also home to cultural delights and hundreds of independent boutiques.

There are many award-winning restaurants bars and night clubs catering for all tastes, eat fish 'n' chips sat on the beach listening to music, or bbq your own food and watch the sunset.

There is so much to explore in Brighton & Hove, it also makes a great base for exploring the stunning Sussex countryside including the South Downs National Park, on foot by car or bike, even keen hikers and joggers you will be amazed by the stunning scenery that will keep you coming back for more.
