Beautiful Views

The home was stunning and had the greatest view of the mountains. If you wake up early enough, you can catch the most amazing sun rise that will leave you speechless. The people of the village are helpful and friendly as well. If you want to experience Greek life in the mountains, we highly recommended this beautiful place. The drive may take a while to get used to, but it is a view like no other. Also, check out the village as there are beautiful quaint sights to see. Loved this place and hope to return again one day soon.

Mountain Grandeur

Six of us stayed in this house.The eleven year old enjoyed the visiting felines who politely waited to be fed. The three upstairs bedrooms were spacious and the fourth downstairs adequate. Spectacular view although somewhat nerve racking for some of us to get to our destination. We enjoyed our visits to the local taverna and were treated one evening to enthusiastic Greek dancIng by one of the locals. I would recommend more comfortable getting sofas in the main area. The other recommendation would be to have the drawers in the bedrooms freed up for our clothes as we stayed for 3 weeks.

Nice villa to relax

Very nice villa, feels like the owners live there themselves. The village is very small, no shops (so bring your groceries) and can be reached only by a challenging, winding road. But there are some very good taverns, and the view from the villa is stunning. For hikers this area is paradise

Pleasant house in the mountains

The house is spacious and comfortable. It has a nice terrace and garden with excellent BBQ facilities, and is situated in a charming small village. Trekking routes pass by the house; beautiful surroundings. We much enjoyed our stay here.

Great Get away!

A lovely mountain Villa, about 30 minutes out of Sparti. To be fair, very windy road (not for the faint of heart) . Beautiful views, great accommodations, well worth the trip. The host is amazing The local taverns (2) inexpensive and gracious. One of our favorite places. Look out for stray cats and bring bug spray for the mosquitos.

A big house in a mountain village

The house is located in a remote village on the slopes of the Taygetus mountain where one may find fresh air and pure spring water. Two local taverns ony in the village and no minimarket mean that one has to organise well his stay. The house is well furnished and practical. Its location is perfect to visit Mystra and Sparta, and for those who enjoy walk in the forests and in the mountain.
