This modern, luxurious and comfortable apartment of 200 square meters, terrace and private courtyard, is located in a private condominium built in a beautiful palace of the eighteenth century with a garden of 1200 square meters and garage in the building.
Located in the heart of downtown Lisboeta, in a typical neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from one of the most elegant and main avenues of Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade, a fashionable avenue, where you can contrast the new and old Lisbon, this avenue
is home to many international luxury brands.
This is the ideal place for those who want to be comfortable, a relatively short distance from the main tourist attractions of Lisbon, the luxury brands, the nightlife of the city, and can enjoy a rural atmosphere, calm and relaxing.
Alfama, Castelo de São Jorge, Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto and the trendy district Príncipe Real are within a 10-15 minute walk.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, one of them is a suite, with a complete bathroom. Another full bathroom serves the remaining 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a small private patio, and the living room and dining room give access to a beautiful private terrace of 50 square meters where you can enjoy a dining area and a sofa to relax and feel the fantastic Lisbon nights!
The living room is equipped with a DVD system, a Smart TV, cable TV and high-speed WI-FI. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, heating (Including bathrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped,
with: Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, electric plate (4), microwave, stove, iron and ironing board iron All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer, as well as shampoo and shower gel, body cream and liquid soap. Bed linen and towels are included and a delightful welcome pack
also, with traditional Portuguese products waiting for you! You will also be 5 minutes walk from the Metro (station-Avenue) and bus station.

Three night stay in Lisbon for 3 couples. Great location and well furnished! The patio is a fantastic retreat after a day of hiking the hills of Lisboa. Patrica was very good at communicating and welcoming us into the property. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing appartement. It is even bigger than expected. The patio is very big and shaded at the end of the day so you can spend time there even if there is no sun umbrella. Don’t expect to cook much in the huge kitchen, very basic cookware. The central AC is a huge plus.

The BEST spot in Lisbon

We had other friends who stayed in city center and we were glad to be a 10-15 minute walk away with amazing restaurants and easy walks to ANYTHING! The place was stunning and the terrace was beautiful and great for night time. We were 4 adults, a couple and two singles so the layout was literalPerfection all around.

Spacious and Comfortable Home from Home

Very well suited for 3 couples. A good location with nearby access to food shops, restaurants and public transport. Outside space is certainly a bonus. Most of central Lisbon is walkable but as you might expect the apartment building is located after a steep climb. Overall perfect for our needs.

An excellent place for travelling with friends

From the ease of checking in, to it location, facilities, quietness and security this place is perfect. And your own outdoor patio to come home to and recharge before dinner was such a bonus. We were three couples and there was plenty of space and privacy for all of us. Our host, Patricia, was helpful throughout including providing a welcome basket!

Great Property in Lisbon

Really nice property. Outdoor patio is huge and unlike anything we have seen in a big city like Lisbon. House is centrally located and only a few blocks from the Avenida da Liberdade. Highly recommend this property. We had four adults, 1 couple and two singles and had plenty of space.

4 day stay in July

We are a family with 2 adult children and their spouses. The apartment was spacious and everyone had enough room. The location is a 10 minute walk uphill from a main road but it wasn’t too hard. Location is a walkable to many attractions. If you do t want to walk you are very close to a metro stop. Would definitely stay here again

Friends trip to Lisbon

This was an ideal property for our 3 days in Lisbon. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and very convenient to all the attractions. Patricia was very helpful and always quick to respond to emails. Our only hiccup was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer - we had great fun laughing at our lack of skill.

New renovated og spacious - both the condo and the building. In the middle of the historic quarter. Very very close to the center of Lisboa. Nice design of the garden-lanai. Close to a good supermarket.

Very nice

The appartement itself is wonderful and very spaceous with a beautiful terrace. The place is very central, which is also fantastic. But you should know that it is up on a steep hill, which is not easily walkable for older or handicapped people. It should be mentioned in the advert.

Beautiful apart in Lisbon

Very nice apartment with a very pretty terrace. Garage spaces are narrow but it’s Europe! We were welcomed with some little surprises! The family enjoyed this place, with the bedrooms on the bottom floors for the 3 young adults we have, it was perfect. We didn’t use much the kitchen. Thank you for the nice stay.

Modern well laid out home

Getting into the house presented problems. Luckily there was a contractor there who let us in. Other wise very clean and comfortable - just barely enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal.

Lovely property

The property had everything we needed with plenty of space for 4 adults. Close to the centre of Lisbon, with the Metro and Station within 10 minutes walk. Yes it is located at the top of a steep hill, but not unexpected for the area. It could impact the infirm or families with small children. However, it was easy to visit the majority of sights on foot or using the metro. We were there for a week and were offered cleaning and new bed linen etc, which was gratefully appreciated in the heat. Contact with the host was very quick. Would definitely recommend.

Doesn't compare with previous VRBO experiences!

1.First we were given the wrong code, couldn't enter the building , the lawn man opened for us. The cleaning people in the apartment gave us the correct code to enter. 2.Out of three bathrooms we had two broken toilet seats. 3.Ants, silverfish and drain flies in the apartment. 4.Bathroom and shower floors are dangerous, very slippery. 5.The worst was no air conditioning for two days and nights. 6.Black mold in upstairs bedroom windows. 7. Terrace is not like the picture, dirty, no umbrella and perimeter lights do not work. 8. No place for soap or shampoo in showers. 9. Finally the host did not respond to 3 emails and one message or return my phone call after she said she would. We were asking for compensation for 2 days without air conditioning, she flatly refused. Some of this was in January reviews and still the same hasn't been corrected. Would never deal with this host again.

Elegant modern apartment in Lisbon

This 3-bedroom apartment is located a few blocks off Avenida da Liberdade in an upscale residential/business part of Lisbon. It is a recently refurbished older building built to a very high standard - the design and materials used appear superior. It is located on a back street up a very hilly part of Lisbon. It is on 3 levels, quite large and comfortable and provided more than adequate room for our group. Everything is walkable for reasonably fit individuals - but be aware that this apartment is not for individuals with disabilities or problems with mobility. We all felt very safe in the neighborhood and Ubers were readily available and cheap (3-5 Euros more most of the city). The cons: 1. the elevator only worked 1 of 6 days. 2. the "dryer" is unusable and left our clothes wet. The host should provide basic instructions to use this appliance since many of the guests come from places outside of Europe and are not familiar with washer/dryer combo units. 3. The floors in the bath and showers are extremely slippery and represent a huge risk of injury. Only a tiny bath floor mats are provided. There are no hold bars. Larger bath mats would make the experience safer for guests. 4. The toilet seat in the master bath was broken. No one came to fix it despite my message to the host. 5. No place to put soap or shampoo near the shower. Also, there is no place to hang a bath robe or towel near the shower. No ventilation in downstairs bath. Poor drainage in that shower.

The apartment was great! It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. We were two couples traveling together, and the size and the layout made it perfect - we never felt like we were on top of each other. The outdoor space was an extra bonus for coffee, appetizers, or a glass of wine/port after dinner. The location also made it easy to access the key sites we wanted to see in the city. A great stay!

One of the nicest places we have stayed in Europe. Location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. Loved the rain shower heads! Host communicated well and was responsive to all of our questions.

GREAT spot centrally located and walkable everywhere; super clean and modern, terrace fantastic. Cons: check in was clunky, couple appliances didn't work - microwave & clothes dryer (which isnt "minor" when you've already washed clothes) & major construction going on right across street.

The perfect fit

This apartment was ideal for our family -- me, my husband, our teen son, and my father. There was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the terrace and the space got tons of light. Everything was modern and updated. The A/C worked great and the beds were super comfortable. The location was fantastic. Even though there was construction going on right across teh street, the windows were so good that we hardly heard anything. I highly recommend this apartment!
