ST CYPRIEN村の中心部にある迷惑のない2011年に復元されたキャラクターハウスは、家族や友人とレンタルできます。

リクエストに応じて無料のWi-Fi、-

1500m²のフェンス付きプロット、子供向けゲーム付き。

1階：設備の整ったキッチン、パントリー。大きく明るいリビングルーム、
ベッドルーム140ベッド
ウォークインシャワー、トイレ、リビングルームでの暖炉ストーブのインストールとバスルーム。

身体の不自由な人がアクセスできる1階。 1組でレンタルすることもできますが、

Séjour très agréable. Gîte très bien placé tout près du bourg et de la Dordogne. Nous avons profité du beau jardin. Accueil très chaleureux. J'y retournerais!

Lovely house in a great location

A lovely house in the centre of Saint Cyprien, well furnished well equipped and clean. Easy parking. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was especially good for my elderly father. good size garden and lovely covered terrace to sit under in the September sunshine. Nicole is a great host who met us at the house. Andrew.

Super séjour

Maison très confortable avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un super séjour. Le préau et le jardin arboré sont des atouts supplémentaires. Les propriétaires sont supers, très à l'écoute et sont là pour faire plaisir aux locataires, je recommande très fortement.

Un petit coin de paradis !

Belle maison très bien équipée ,fonctionnelle, très propre, environnée d un vaste jardin. La propriétaire est chaleureuse. Ce fut un plaisir de la rencontrer et de profiter de ses conseils. 5 mn de marche et on est dans la rue commerçante de St Cyprien . Ce fut un séjour parfait dans cette merveilleuse région.

Excellent well maintained property and excellent place to stay with many attractions within a short drive. Fantastic market on Sunday mornings, with plenty of restaurants in the town.

Idéalement placé

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison à 6 adultes pendant 1 semaine. Très bien située : en ville mais au calme, la maison à toutes les commodités et est agréable à vivre à plusieurs(grande pièce de vie et grand jardin) Tout est accessible à pied (supermarché, marchés, restaurant, bar, boulangerie...). Des propriétaires attentionnés qui mettent à disposition des hôtes les tomates du jardin, les pêches et les aromates. (encore merci!) St Cyprien est un joli village très bien situé pour visiter

Wunderbares Haus

Sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieterin. Großes Haus und großes Grundstück. Wir haben nur das Erdgeschoss genutzt. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Technik hat funktioniert, was nicht für alle Ferienhäuser selbstverständlich ist. Vielen Dank, Nicole. Allerdings hat sich St. Cyprien zu gastronomischen Wüste entwickelt. Neben einem völlig überteuerten Hotel-Restaurant kaum noch was von der reizvollen französischen Küche, alles zugepflastert von Burger und Pizza.

Gîte agréable et très bien placé

Accueil sympathique, gites agréable, confortable avec un extérieur très agréable (possibilité de manger dehors, ombre…). Bien placé à proximité de la Dordogne. Nous avons fait une chouette balade en canoë sur la Dordogne. Nous avons aussi profité des tomates du jardin données en abondance par les propriétaires.

Vacances idéales

Superbe maison proche tous commerces à pied. Grand jardin avec un potager mis à disposition des vacanciers. Nous nous sommes donc régalé de concombre et de tomates du jardin. Le propriétaire nous a même fait goûter son miel maison. Pièces et chambres spacieuses. Dès que je peux j'y retourne !!

Havre de paix

Très belle maison à proximité de tout et située au cœur du Périgord. Les principales attractions de la région sont toutes dans un rayon de 30 kms. La maison est très grande et très bien équipée sur un grand terrain bien aménagé avec un jardin dont on a pu profiter ( les tomates sont savoureuses 😋) et votre miel également.

Havre de paix au coeur du Périgord noir

Agréable maison bien située au coeur du Périgord noir pour visiter les beautés naturelles et architecturales de la région..Grand jardin bien aménagé (ombres, jeux pour enfants, terrasse, etc) avec un petit ruisseau attenant, belles surfaces intérieures, bien équipée, hôtes charmants et disponibles..Que demander de plus ? Peut-être une piscine...Encore que ! Car lieux de baignade dans la Dordogne à proximité (notamment la plage du Garrit à 1,2km) ! A faire et à refaire !

bon séjour au gîte le Priolat

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, gîte confortable pour 3 couples, bien situé tant pour les commerces, le marché et les visites des divers sites touristiques. Cadre nature appréciable. Il est très agréable de profiter de la terrasse et du grand jardin. Avons garé 3 véhicules sans problème.

Une maison très agréable et bien située

Un accueil chaleureux par Mme Marliac dans cette jolie maison. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et elle est située à proximité des commerces et du centre de saint Cyprien. Le jardin clôturée et bien aménagé a fait le bonheur des enfants. Nous étions très bien situés pour visiter la région. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfect for families, beautiful location, traditional France

We loved our stay at Chez Pirolat, we were 4 adults and 2 children (3 years old and 7 months old) and the property was perfect. Baby gate, high chair, cot, toys for the children, stairs windows had bars on them for safety, enclosed secure garden all within a easy walk of the beautiful village of St Cyprien. House is spacious, 3 beds upstairs plus bathroom and 1 bed downstairs with bathroom. Owners were wonderful, they do only speak French but our school French lessons come flooding back. On arrival there was a basket of fresh produce grown from the garden and we were encouraged to pick our own tomatoes and herbs all week. The Dordogne region is so beautiful, Le Priolat is 15 mins drive from Beynac and Le Roque- gageac. Highly recommend this for a family holiday, merci beaucoup

Parfait !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, conforme à l'annonce, confortable et très agréable. Elle est idéalement bien placée pour visiter la région. Un grand merci à Mme Marliac pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et pour les attentions qu'elles nous a apportées. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location .

Super house in lovely small town

This property is a home from home. It is extremely comfortable and has everything you could need. Nicole very thoughtfully provided soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher liquid. It is perfectly located, just down the road from the centre but quiet and away from the road. Saint Cyprien has an excellent market on Sun and Wed and is a very central location from which to visit the many of the Perigord sights. We had a wonderful week and will be back. Merci Nicole.
