Our properties are the best places you can stay in Fuerteventura, just above the best beach on the whole island with breath-taking views. It's literally a 15-minute-walk away from the Rene Egli Windsurfing and Kiteboarding Centre! Very close to restaurants and amenities in Costa Calma, Jandia and Morro Jable. All our properties are privately owned flats which are new, nice and cosy. All newly refurbished and kept it simple and tidy. They are ideal for couples, groups of friends and who wants to experience the island at 100%!

Location is one of the most important things for us. Costa Calma is a relatively small centre between the two majors towns of Fuerteventura, which are Corralejo (North) and Morro Jable (South). We have six properties in the Residence Playa Paraiso, uniquely located on the top a small hill facing the Atlantic Ocean. The location is perfect if you want to relax or do some kiteboarding or windsurfing!

Location and simplicity are everything for us. Costa Calma is a relatively small centre between the two majors towns of Fuerteventura, which are Corralejo (North) and Morro Jable (South). We personally find that these two towns can be quite crowded with tourists at times. When we go on holiday, the most important thing for us is to find somewhere nice and cosy where we can take time for ourselves away from the rush and the noise of any touristic spot. We found all of this in the Residence Playa Paraiso, uniquely located on the top a small hill facing the Atlantic Ocean. Whenever we go there, we know we will be in a quiet and relaxing place where we can free ourselves from worrying thoughts and busy routines. This is how and why we fell in love with our flats and their unique location.
Each of our flats have been created and voluntary decorated following the line of simplicity. They have all the essentials needed but they will be never over furnished. They look cosy and welcoming. The idea is to welcome our guests in "their space", to make them feel good in a decluttered space. How many time we live in houses too full of useless things that we keep because we do not dare throwing away?! Well, for my husband and I, simplifying our life style was one of the steps we made towards happiness. Less junk and material things, more space and time for yourself, your feelings, your mind.
Finally, we would like to share with our guests the motto of our life: CARPE DIEM! What we value most in our lives is time: take time for yourself and live your life at 100%. You will have no regrets, believe us! And why not starting changing your habits and your life with an amazing holiday at our place?!

Guests have access to everything in the house, to the public parking and the shared swimming pool which has been redone in February 2017.

End of July and beginning of August might be not as quiet as the rest of the year. This is because 10 minutes away from Residence Playa Paraiso there will be the World Cup at Playa Sotavento! This year for the 31st time in a row René Egli organises the Windsurfing & Kiteboarding World Cup. Our guests will have the chance to experience world stars closer than anywhere else at the High Wind Spot. In this World Championship contests, there will be plenty of marquee with delicious specialities of the local cuisine, live music and Legendary World Cup Parties up to the early hours. Come and taste this unique atmosphere!
