The host was very responsive and kind. The kitchen needs some re-stocking though and some of the beds weren't very comfortable. There were bikes available, but 3/4 were broken. One of the rollaway cots was broken as well. The A/C quit working one night but re-started. We did appreciate the large space and the proximity to the Everglades and Keys. The immediate neighborhood seemed safe.

Love that is close to everything

I like this property because is close to many places and some good restaurants like Olive Garden, outback steakhouse, Texas roadhouse, has lot space for a townhouse, I definitely recommend to anyone,. specifically those who has big family like me, family of 6 we fit perfectly fine. Also Good Price.

Great location

Its cute and cozy vacation home perfect for a family vacation & visiting all the National parks. The neighborhood is so festive during holidays which was a surprise bonus.

Overall, the space was nice. It lookes like they are in the middle of doing some updating because some of the walls looked like they were fettjnf ready to be oainted. The advertised garage was very small and we didnt park the van we had in it. The only down sides were the location of the TV in the livingroom didnt allow our group to all sit and watch TV together in the evenings and a minor things were the ice machine disnt work in the refrigerator and there wrre multiple burnt out light bulbs in the master bathroom.

Extended-family Everglades Trip

This was a very nice place, with plenty of room, that worked very well for the 6 of us (3 couples) to stay and spend time together as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Everglades several days during our stay. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer to use too.

Lovely home and centrally located

This was a perfect place to stay to access all entrances to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. We also traveled to Miami one day, which was also a reasonable distance (if it wasn't for the traffic). Many restaurants within 10- 15 minute drive of the property. Shivers BBQ, as mentioned by several other reviews, was a good choice. The house was immaculate, spacious with a wonderful layout, and had all you needed for a 5 day stay. Check-in/check-out was seemless. The host was responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Great option for staying in Southern Florida

Easy access to the Everglades, the Keys, and Miami. Property is clean, in good condition, spacious and well equipped. The washing machine and dryer are a bonus and things like cooler boxes left in the garage are a nice touch. Would benefit from private outdoor space.

National parks trip

We came to south Florida to see the national parks and it was a good location. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay (2 adults, 3 children). When we needed to contact the owner, he and his team were very quick to respond. Thank you!

The property was spacious and had all the features expected. There were plenty of paper products, linens and kitchen cleaners. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed many walks. We wished there was more of a private outdoor space. Good location for visiting the Everglades.

Great property in a great location

Great property, great host, great location, mattresses need an upgrade. The queens/doubles need replacing. They're fine if you only have one person per bed, but they sag in the middle otherwise. There are a few things that need some additional work on the property (caulking replacement in a few locations, for example) so if you're a snob you might be offended, but the minor maintenance issues were not a reflection of the cleanliness, which was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. There's also an excellent Nicaraguan restaurant nearby (Sazon Nica).
