森の中の明るく日当たりの良い小屋。 季節ごとに家族でくつろぐのに最適な素晴らしいオープンスペース。 キャビンは、ドナー湖、トラッキー、タホドナープール、テニス、フィットネスセンター、ゴルフ、ゴルフ練習場から5分の場所にあります。 2つの小さな家族が快適に家に収まることができ、楽しい家族の思い出を作ることができます。 3つのベッドルーム（キング、クイーン1、ダブル2段のマスタースイート）があります。 快適な折りたたみ式のクイーンソファベッドと追加のオットマンシングル寝台ベッドもあります。 前庭は、冬には子供たちとそりをするのに最適な緩やかな斜面にあり、夏にはちょうど走り回るのに最適な後ろに平らな庭があります。 家の裏庭には新しいホットタブがあります。冬と夏に最適です。 夏にはガス暖炉があり、マシュマロの焙煎や景色を楽しむのに最適です。

冬には、斜面への素早いドライブです...シュガーボウルから15分、ノーススターとスコーから20分。 夏には、日当たりの良いデッキや静かな裏庭のブランコでリラックスしたり、丘を下ってドナー湖まで行き、パドルボード、セーリング、カヤック、湖でリラックスできるプライベートマリーナへのゲストアクセス（有料）をお楽しみください。 この家には、タホドナープール、プライベートビーチマリーナ、フィットネスセンター、乗馬センター、テニス、ゴルフへの毎日のアクセスがあります。 正面玄関から自然散策に出かけ、ビーバーダムと空飛ぶリスをチェックしたり、花崗岩の岩を登ったり、小川を探索したり、家の周りの何マイルものトレイルをハイキングしたりします。 タホ湖のビーチへは30分以内です。 トラッキー川を急流でラフティングしたり、ツリートップアドベンチャーでマウンテンバイクを試したり、マウンテンバイクを楽しんだり、近くの多くのトレイルをハイキングしたりできます。 家族が季節ごとに家を楽しむ方法はたくさんあります。

Wash 1 load of towels prior to leaving and place in the dryer.
Return all Tahoe Donner access cards to their original locations. Place all remotes in their original locations.

Summer Truckee

Very nice lodging only a 10 minute drive from the lake and downtown Truckee. Perfect for our summer getaway with a spacious backyard and hot tub. Got to see a cute bear :)

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect retreat for our family of two adults and two young kids. Cabin has everything you need, owner was incredibly responsive, and hot tub jets were nice and strong. You can tell it’s a place where many happy memories have been created, and it just created some for us. I’m sure it will for you too.

Outstanding place to enjoy family and fun

The home was wonderful. It was perfect for our group, the hot tub was an amazing feature too. We cooked in the nicely stocked kitchen, had the fireplace on for warmth and ambiance as the snow fell, and enjoyed the hot tub, which is very hot. There were 5 adults, two teens and two dogs and the home was spacious enough for us all.

Cabin Z - A Perfect Base for a Ski Vacation

Our stay at Cabin Z was perfect. Our host Karen was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We appreciated the heads up to the big storm that was heading our way! The drive to downtown Truckee and the ski resorts is an easy drive from Cabin Z! I look forward to a future stay at Cabin Z!!

Very nice cabin, everything clean and as stated. Was quite warm, but you can't control the weather. Fans were provided.

Comfortable and cozy

Nice open feeling, nice deck, nice kitchen(well stocked). Liked that we could put our car in the garage. Overall stay was very comfortable and inviting.

Beautiful home in Truckee!

The property was just as described. Beds & couch are very comfortable. Lots of games for the kids too! Owner is very nice & communicative. She sent the snow report everyday.

Snowboarding weekend

This place was perfectly situated between Donner and Truckee and had plenty of room for two families of 4. We hit the slopes, went to Truckee for food, and then sledded and played in the snow at the cabin. The hottub was a lovely addition and helped us older folks keep up with the teenagers. Would rent again!

Wonderful place for family

Our family really enjoyed staying Karen’s house. Everything was well stocked and kids loved playing board games away from electronic devices. Neighbors are quiet and surrounded by forest. There is a nice trail from the backyard that we enjoyed walking or running. We like to stay Karen’s house next time when we visit Tahoe.

Great Tahoe Donner House

We really enjoyed this house. Having stayed at many Tahoe Donner houses, the organization of this house was incredible. Every drawer labeled clearly with what supplies where inside. Very good cooking utensils for a family that likes to cook together. Grill was very clean. Hot tub was great, very hot! Great spring break skiing with our family.

Beautiful house in the woods

We loved this house as a getaway girls weekend. The location was perfect, flying into Reno and a beautiful short 40 min drive to Truckee. Karen was very communicative and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, quiet neighborhood, shopping and dining in the area. I would recommend this house to anyone in need of a weekend or even longer away!

We have been heading to Tahoe for years skiing in the winters. When we had our kids, we began enjoying the summers too. Now we love Tahoe every part of the year. Every time we go, it is literally a breath of fresh air from San Francisco, and it's been so fun watching our kids connect, interact and enjoy the amazing nature around them. They can be kids and jump rocks, play in the woods, swim in the lake, float down the truckee river, kayak in Donner Lake, and of course, ski. After years of renting in every season and years of looking for a home to buy, we finally decided to take the leap and purchase a home in Tahoe Donner. We can't wait to make the family memories now in the same home year after year.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Tahoe Donner was our favorite place to rent because of the wonderful community and amenities. As a guest, you have access to their fitness center, pools, tennis, etc. If you want to ski, hike, bike, swim, golf, play bocce, swing on swings, shoot hoops, archery or ride a horse, you can do all of that within Tahoe Donner. Year after year, we come back and discover new activities that Tahoe Donner has to offer. They also have so many family events all year that bring families together and make it festive for everyone.

We fell in love with this house since the set up was perfect for our family of four and knew we could invite another family to join us. It was sunny and bright with plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Its open space was great for hanging out and we loved how close it was to everything. Being near the entrance of Tahoe Donner makes getting everywhere easier and super convenient. When our kids are older, they can bike to the pools and town. We also loved looking out to the trees and woods around our house. It felt very private.
