Overall a very comfortable property, which is perfect for families that want a quiet getaway to relax. The drive is around 25 minutes to Olbia town centre and some of the best beaches. The owners are lovely and accommodating.

Relaxing week away

Fabulous villa with lots of space. We loved the pool and barbecue area. The house was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was a good speed. Definitely need a car if staying here - but with that come the perks of being out of town with no neighbours! Owner very responsive to all my questions. Highly recommended.

Five star experience in quiet surroundings

We had a splendid stay in this very nice villa. The facilities were very good - air condition to keep the indoor area pleasant and perfect outdoor facilities. Especially the pool and the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and wood fired BBQ was a hit. The caretaker Marcellino was extremely helpful and flexible in making our arrival very smooth and the vegetables from the garden were excellent. We will definitely be back.

Very secluded villa

Very private spacious villa with lovely pool away from everything. If you like complete privacy and don’t mind driving 15-20 mins to get to towns and beaches then this place is great! There is a small village nearby with supermarket and pharmacy for essentials. Villa very clean and great communication with Marcellino prior and during our holiday who was always available to message with any questions etc. Fully recommend

Perfect settings for a family vacation

This villa offered everything we needed for a family vacation, and we had a great stay. The outdoor facilities allows kids as well as grandparents to relax and enjoy them selves in full privacy and great view to the remote country side. The villa itself is spacious where everything works and is in mint condition. The area is remote, far away from other tourists, and offers a cozy atmosphere and nice and friendly community. Mr. Marcellino and his wife are very very friendly, helpful and kind, and they know how to provide the perfect settings for others to enjoy their property. I would be more than happy to come back to Telti and this villa, once again.

Private Villa all to yourself!

The house, pool and property were ample and we were very confortable spending hours there just relaxing before heading out to beaches. Beaches are 30-45 minutes away with a lot of choice. The beds are good although we like fatter pillows. The A/C is quiet and effective but we hardly used it. The landscapes around the Villa are those classic hills of Neolithic rocks. The host is very communicative and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Holiday

Just returned from a 2 week family holiday in Sardiania staying in this beautiful villa. Marcellino was a perfect host, being responsive to any questions before and during the stay and providing a much-appreciated welcome pack for us as we arrived late at night. Despite the hot weather, the villa remained relatively cool and aircon worked well when needed. The outdoor facilities were the highlight with a lovely pool area and gazebo for shade. The outdoor cooking facilities are fantastic. The villa is well equipped with everything needed and spotlessly clean. The location is very remote but beautiful and only 5 mins drive to the local village, Telti which has a bakery, cafes and a restaurant all of which are very good. 20 mins to Olbia which is larger with a lovely old town area with plenty of bars/resturants. The beaches are something else, an endless choice all with stunning white sand and turquoise seas. We had a great holiday and hope to be back soon.

Sardinian Paradise!

We have just returned from a blissful two weeks staying in this beautiful villa. The villa is clean, comfortable, fully equipped and everything worked well. The outdoor space was superb, a lovely lawn, good sized pool (which was cleaned every other day), sunbeds with shade, an outdoor bbq, table tennis and even a pizza oven. Beyond this is a huge natural garden (more like a park) with olive trees and vineyard. The villa is set within the beautiful countryside and so very peaceful but you definitely need to hire a car to get around. There are so many amazing beaches to choose from, most within a 30/40 min drive - a great base to explore the wonderful Costa Smeralda. Marcellino was an excellent host with good communication in the lead up and he was always on hand to recommend places to visit, restaurants and which beaches to go to on windy days! I couldn’t fault it and highly recommend if you want a peaceful break in the Sardinian countryside. Thank you Marcellino.

Alles war sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, unser Vermieter Marcellino hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt, war immer wieder da zur Poolreinigung. Zwischendurch immer wieder Kontakt per WhatsApp, ob alles okay ist oder etwas fehlt Auch bei unserer Autopanne war er eine große Hilfe und hat uns begleitet Herzlichen Dank nochmals, wir hatten einen äußerst gelungenen Urlaub

Magnifique et spacieuse villa dans un très vaste domaine, avec vignes, cactus et oliviers, au calme, en pleine campagne. Convient très bien pour une famille nombreuse, avec tout le confort et toutes les commodités. La piscine est très agréable, les enfants ont adoré la table de ping pong et le baby-foot. Marcellino, très accueillant, était tjs disponible et réactif au moindre souci ou question. Il passe quotidiennement très tôt le matin pour faire l’entretien de la piscine. Nous avons pu visiter de magnifiques villes comme Olbia, Alghero, Sassari, Bosa, Castelsardo, Olgoloso,…. et faire de très belles plages et excursions en mer. Bref, un magnifique voyage. Private Villa ganz für uns als Familie allein!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend, abgelegen auf dem Land und sehr geräumig. Marcellino ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat uns sogar eine Flasche seines eigenen Rotweins auf dem Tisch bereitgestellt.Wenn Sie absolute Privatsphäre schätzen und 20-45 Minuten Fahrt zu Städten und Stränden nichts ausmachen, ist dieser Ort ideal!Der Außenbereich/Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön mit Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Der Pool ist großartig. Wir als Familie haben jeden Tag gerne geschwommen. Ich kann die Villa als idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der wunderschönen Costa Smeralda und Porto Cervo empfehlen. Excellent séjour

Le logement est superbe, isolé dans la campagne et très spacieux. Il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Marcellino est très disponible en cas de problème ( nous avons eu des coupures de courant et d'eau dues aux orages et il est intervenu aussitôt ). Très agréable et discret, c'est un hôte parfait. Grâce à lui, nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses.

Super logement avec tous ce qui faut comme accessoire pour passer de bon moment en famille ( piscine , table de piG Ping et baby foot ). L’hôte est très accueillant et de très bon conseil et parle français ! Environnement très calme et reposant. Je le recommande !

Fijne vakantie

We hebben een ontzettend fijne vakantie gehad. Vanaf het begin een goed contact met Marcellino. Snel antwoord op alle vragen. Hij spreekt en schrijft Nederlands. We kwamen laat aan maar Marcellino stond ons op te wachten en had wat boodschappen neer gezet voor de eerste avond. Het huis is groot met een mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Het ligt lekker rustig maar op korte afstand van Olbia en de grotere winkels. De keuken is voldoende toegerust om voor 7personen een goede maaltijd te maken. Als je een koffiejunk bent zoals ik zou ik ,als je dat hebt, je Nespresso meenemen Perculatorkoffie is niet mijn koffie.:) Ook heel lief, we konden op de vertrekdag tot 14.00 uur blijven. Heel fijn. Het lijkt mij duidelijk dat wij het naar ons zin hebben gehad en kan dit huis dan ook iedereen aanraden

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Einzige, was man bemängeln könnte ist das veraltete Inventar - aber da man sich ohnehin die ganze Zeit draußen auf dem wunderschönen, riesigen Anwesen aufhält, ist dies eigentlich nicht der Rede wert. Der Gastgeber war super nett und bemüht. Es war einfach wundervoll und wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wieder kommen und die Ruhe dort genießen!

Fabulous villa

We have so enjoyed staying at our villa in Telti, Sardinia. The owner, Marcelino was warm and courteous and made us feel very welcome. He had even left us some beer in the fridge and a bottle of his own red wine on the table (which was lovely). The photographs on the website don’t do the property justice, it is very spacious and comfortable with good quality beds too. The outside space/pool area is really lovely with views over the surrounding countryside and the pool is great, we all enjoyed swimming every day. I would recommend the villa as a great place to use as a base for exploring the Costa Smeralda, which is gorgeous. Olbia itself is also well worth a visit. Top Objekt

Die Beschreibung von dem Objekt passt voll, der Besitzer ist sehr nett, steht für Fragen immer zu Verfügung, gerne kommen wir wieder. Das Objekt kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der mal komplett abspannen will und die Natur zu genießen, ideal sind der Pool, sowie die Aussenküche mit Grill und Pizza Ofen. Alles in in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.

Oasi di pace.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa dal 22 al 29 Agosto. Che dire? Tutto perfetto, location che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. C'erano tutte le comodità, ma soprattutto bellissima la posizione, casa immersa nella campagna della meravigliosa Gallura. Bella e funzionale la piscina come anche la disponibilità del del tavolo da ping pong e del calcio balilla, comodo e funzionale il barbecue. Location ideale per chi come noi voleva passare una settimana in relax. Disponibile e attento, a ogni nostra esigenza, il padrone di casa, il signor Usai che ci ha omaggiato all'arrivo di una bottiglia del suo ottimo vino. Abbiamo ancora tanta nostalgia del posto. Ritorneremo. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Fijne plek, mooi zwembad en buitenkeuken. Telti ligt centraal maar rustig om de omgeving ge bezoeken. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk.

Casa maravillosa

La casa es enorme, el terreno q la envuelve muy grande, la piscina y las instalaciones inmejorables, la barbacoa, el ping-pong, las habitaciones enormes con aire acondicionado en todas, 3 lavabos grandes, utensilios de cocina, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno, microondas, secadores de pelo, no falta nada!! Mención especial para Marcellino, anfitrión perfecto, nos ayudó en todo, nos facilitó un montón de cosas, muy atento incluso nos regaló un par de botellas de vino propio y hortalizas cultivadas por el. Todo un lujo!!! En definitiva una casa sensacional. Gracias Marcellino por todo.

Beautiful countryside villa in stunning Sardinian countryside

We've just returned from a fabulous week at this villa, and it more than fulfilled our expectations. Marcellino is a responsive and extremely helpful host, quick to answer any questions you might have. The week we were there was extremely hot, so we were grateful for the aircon and the refreshing swimming pool. Sunbeds are great: there are plenty of them and they are well-maintained. The flat patch of grass in the garden made a good mini cricket pitch! There are lots of places you can have your meals: we used the upstairs balcony and the lower patio, and the place near the pizza oven/ BBQ. The WiFi is very good. The pizza oven and the barbecue are real highlights -- we used both in our stay. The villa is equipped with all the appliances that we needed: there's even a hot and cold shower next to the pool. It all felt very clean, and we were encouraged to see how stringently the Covid regulations were followed. We stuck to the Olbia area for activities and there was plenty to see and do. We'd recommend: Hiring a boat for the day to explore the coastline and islands, and to moor up for a leisurely swim. Visiting the AquaDream waterpark -- probably because of Covid fears this was practically empty so felt very safe! Day at the beach: we borrowed the cool box from the villa to transport our water bottles -- useful. Nuraghe site from the Bronze Age: interesting to wander through the village. Wander the streets of Olbia (on the coast) and Tempio (in the hills).
